Never go to this guy. Doesnt treat patients well. Wanted to do things to my son after he was told specifically no. After he took my sons adenoids out, they grew back and now have to be taken out again. He is very condescending and arrogant.

I Cant Understand all this Hatred, But for me and My Precious Son, Everyone treated him with Such Kindness and Dr. Lai did a Great job With my Sons Tubes, He Started Hearing Better Right away and about to go in for his 6 month Check up! They called the first month a bunch of times to make sure he was okay and to see how he was transitioning. 5 Star Review From this father!!!

I only gave a star so that I could write a review.I agree with other reviews that most of the staff is rude and obnoxious. But this doctor is condescending,and sexist. In one case, I was the patient and he never spoke directly to me. He addressed my husband about my issue. Why, I dont know, but we went back for my husbands tonsils. Lai removed them, but for 2 months, FORGOT to tell us the biopsy showed cancer!I do not recommend this office at all. No stars!!!

Doctor lai was the worst doctor I have ever had to discuss anything with, when I made a statement about him not coming out to talk to my husband after my surgery, which was horrible and I still have issues, he got childish and stated that everyone has there opinions and slammed the door. I would not recommend someone so unprofessional.

Both Dr. Lai and his PA Brenda Chadwick are welcoming and willing to answer questions. I have never had an issue getting an appointment, and the staff are pleasant and friendly.

Went with my husband to see about his problems with breathing sinus related stuff ,and I brought up his snoring and some other things I was concerned about. My husband must have been a slight bit embarrassed ,because he sat there trying to justify it , as soon as I corrected him Dr. Lai looks at me ,and said this isnt Mauri Povich,no fighting here. I said well ohhhhhkay yeah right we we are talking not fighting sooo... I dont think so.. I mean seriously,pal, you were in such a rush to have my husband out the door that you barely had time or patience for questions. I dont like your attitude . I think my husbands on his own in your office,and Ill sit in the waiting room ,because next time you condecend me I will curse you out so bad youll have to call security. The only props you get are the allergy meds you prescribed him help him breathe better and snore less.

Tried for two days to make an appointment and couldnt get anyone to answer the phone. Time to move on to another Doctor.

Called around 10am to try to reschedule an allergy appointment because my husband is not able to get off of work, left a message and still had not heard back by 3pm, called again and left another message saying I called earlier and was upset I had not heard back yet and that I needed to be called back. When I finally was called back I was told that they didnt call me back because they couldnt reschedule, but regardless I should have been called to be told that instead of just ignored, then the woman just hung up on me when I was in the middle of talking. I called back and informed the person who answered that one of the women had just hung up on me, I was reconnected with her and she told me the reason she hung up on me was because she had nothing more to say to me. This woman was very rude to me on the phone and unprofessional. I was connected to another woman who was telling me that because we needed to reschedule again they would no longer be able to see him and we would need to find another doctor, they claim we have rescheduled 6 times already which is not true and told me that if we had told them we may need to reschedule due to work conflicts they would not have scheduled us in the first place because they have a 3 strike policy , however we did inform them of this at the very first appointment and they said that would be fine! Overall I am very disappointed with the staff here as they are rude, unprofessional, and seem to be incapable of giving patients proper information about their policies and appointment information.
