Great store. Super friendly employees. Kaylee was extremely helpful and very conscientious about the groceries items she selects for online curbside or Amazon deliveries.

I am a longtime Whole Foods customer at locations all around the country. This is currently my local Whole Foods. It’s a pretty good location. My biggest complaint is that the coffee bar has been closed since Covid started. By now it’s really ridiculous it’s not back at full service. They are open for part of the day and only serving one coffee option. I’ve been to other Whole Foods recently in recent months that are at full service with their coffee and smoothie bars. This one really needs to catch up…

The people are really nice and helpful. They have pretty good prices.

Whole Foods is the bomb! I come here for my low sugar treats where I can’t get in regular grocery stores. I love their customer service as well. Peter was very helpful on directing me to all my favorite brands. I would live in this grocery store if I could :)

I only go here because my daughter loves certains stuff here. 12 bucks for brownies. 8.99 for apple juice. 7 bucks for potato chips. Man they have everyone fooled. Chicken at 6 bucks a pound is the same stuff that the hen house sells for 4. Either way we will continue to do some shoppng here until my daughter starts paying for her own brownies. Then I am sure we will be at the market down the street.

You get what you pay for rings true, especially here. Remains my favorite grocery store that I go to often for quality veggies and meat, and of course can’t forget the organic fruits too. Selection is always on point, cleanliness is always up to par, along with the informative and helpful staff. Great environment, overall fabulous place.

Compared to my everyday grocery store, this is a different kind of experience. The prepared foods section is extraordinary. They also have smaller portion desserts.

I get my seafood and coffee from here. Great Location.

I dont really get the hype behind whole foods. Limited selection and a lot of their products try so hard to be healthy they forget people actually want something that taste good also.

Great grocery store with many options to choose from. When I’m in the store, I can just scan my QR code right from the Amazon app and get discounts! So convenient and easy! Always a great experience

A bit expensive but the quality never fails to please. Always a great variety of healthy ready to eat items and also discovered great hot breakfast sandwiches and burritos. Get additional discounts at the register as an Amazon prime member. Make sure you have the app on your phone and theyll help you find the discount code to scan.

I went for two things. One returning my Amazon items and to get a couple groceries. So convenient to be able to do both.

I very rarely write reviews. But this location deserves one.This location has problems. Their produce department isnt managed well and the employees are often seen standing around talking to one another when they should be working. The department leaves items out for sale that are not fit for consumption. Others have noticed the same problem (discussed with neighbors on social media). A lot of items within the store are mispriced. Others have noticed this as well, so check your receipts. The deli employees act like they are put out to help customers, that is if you can find one to show up behind the counter. As Sarah Silverman would say, customers at this location are condemned to hipster service.Be careful eating their hot bar food or their salad bar. I have a neighbor that got really sick awhile back and swears it was their food. I havent touched it since.

The Whole Foods in Olathe is one of my favorite places to stop and take a break. Their covered outdoor patio, Lone Elm Tap Room and healthy LOCALLY produced/grown options for a quick snack make it my secret destination. I hesitate to post about it...I like that most days its quiet and relaxing and I have it all to myself!

Good quality on most products but depends on what you need. I wasnt happy with their sunflower seeds.

Nowhere does it state that Amazon pickups are 10 AM to 8 PM. This would take the store owners about 10 seconds to add to their google maps page.

No cream cheese2 days old baked stuff

The individually sliced pizza is wonderful, but they need to work on the packaging. The box is too small for the slices and never closes. Therefore, exposing the pizza to the elements. They told me that you have to go up to a register to get a rubber band. Really??? It has been this way for a long time. Especially, with COVID, you would think they would be more cautious, let alone, this is disgusting.

Nice selection of niche items. Excellent produce. The whole place is a little pretentious feeling though. And some of the most over priced food items Ive ever seen. 16 dollars for 4 slightly larger than normal, yogurt covered pretzels. Yikes!

I normally shop Brookside but this location had everything I wanted this trip. I like it much more than the Overland Park location. Friendly helpful staff with all items in stock.

Extremely friendly & helpful but its a little difficult to find suppliments in there without help & they dont carry things like stool softeners at all.

Hubby wanted to buy everything. It was hard getting him out of the store.

I ordered groceries online at Amazons Whole Foods Market for curbside pickup. My order was perfect - every item or substitutes were present. The two substitutions I was texted about while my shower was shopping for out of stock items were were very good. The curbside pickup process was easy and straightforward, and the designated curbside pickup parking spots at the Olathe store were easy to find. I had no close contact with the masked and gloved employee who brought our groceries out and put them in the trunk. Excellent job, Whole Foods!! I will be using your curbside pickup again and again in the coming months.

Food is of good quality. On the higher-end but not too bad I will go back for sure

Awesome!!! Im a fish Lover!!! Fresh & Salt water!!! They rocked it today with fresh halibut, Seabass, Salmon, shellfish, even fresh smoked salmon. Actually the rock the fish everyday!! Go to blackbob/119th now, you will be happy. Even there frozen fish selection looks awesome! I was there 45min just checkin out fish. Nice selection 3 aisles over for canned/bottle fish. Fish Lovers Check them out!! Oh Monsters cleaned shrimp too :)

The store is always clean. Staff is very helpful when it comes to our shrimp boil ingredients questions.

Great store with a few exceptions, the big one being, they dont have any inhouse baked pastries, cookies, muffins, etc. (They do have baked bread that they make there.) There are no more bulk food item bins for grains, nuts, etc, which was one of the main reasons I go. There hot food bar was never up to par, so no loss there. You can no longer use your own bags. They must find alternatives to this. Their prices are also sky high. I spent $125 for 3 bags of groceries.The highlights are, the little cafe they have there is *really good*. I also order holiday food, turkey, etc, there. The store is new enough that its not very busy for holiday service. I will go, but only when I can afford to.

I am not a fan of this location and shop now at the location in Overland Park.This location is terrible about checking produce daily to make sure it is not going bad. I dont know who many times that I have needed to bring molding and decaying produce up to the customer service counter. They are lucky I never reported them to Kansas Department of Agriculture. Molding fruit is a health code violation. . .They are also terrible about mispricing items. When I shopped there, 9/10 times I would need to go to customer service for a refund. And, even when it was brought to their attention, they were too lazy to change out the pricing signs.We also had problems with the location overcooking rotisserie chickens. Despite frequently whinging, the last time I shopped there they were still nuking them.We also got sick from their salad bar a couple of times.Their bakery department needs to learn how to properly weigh items. I dont know how many times I placed items on a scale only to find out they were not weighed out correctly. They are also terrible about severe pricing discrepancies on identical items that are packaged verses individualized in the case.Their management team is terrible at this location. It doesnt matter how many times problems are brought to their attention, they do nothing about it. I even documented complaints by e-mail to managers the last two months I shopped there. I finally got fed up and complained to their corporate office. A regional manager got back in touch with me and flew in town to go through the store with me. He conceded there is a serious problem at this location and recommended shopping at the Overland Park or Brookside stores.This store is a joke. I cant believe they hold the Whole Foods name.

The closest location to my house. They dont always have everything we need, but I can get most things here. The place is clean and everyone is friendly, so thats a plus.

I love this store. It is a good mix of organic, natural and just healthy food. Im a big fan of their bakery and their organic bread. They have great deserts and you can even enjoy a glass of wine at the bar. Great shopping experience, friendly staff and never long lines. It is also great to go there for lunch, something I do about 3 days a week. And when you go, you know you had a healthy lunch and feel energized for the day!

Yes, yes, but of course how could I forget about this fine shopping establishment... lets start with its 2 sided entrances 1 on either side and both are welcoming and host plenty of things that are on special or anything that theyd like you to see. With displays pertaining to the current holiday there is this sense from the outside that it will be a small store. It is not... its foolishly deceiving with its outside presence as the interior is large and home feeling and less like a grocery store. I could spend a few hours glancing at the odds and ends of the items that arent sold in normal larger commercial stores. With employees almost easily available to answer your questions or to take take your concerns too. Lines that flow seamlessly along with options to fill any of your health needs. There are no toys here just straight wholesome goods to live a life meant to be experienced and not just trudging along the routine. Great affordable pre made food choices with... GET THIS!! a bar, showcasing local brews from around the state!! Come experience exceptional quality and service with a bit of a more forward on pricing and a great store to buy most of your goods.

We live over an hour away, so were not able to shop in the store as often as I would like. We stop in when were in town for my kids tournaments. The restaurant and salad bar is a great healthy option. I look forward to coming back!

I love Whole Foods Market & have been shopping there for years. Fresh produce section is my favorite( better selection than OP one). My main store in OP closed which in my opinion had the best customer service.Usually I shop as the store opens which means It’s easier to be assisted if need be. The staff here are dismissive. One day I had to wait while the entire group in bakery area took a group selfie without anyone acknowledging my presence. For the most part I know where to find what I need & hardly ask for help. My issue is with customer service for the main store/bakery( guys at meat/seafood section are great).

Upscale grocery for quality-oriented shoppers who arent too terribly concerned about how much it costs. Excellent selection of healthy food and sundry items, many with an obviously groovy hippie bend. Did I mention the place positively exudes an aroma of Patchouli? Yes; yes indeed it does.

This new Whole Foods is awesome. Some of the best seafood, steaks and poultry in Kansas. This particular store has a really nice restaurant with great food specials and craft beers. Tonight was a 10oz steak with huge side of fries and a beer for $14. They have lots of weekly specials. The service is fantastic. Its a little pricey for sure, but really fresh and delicious.

Friendly and welcoming staff at the meat counter and cashier. If you dont know where something is, they will walk you to it and explain differences. Great meats and seafood, always fresh and reasonably priced.

Hate wearing a mask, but found nice looking golden beets and vegan cheese that I havent been able to find elsewhere.

My experience with whole foods is always amazing. We have a brand new food allergy for a kiddo and they are so great educating about their products. We bought a product our kiddo would not touch, they had no issue exchanging it. The competition looked at me and said that I should have known not to come in so late in the day if I wanted something to be in stock. Thank you for the amazing customer service and fresh produce.

My favorite thing about this Whole Foods is that I can have a great local craft beer in the Lone Elm Taproom while others in my family do the shopping. Nik does a great job of acquiring limited beers from the local breweries, and always has something special in store for visitors. Great tap takeovers always seem to be going on, and happy hour is nice for either beer or wine enthusiasts.

This whole foods has my favorite cheese Mimolette that is hard to find anywhere else. The person running the cheeses is knowledgeable and really friendly to talk to.

This is a great healthy food grocery store. Great produce and awesome deserts made in the store. Lots of choices for people with limited diets. I also like the deli section. They make some awesome healthy side dishes. Service is outstanding.

They have a pretty decent selection of items. They have a lot of items you cant find in other supermarkets. They are a little pricey, you can get a lot of the dry items and supplements on amazon a bit cheaper but their produce is always fresh and good looking. The staff is always very friendly and the store is always clean.

I need to see if they will refund me for the over charges on some products that I got. Seems the ads and the checkout prices didnt match

Very clean location. Ever since Amazon purchased them the price of their produce has come down. Definitely not expensive and worth a look! Would like to see some Amazon Prime member perks of some kind.

Neat and friendly staff

We really like shopping here. Especially for my Ginger ale. As long as you cross shop equal products... I.e. organic vs organic we find the prices mostly match up to other stores. Its the dry goods where other grocery stores can beat them sometimes. However the selection of food and quality brings us back every week for some of our food items. The chantilly cake is probably the best cake Ive ever had. Its so good its what I always want for my birthday. My kids like it so much they all ask for it now too.

This place is getting worse and worse each time I go here. Bezos has destroyed the old feel of Whole Foods! They used to give kids a free fruit after checking out and that even went away when one of the most the richest man took over. I find that very depressing and will never set foot in a Whole Foods again. The employees seem less friendly probably because they are underpaid nowadays.Changed my review to a 4 star. They are really improved now even though they placed wrong ingredients in my kids birthday cake, they made up for it. This place is getting better and better!

I have been disappointed in Whole Foods of late. They moved into Kansas City and since they have Ive had problems with the chicken that I have purchased. This selection is a lot less than it used to be. I do love their 365 almond butter, and well buy it when I ever I can. They also do carry a better selection of toiletries, supplements, Etc. I will probably continue to go to Whole Foods, but I will go to the one in Overland Park Kansas
