I can not get my test results!!! I was referred to Dr. Baiju and had my first appointment on June 11th, 2020 for an Ultrasound of my femoral arteries in my legs, I was told that I needed another ultrasound for the other veins in my legs and it was scheduled for June 18th, 2020. I was not able to get those results the same day and was told that I needed to schedule another appointment, so I scheduled it for June 25th, 2020. The day before my appointment the office called and said the doctor had an emergency and asked if I could come in at 1:30pm instead of 9:00am? I said no because I work. I was put on hold and when they came back on they asked if I could come in at 10:00am? I agreed but told them I need to leave for work by 10:30 or 10:45. I sat in the exam room for 40 minutes and the doctor NEVER came in!! I asked that the office call me to reschedule, they didnt so I called laterthat day and made an appointment for July 9th at 11:00. I received a voice message on my home answering machine that they canceled my appointment and rescheduled it for the following Mobday with his PA without conferring with me. Needless to say ot is now August 18th, 2020 and after numerous calls to the office manager and the office staff by myself and by my referring doctors office I/WE still can not get the test results!!! Oh..And the office has alrwady been paid by my insurance company!!! I am luvid and definitely DO NOT recommend this doctor at ANYTHING of his locations!!!

Dr. Baiju and his office team were excellent. They all really cared for the patient. Dr. Baiju was not rushing, he was very patient, in listening and clearly explaining all the details regarding the condition. His nursing staff were very nice and caring. It was a total positive experience

Dr. Baiju has been nothing other than exceptional! He has taken great care of my Dad during some of our most challenging times. Claudia, his staff person, is equally as amazing! We are so grateful for this amazing staff. I would recommend this doc to anyone who might be experiencing cardiology challenges.

Best cardiologist in Orlando, period. One of the few doctors who still cares more about his patients than money. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your heart issues, he will go above and beyond his duties to discover the real problem and offer you the best solution.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Baiju. He is without a doubt the very BEST cardiologist/physician Ive ever met. He is our family cardiologist and takes extra special care of my dad who is hard of hearing. He sits down with us and draws diagrams on his ipad showing where the lesions are, where the bypass or stent was placed, and why he is recommending a certain follow up test. He engages us in the decision making process, so my dad understands why he needs a certain test or procedure. He is efficient, and well connected so that when we do need to go somewhere else for a test for example, his referral means we get special care. HIs medical knowledge is SUPERB. In the clinic, he is kind, patient, and inspires confidence.

The worst!! I’m sitting here on the day of my surgery arguing with this office because they called me yesterday to tell me that my insurance hasn’t given the authorization yet! I couldn’t believe it, we set this up almost a month ago! I called the insurance & they confirmed that this office didn’t send anything to them until 7/8/19...surgery is scheduled today7/10/19...and the insurance usually needs 15 days to process, this is unbelievable!! The only way I’m getting this surgery today is if the doctor calls them and stresses the urgency. The doctor really needs to know what kind of staff he has! Now they won’t answer their phone!! Very unprofessional!!!

I have gotten excellent care from Dr Baiju and his staff! He was recommended by a good friend who runs a cath lab & sees cardiologists work every day.

This has got to be the number one office for worst patient care that I have ever seen in my life. No matter how bad your situation is they will not care, including the doctor. I have been calling since for 2 weeks trying to get an appointment or medical advice on what I should do. I took it upon myself to call the doctor after hours to explain my condition and how poorly his staff has been. Instead he yelled at me and said it wasnt his problem because he never did the surgery on me. I told him that I would just find another doctor and he continued to speak to me as rudely as his staff did and even accused me of yelling at me when I never raised my voice. I myself work for a private practice and if we were ever to pull this stunt our jobs would be gone, for us patient care always comes first. If this is the care that their front desk has to offer it leaves me wondering what does the doctor has to offer. I really feel bad for those who dont know what to expect when gong to a doctors office. I would never trust this man with my health.

Find a different doctor to care for you! This doctor will not return a call. He determines which calls to return. I will not work with a doctor that doesnt find some time at the end of the day to return his patients calls. And to give him constructive feedback about his staff, he wont hear of it. He doesnt involve himself in administration as he clearly stated. Well, doc you should. Your staff should confirm appointments with patients, answer calls and return them as well. Read the other reviews, I am not the only one that has experienced a lack of professionalism. Choose wisely!

I was referred to Dr. Baiju due to complications from foot surgery. I was seen the very next day after my podiatrist contacted him. He immediately assessed my situation, explained that I had Peripheral Arterial Disease and immediately scheduled me for my first arterial procedure. Since then I have had several procedures. During this time, I was so frustrated with the office staff that I wrote a few letters expressing my displeasure at the way the office was run. Now two years later I can finally say that whatever problems there were with scheduling, requesting prescriptions, excessive waiting room time have been completely addressed. I love Dr. Baiju. He has taken a personal interest in me and my health and I know he has done everything possible to help me. The office staff has done a complete turn-around. Sandra at the reception desk is friendly and competent. Claudia, Dr. Baijus medical assistant is exceptional. She returns my calls promptly. She went over and above providing me copies of my medical notes back as far as 2017 which I needed as proof that I was unable to travel on a cruise we had scheduled. I know this is a long review, but I wanted to express how much improved my experience has been since the office staff has been revamped. Please give Dr. Baiju another chance if youve had a bad experience. He is a wonderful Cardio/Vascular Physician.

My appointment was at 9:40am yesterday. I called at 9:20am to the office number provided, trying to find the office to make my appointment. After being transferred twice I found that the number wasnt the office for that location but a hub. They tried several times to call the office and no one picked up. The woman on the phone stated she would email the office manager and hopefully they would call me back. Unfortunately it is over 24 hours later and no call back. If I could negative stars I would. Since I waited almost a month to get this appointment, now in addition, wasting a days worth of time from driving and waiting.

He is a wonderful caring Dr that was highly recommended to me by 2 Dr he treated me 1at time almost 3 years ago when my leg had lost circulation after a bypass done at another hospitalhospital wanted to immediately amputate so I went to see him he put me on a medication immediately and within days my leg gained color and circulation I am still walking on my legs he is now performing a procedure on me I am completely satisfy I am in the best hands he has been very compasionate

I have been a patient of Dr. Baiju for many,many years. He is the very best in patient care. I travel two hours to his office. Good man Great Doctor.

Dr. Baiju and his staff are wonderful. They are professionals and they do there best to render quality service and to make sure patients are comfortable. Dr. Baiju takes his time to explain things and to make sure when you leave his office that you are well informed. I too had issues initially but if you dont tell then whats going on they cant Fix it. Give them the chance to Fix the situation because overall, Dr. Baiju is a great Doctor and Ellen is wonderful, so ask to speak to Ellen to get your issues resolved.

I dont know who is at fault the Doctor or the office. InDecember I saw Dr. Baiju and he concluded I needed a proceduredone to my leg. They had already lost the ultrasound to my other leg andalso the ekg I had done. Could not find it. Dr. was going away I believe itwas in January or February and he told his staff to make an appointmentfor me in March to do this procedure. The girl came in looked for approximately 15 minutes for a spot to put me in but then decided shewould have to call me to make this appointment. I said ok and left. Needless to say here it is June and I never received a call from them.I did not call them because I was hesitant after they had lost all myother information. What would happen if and when I had this procedure done??? Now my leg is killing me and I guess I will have to find someone else. He must lose alot of patients this way. I wasnt up to that point unhappy with the doctor but he has to have control of his staff.

With out a doubt this pratice has the worst office staff of any doctors office Ive ever been to. On two back to back appointments the office cancelled my appointments but failed to notify me, it was a considerable drive to be stood up. Ive left three messages (Fri & Mon) to call me so i could share my issues. It seems no body cares - look for another pratice.

Hes a rude creep . One day I called his office because my husband had chest pains . The next appointment at his office he told me off said go to ER . I never went back . My parents were his patients and I switched thier doctors too . They only care about money . Forcing pet scans of heart on my parents constantly because its one of the most expensive .
