I have had the same primary care for about 10 years. I recently moved to olathe and needed to find another closer one. I tried this one out on a recommendation and it worked out great! Dr. Lan is the best primary Ive had in a very long time. She listens to what Im saying and makes recommendations based on whats right for my health and not my comfort level. Reccomend her to anyone that will listen!

Switched to this hospital after moving to the area.Been on the same prescription over two years, they asked me to switch to something they recommended.I tried it out, after over four weeks I had no results and asked to go back to my old prescription, which I had ZERO problems with the entire time I had been on it, and they told me no and to just deal with it. After increasing the dosage of my “new prescription” still no results. When I called to switch back, they told me to go back to my old doctor.....two and a half hours away...They didn’t listen at all, forced me to take the medicine they wanted me to even though it had no effect at all.Nurses and doctors were very rude and very inconsiderate. Will never recommend, they caused me so many problems, now I have to re-enroll at my old hospital and drive over two hours for one prescription. Thanks Olathe mahaffie, julie, and DR. Stein....

Dr Phillips and nurse Tanya are excellent to work with. Highly recommend them for medical needs as a primary care physician.

I have been a patient of this clinic for at least 30 years. My experience with them was good until recently. In December, I met with Dr. Moore because my thumb quit working. He misdiagnosed the problem causing a six week delay before I could see his referral, a hand expert. He told me I had a ruptured tendon and referred me to a hand surgeon The surgeon, Dr. John Moore told me that because the misdiagnosis caused so much delay that he would have to do a more complicated surgical procedure. The screw up cost me suffering for an additional 8 months. The second incident occurred in July when I had the symptoms of a UTI. Dr. Phillips assistant (Moore retired), Melissa, prescribed an antibiotic as a precaution and took a blood sample. The next day, I remembered I had been bitten by a tick and called to tell Phillips nurse, Julia, about it and that I needed to be tested for it. The symptoms got worse and I went in the following Monday. Again I told a different practitioner about the tick & my previous experience with Rocky Mtn. Spotted Fever, which put me in the hospital a month, twice in the ER. She prescribed nothing but took another blood test. I called daily, each time telling Julia, about the tick. Two days later I was told that the UTI results were negative and that they had not even tested for a tick borne disease. The Dr. on call, Feehan, refused to prescribe the only antibiotic that works for this deadly disease. I went in to the ER on July 8th and was in serious condition. My white blood cell count was seriously low and my kidneys were shutting down. The Drs. in the ER by prescribed the only antibacterial that works even though they didnt get positive test results for the RMSF for a week. Thanks to their quick action, I was only in the hospital for two days and saved from long term effects, and possible death, from Rocky Mtn. Spotted fever. Whether because of miscommunication or an indifferent by the book attitude, it could have cost me my life and I have since found a new clinic.

Im pretty sure weve been with Dr Karty for almost 18 years now. Weve never once had a bad experience with him, the nurses, the receptionists or anyone else on the staff. They always get us in pretty quick if somethings wrong and we feel like they really listen to us. Everyone is also very gracious about all the photos of my pets I keep showing off lol.The entire office is easily wheelchair accessible and the main doors are automatic.

I teach and do not often go to the dr. When I do it’s b/c I need help. I’m tired of being treated like a number. The dr who I had seen before didn’t remember me. Prescribed a cough suppressant with no follow up if it gets worse. It did get worse. I called in and they would not prescribe antibiotics for a pretty serious sinus infection. Asked at what point should I come back in since I’m not improving. The dr said we don’t prescribe antibiotics with no medical advice. Since when are patients such inconveniencies for drs. Are we cattle? Why am I paying hundreds of dollars each month for healthcare to be treated so awful! I should have to go in 3 or 4 times to get help!
