Had to wait longer than I expected but we showed up an hour before closing. The front desk was very kind. The PA that saw me was extremely kind and supportive of figuring out what was going on with me at almost 30 weeks pregnant. Best staff I’ve had ever at an urgent care.

I have always had great experiences when using this medical facility. Staff is friendly and helpful. Diagnosis, treatment and advice has been right on the mark. Generally the wait time is not excessive and sometimes it’s little to none. COVID has changed on how they see patients but that’s to be expected and I’m happy to see they take extra steps to protect their staff and the patients.

Long story short: my wife tested negative for COVID-19 via their rapid PCR test but they recorded it as positive.

Always a short wait and the staff is very friendly.
