Absolutely the worst doctors office Ive ever been to, Ive seen 3 separate residents assistants and you could probably get better care from a BOCES student.. they act like you know nothing about what youre experiencing medically, and apparently know what youre feeling better than you do. Id only recommend this atrocity of a place to someone whos just looking to get their problems ignored. Ill do the same for half the price. Definitely recommend getting some actual doctors instead of poorly trained snotty residents assistants.

For the first time in 15 yrs I have a doctor that doesnt act like I have no clue how Im feeling or the pain I have been in.Didnt look at me like I was a statistic off the street when I asked for help! Which in the beginning I was quite scared to do!!Thank you for treating me like a human being with real feelings and paying attention to me, and how I feel!!

In the middle of COVID, as a healthy patient seeking routing care, I was told I had to go in person INTO the lobby of sick patients to schedule my first appointment. APPARENTLY this is the only doctor office in the world that wont schedule appointments over the phone. Fine. So I go. When I get there I was told I could stay in the lobby of people to complete the paperwork or come back during an assigned drop off slot to bring the paperwork back... The final breaking point was there is no availability for at least a month. I called ahead and had an entire conversation about availability and made sure before I put myself at risk by going out during an epidemic I could get an appointment within a week... but suddenly now theyre booked months ahead. I think luring people into an office full of people should fall somewhere under do no harm.

I started seeing a doctor with UPC when I was in middle or high school. I saw her for years, and she delivered my first child. Unfortunately, she left the practice not long after and since then the quality of care at UPC has gone downhill. Theyve gotten too big, and therefore patients are numbers instead of people. They have a rotating staff of doctors (interns and residents looking to serve in a medically under-served area for financial benefit) and wait times (for calls to be answered, appointments to be scheduled, to be seen for an appointment) are lengthy beyond measure.

I was sent here by my OB to have an ultrasound done at 12 weeks pregnant for Nuchal fold thickness. For some reason the ultrasound tech thought it would be cute to tell us the gender of our baby. At 12 weeks there isn’t much anatomy to go off of to determine the gender yet. She insisted that if the “nub” points this way it’s this gender, if it points that way, it’s that gender. Anyways she told us she was 90% sure we where having a baby boy. We where both ecstatic about the news. Just a few weeks later at a different ultrasound we where confirmed that we were indeed having another daughter.I don’t feel it is the ultrasound tech’s position to be determining the gender at a Nuchal scan and at such an early time in the pregnancy.

If you have a choice dont use UPC. Horrible care. Front desk personnel are usually friendly but thats not enough to make up for the horrible care you get by the so-called medical staff that is left. The good Doctors have left the practice and I am not sure they even have any Doctors left.

I am very satisfied with my overall experience at UPC. Every staff member is professional, courteous, and knows how to do their job. Dr.OLeary is insightful, and takes the time to understand exactly what the issues are, and can correctly diagnose and treat them. Thanks UPC for helping me.

Love the Drs, several NP and PA, can get you in with someone that day even if your dr is unavailable. Take their time with patients. They now have a blood lab no wait or running around with registration unlike the hour wait at the hospital. That was the reason they added it as people didnt want to mess around with the hospital.Dr Z delivered my 1st, my labor was very quick, Cindy was a nurse at the time, when I was in labor with my second, she was on call remembered the first, left the restaurant with her family to come to the hospital.I tell everyone to take the whole family there, family practice. The other thing is they arent afraid to send you to a specialist if they need to instead of trying to treat when its beyond what they can do.

This place is nothing but a typical henry ford production line health care facility that loads each goofy intern they get up with 300 cases a month. Most of the nurses are friendly enough, when their not tired from being overworked. The doctors are incompetent and seem like they were recruited right out of med school. Ive heard several complaints in their short existence here and shuffle you around to specialists that dont know anything either. These sub par cookie cutter welfare siphons need to change or get out of town. Expect lawsuits.
