I was amazed at treatment here. I went in with swimmers ear as my gp was on vacation. It took 5 min to register and waited 10 minutes then saw nurse practitioner. I wish I could remember her name because she was wonderful. Entire visit less than 35 minutes and they were a little busy. Facility spotless, friendly professional staff. I was very impressed.

We have always had superb service at this urgent care facility. Their doctors are uniquely qualified in every aspect of medicine. Never wait more than 5 minutes and staff is always friendly & accomodating.

Calls are not answered. Patients are on hold forever if anyone picks the phone up at all. Doors are not open at 7. Workers take their time opening doors for patients. And finally, patients waiting 1.5 are turned away even from urgent care. Not acceptable, get to work like everyone else. 7oclock start time means get to work on time and be professionals not lax in your approach to your work.

I come here quite often. My job is very physical and I get a lot of headaches and allergies but this place always is willing to help no matter what. Since it’s a walk in, it matters how soon you get in but around 2pm isn’t bad at all. There are times I think maybe it’s not so important to go to the doctor but they make me feel very welcome and the doctor I saw said I need to value my health no matter what and now I do. During the busy and worst time of year for COVID they told me it would take up to 3 days and they called me back the next morning on a Saturday. I’ve had a primary care doctor (in my hometown) refuse to write me a work note and this place never does that, they always ask if I need more time off! Highly recommend!

Absolute worst experience I have ever had. Kept looking around for signs it was an urgent care, including asking some of the fellow patrons inside. The woman at the front desk was completely rude. Spent 25 minutes on the phone ignoring a growing waiting room of people that need help. Call the least they could have done is put some sign up or some thing. Some form of communication. Awful, awful experience. Do not ever bring your family member here if you want them to receive care. Signed, the daughter of a medical malpractice attorney. Zero stars.

I have been waiting for more than an hour and there aren’t even that many people here. I just came here to get a flu shot with my family. It’s really simple to just have a nurse stick a needle in someone’s arm which will take less than a minute.

Best experiences my husband and I have ever had at a Doctors office! Weve been to multiple and have searched for years to find an office that fits us. We love that they offer a walk in clinic and even with that, we hardly ever wait. There was only 2 times that we waited over 45 minutes and it was well worth it.

Dr. Greenwood is our pediatrician. We never have to wait time to get in and the staff is very caring and helpful with any needs we have. Dr. Greenwood takes the time to bond with our son and shows us what types of exercises we can be doing with him. He always makes us feel like as parents we are doing a great job and that our son is nothing less than amazing. He never compares him to others or makes us feel pressured to do anything. Would highly recommend him to others he is wonderful! Thanks Dr. Greenwood!

I’ve been here several times now, and have always gotten excellent care with a very minimal wait. Staff are friendly and medical staff are knowledgeable and helpful, last year I had strep, then in the spring I sliced my finger gardening and had to have stitches, and more recently I had a pinch nerve and excruciating pain in my neck. The wonderful crew here helped with each of these diverse situations!!

I had an appointment for 10 am here with my doctor they called a few weeks before to tell me to go to the walk in side when I arrived I went to the walk in side and told me its going to be a very long wait because there are 3 people in front of me and someone called to reschedule. They never said anything about rescheduling when they called just go to the walk in side. The last time I was here I waited over an hour for an appointment as well I do not recommend this place at all.

I feel I get better care at the walk-in than with my primary physician Dr. Greenwood. At the clinic I feel as though I am listened to and as though I can be trusted to know my body. Greenwood is dismissive and quite frankly arrogant whenever I state any concerns towards my health and sense of well-being. He spends more time talking than listening or examining. Just two days ago while listening through a stethoscope he was talking the whole time. Last night I was up coughing and this morning I am coughing brown and bloody mucus. Youd think hed have caught this had he listened to my concerns or my lungs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Greenwoods since I was a child, we have followed him wherever he moved because he was a wonderful physician. Recently Ive felt very disappointing by his care. When I go in to see him he is dismissive of my concerns, talks down to me as though I dont know anything and doesnt even allow me to explain my concerns fully, interrupting me to correct me at every turn and talking over me. I dont feel like my concerns are heard or my health is taken seriously and I think I will be looking for new physicians.

We had a bad experience at this place. My son was sick with fever and cough. We visited the walk in clinic. A nurse did some tests and then after some time a doctor walked in. He was talking with us and within few minutes, we heard a knock on the door. The doctor was asked to attend someone else. He walked out and then again came back after 10 min. He asked us to take some X-rays. After taking X-rays, we were waiting for 30 min. The doctor was there available but he did not even know that we were in the room waiting. We had to show our presence by asking how long will it take. Then he came and checked the oxygen level and said the oxygen level is low and we had to go to ER in Childrens Mercy. They had to give us X-rays to take them to Childrens Mercy. It took another 30 min to handover those X-rays. We were tense and waiting. But no one cared. We went to Childrens Mercy and found that the oxygen level was normal. Children Mercy prescribed us antibiotics and asked us to go home. Two days later, a nurse from College point called and said keep giving antibiotics that their doctor prescribed. It seems that is what is there in their record. The doctor had never prescribed us any medicine. Strange...We hated going to this place.

My husband took himself and two of our kids to get checked for sinus infections and sat in the waiting room for over two hours with only 3 other people in the waiting room. Meanwhile people coming in after him were being seen and able to go home before he ever got in. He finally went to the desk to ask what was taking so long and the staff told him he still had two others in front of him, both of which came in after he did! My husband decided to walk out and go home. As soon as he got home, the older of our two kids taken ran to the bathroom and got sick! Worst service ever and I will not go back after my family was treated like that.

Dr.Sood and her Nurse Shea have always gone above and beyond in the many years I have been a patient. Dr.Sood is extremely patient and has a great bedside manner, she really listens and you can tell she really cares about her patients. Both Dr.Sood and Shea are always very friendly and I never feel like I’m being rushed or that my questions or concerns aren’t valid, which means a lot. The office/laboratory staff is always kind and welcoming and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience with anyone at College Point which is why I continue to be seen there even though it isn’t close to where I currently live.

I’d truly consider Centra Care at Shawnee Mission instead of walk in here at Olathe Health. We are currently waiting 1.5 hours for an appt with no indication at check-in that the wait would be this long. If I didn’t already have this much time invested we would leave. We have used the online scheduling at Centra Care with success & minimal waits. We will go there in the future.Update- we spent 2 hrs & 30 min here today. Our daughter was not gravely ill- we simply suspected strep. This location is over staffed but nobody appears to be in charge. Their goal is not to get you in & out & on your way. I understand that walk-in healthcare can take some coordination (hence time) but this was truly unacceptable.

My wife and I had frequented this place to see Dr Sood with our children for over a year until recently. My wife has Ehlers Danlos syndrome and is basically terminally sick and/or in pain. She was extremely upset with the way she was treated on her last visit when Sood claimed she was a bad mother and seeking pain meds to get high. When I confronted her about it instead of apologizing she lied and changed her story to make my wife look like a drug addict. But I see my wife every day and see the way she suffers to get out of bed every morning. I was completely disgusted with Sood and the way she conducted business and the way she was unwilling to provide her services. So we went somewhere else. Bye Felicia

I had an appointment set for a new patient but they couldnt get me in for a few weeks, so I went to their walk-in clinic. I recently had my 2nd shoulder surgery and needed to get back into PT. I saw Dr. Greenwood after waiting over an hour (when I was the only one waiting) and asked him for a referral for physical therapy and something for the pain and his response was, Im NOT giving you ANY narcotics so dont think that I will...you can take Tylenol and I will call in an anti-inflammatory. I understand that some people are drug seekers but the last time I had or asked for ANYTHING for pain was for immediately after my surgery. I started PT 3 months ago but had to stop after 3 weeks because I lost my insurance. So I never healed completely after the surgery and now I have frozen shoulder. PT is VERY painful and I didnt & still dont think asking for a little pain medication after not having any for 3 months is too much to ask. Instead I got laughed at and made to feel like a drug seeker. I will NEVER go back there and Im thrilled that I found a very caring doctor that will help me and actually listened to my concerns. My husband also had a lot of issues with a primary care dr at this location and is now setting an appointment where I go.

Excellent Care! Im not sure why there are bad reviews, but everyones experiences vary. I, too was a patient of Dr. Greenwoods. Good care, but when I couldnt get in with him once I agreed to see the then-new Dr. Neha Sood. She is fantastic and I quickly changed my and my then 17 year old daughters primary care to her. Recently, when Dr. Sood was on an extended trip to India my daughter saw Dr. Paul Mardis and he is wonderful. Dr. Mardis has been extremely helpful and rigorous in helping with her unbalanced hormones. I would wholeheartedly recommend either of these fine doctors. By the way, we travel 30 minutes to this office happily for the care we receive.

Dr Greenwood is afraid of everything and he doesnt what to deal with any conditions where he has to make decisions for treatments. His diagnostic to any condition is you have allergies! And if you say, you dont think it is an allergies, he is getting mad and turning red face, i was afraid he would get heart attack. He is more busy with his voice recording of appointment, than really pay attention to his patients. i dont know what happened to him in the past, but his non stop voice recording during the visit is ridiculous. looks like he is protecting himself from his patients, but doesnt forget to charge them :) I think it is time for him to be retired and enjoy the rest of his life away from medical field.
