Came in with severe eye problems and the front desk staff was very respectful and patient, and I was seen by the doctor very quickly and he was also very respectful and patient. He was the first person to give me any relief after going to instacare, and the ER. Great experience and will definitely go back again!!

I had lost my glasses and I was desperate. The VA will take approximately a month to replace my glasses. Everyone at Eye Pros were very nice, professional and thorough. They were able to get me an exam and glasses within 2 hours. I am very pleased with the major help they provided. I will be telling everyone about my wonderful experience. THANK YOU Eye Pros!

I love going to Dr. Christiansons office. He has made it the top of my list for favorite optometrists with his humor and attention to detail. I always come away pleased because he takes the time to explain and answer all my questions.

They are simply outstanding! I broke my glasses a few days prior to my visit and they were able to get me in quickly! The front desk was very kind and welcoming and helpful, so was the optometrist!I will be certain to return to them if I require any more assistance with my eye glasses and or contacts. They are wonderful.

I LOVE these people! I had to order contacts for my daughter who was leaving the country for an extended period of time. I live in Texas, and my daughter was somewhere else, but her prescription was with Eye Pros. Doing everything long distance, Jake and Emily helped me find my daughters prescription, find unbeatable pricing (+ a rebate I wasnt aware of), get the contacts sent to my daughter and secure the rebate, all within a tight time window.Nothing was very simple, but they provided fabulous customer service over the course of a couple weeks and probably six phone calls. They went above and beyond for me and I recommend them emphatically! If you can use these guys, DO IT!

From the minute i walked on I felt at ease. The front desk guys were super nice very friendly. The doctor had me laughing and even told me a great dad joke at the end of my exam. They have newer equipment so i was confident in their ability.

Very friendly professional staff.Doctor was friendly down to earth and was very patient throughout my exam.They were really quick throughout the whole process, I only had to wait about 30 minutes to have my glasses made and I was on my way.

They are great and take their time to get you what you need/want. Doctor Christensen was very polite and petiente. I also have a higher prescription and they helped me go through every single pair of glasses until I found something I really liked and worked for me and they were very patient. I really recommend this place!!

I set an appt to have an eye exam and prescription for glasses and paid for the service. I was given a written prescription for glasses with my new prescription but not given the pupillary distance, which is required for new glasses. When I called for that information I was told that the state of Utah doesnt require them to give me that information and that they dont have the equipment to accurately measure the PD. This renders my prescription useless unless I now go to an optical center and have it measured. Had I been given this information I would have gone somewhere else where I would be given all the information I need in order to get new glasses. For anyone going for an exam for this situation, go somewhere else!

Dr Christensen is great. Knowledgeable and efficient with kind soft spoken mannerisms. I was a patient of his at his last place of employment and followed him to this office. I trust him and now bring my son to him for his vision needs as well. Office staff Is personable and efficient. Really nice of Jake to let me order my son’s contacts over the phone and streamline that process for me. Overall, I recommend them and we will be back.

Kind, quick, prompt is a few words I think of when we go here. Its stress free and willing and wanting to help. We even go here without insurance because we like it that much. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Had a great experience. I was a walk in and a bit nervous to see an eye doctor I didnt know. They were great to work with and the doctor who did my exam was probably the best I had the pleasure of working with. He knew his stuff and I had total confidence in my results...something I havent always had. I will absolutely go back to him!

Dr. Christensen was amazing. He got my prescription perfect and got me fitted in the perfect contacts for me. He was patient with my two year olds craziness. The staff were helpful and even provided coloring pages for my son to color and turned on a movie for him.

Misleading over the phone to get you to come then they tell you yes the eye exam is $69.99. But if your using insurance we will need to charge them almost $300 and we need you to pay 20 % of that amount. So even with insurance had to pay $55.

Very caring and patient. Been to a couple of horrible eye places before this and Dr. Christiansen was extremely kind and patient. I would highly reccomend eye pros for those struggling with vision.
