Okay, so I have had massages from both Pat and Andy now, and they are both phenomenal with their hands. I also LOVE both of them to pieces. They are the sweetest people ever, and I love how personable they are. When I first met them, they made me feel like I had known them forever they were so easy to talk too. They also offer so many different therapies that I want to try. Lastly, I have a lot of back and neck pain but they both have helped tremendously with it. On top of physical pain, they have given me the absolute best advice to improve my overall well-being. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This is my 3rd time back getting a massage and let me tell you, Andy is AMAZING! I struggle with neck and back pain and I leave their feeling the absolute best! He really listens to your needs and makes sure you leave feeling like new. Book now, you wont regret it!

Andy and Pat are both incredible! I have been in athletics my entire life playing college football and then going into martial arts. Needless to say, my body needs some care these days. I have been to many, many massage therapists and Andy is a 10 out of a 10. He is very skillful and knowledgeable about releasing trigger points and all the while works on encouraging your life and mental outlooks. He is careful of my modesty. Never ever going anywhere else.

FANTASTIC!!! Easy to book appointment, very clean, conveniently located, reasonably priced and I felt very comfortable. Andy and Pat were both very sweet, knowledgeable and EXCELLENT masseuses. I am extremely picky and require good, firm pressure to make any difference and Andy was awesome. He knew exactly where to work and how to apply the pressure properly. He also gave me good tips on what to do to help my condition. You can tell he has been doing this a long time. My daughter saw Pat and loved her experience as well. It was her first massage and she was in a lot of pain from having pulled a muscle. Pat made her feel very comfortable and relaxed- so much so my daughter said she fell asleep and has never felt so good haha! Cant wait to book my next appointment. Thank you, Andy and Pat!

I have been here twice the first time I asked Andy to avoid my low back because every previous massage had made it worse. He employed techniques engaging my lower abdomen, gluts, thighs and hamstrings that left me standing up strait and pain free for the first time in a long time. I went back a month later with worsened TMJ issues causing me pain on chewing food and limiting my jaw range of motion. He worked on the area during a medical massage and after I could open my mouth without clicks or clunks, without discomfort. It was amazing. This therapy is great for my mental and physical health and Ill be recommending it to all my patients with musculoskeletal needs. I will also be back on a routine basis to improve my health. Andy gave me my massage and I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of the body and his techniques to work muscle groups I didnt even know were in need was surprising. He adjusted the pressure when needed with minimal direction. His hands are very intuitive and I would highly recommend him for those seeking a truly therapeutic experience. I had the best experience here. This staff takes such good care of clients. Andy offered help beyond the fantastic massage. Seriously the best massage I’ve ever had. He noticed that I need additional help with my shoulder and also showed me stretches to improve my posture. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

I definitely recommend! I am very picky about my massages... I prefer deep tissue and I like it when the therapist is able to find all of my knots and troubling spots... and they actually work on them. Andy is an excellent massage therapist and he knows a lot about the human body and he makes recommendations on what to do and what not to do to help prevent further issues which is very helpful. Its nice to have a massage therapist that truly cares about his clients!

I had my first massage with Pat last week and returned this week for another. As a healthcare worker with more stress recently, this will be my go to for relaxation and renewal. It is kept clean and there is hand sanitizer available along with the staff wearing masks to ensure the safety of others. I highly recommend!

After working from home during the Covid lockdown, my body was in desperate need of a massage. I did a quick Google search and discovered a newish parlor just up the road from me. They had been open only a couple of months prior the lockdown, so I hadnt realized they were there yet. I went to their website and it was so easy to find and schedule an appointment, as well as determine exactly what service I wanted, as everything was very clearly laid out on the website. I prepaid for the service, (which was very reasonable!) and almost immediately got a confirmation from Andy, the owner, by text. I also got a reminder later in the day, which if I had booked earlier than same day, would have been a great help.When I got there, Andy was ready for me. The location is very clean, very professionally set up. The massage was excellent! I went in with very tight muscles in a couple of areas, and he worked them free and I still feel great today, a day later. I like deep tissue massage, but sometimes therapists are a little too hard and the next day you feel like youve been run over by a truck. That is not the case here.I highly recommend you try Balanced Life Massage and Wellness. I dont always return to the same massage therapist, but I scheduled a second appointment for next month before I even left.

I have been to many massage places, and I have never had such a relaxing and rejuvenating massage. I have a lot of stress, and many painful muscles. Andy was able to pinpoint each pained area, even areas I didn’t know needed work. I left feeling so much better, and the pain didn’t return, as it normally does. This place is owned and operated by Andy and his wife Pat. They both truly give the most incredible massages. I HIGHLY recommend trying this place out, as you will not be disappointed.
