I purchased glasses on 4/16 and contacted them on 4/22 to inquire when the glasses would be sent because the website says fast delivery. I reached out days before to ask for an itemized receipt, but they told me this could not be sent until the order shipped.They emailed me back on 4/22 saying that there is a little problem with the order, and to call for details. I was never once contacted about the issue, and no one intended to reach out to me. Even the person who replied about receipt never told me about the alleged problem, which was that they were out of stock. The website never said this, and was outdated. The woman claimed that they update it daily.Why would you process the order and take money out of someones account THEN say you dont have the product. That is horrible customer service and business. I was told that they credited my account, but when I checked my statement, the money still shows that it was taken out, not refunded. Unless they coincidentally just found out that they didnt have the glasses when I reached out to them, then the money should have been refunded days ago.In addition, when the person emailed me back he said the wrong frame, so I assumed maybe it was a mistake initially.I will be making the purchase elsewhere and will not be using them again. Not trustworthy at all.
