Picked up a prescription & had appt for next covid shot.

The hours of the pharmacy says until 10pm. We thought we had time to get a sensor for my boyfriends kids for his diabetes since it was only 7 when it suddenly expired 3 days early. All the CVS pharmacies where his prescription is was closed before 8pm. Fix your hours. It literally effects people when you are responsible for giving out some life saving or life altering medications and devices.

I just continue to have problems with this pharmacy. My wife and I have decided to just drive a mile further for a better experience. Its ashame that I am required to give a full star though, I feel like that is being really generous.

Worst cvs in Olathe. Do not go here if you need life saving medications. They will either short you, deny you your medications outright, or lack compassion when stressing concerns to their pharmacy staff.

They are the nicest group of pharmacists and pharmacy tech/associates. Ive honestly never been treated anything but kind here. Ive had one incident in the 7+ years Ive used them as my pharmacy. I am very disappointed about an issue Ive had with my extra reward bucks over the last 2 years. Since they have gone to putting everything on the card Ive not benefited from any extra care bucks. Even though it shows they are being issued to me Im NOT receiving them. Ive tried to address the issue because thats at least $50 each year Im not receiving anymore. I have gone to the manager for help but he wasnt interested in helping me resolve it and still hasnt even though I was told back in March hed help me. Ive had the same 2 phone numbers for over 10 years and for some reason I get notified of the extra bucks but when I try and send it to card it disappears!! Strange frustrating but as far as pharmacists and associates never had a problem with being helped answering questions helping me understand something. The manager that hasnt helped me with my extra buck issues has also always been kind with the exception of that one day in March I tried to resolve the issues with my card. Ive even gone to an associate before the manager to get help with it and I told her dont send it to my card because it disappears or gets lost in cyber space but she did exactly what I asked her not to do and sent it to the card and congratulations your extra care bucks have vanished!! So besides not getting those nice perks Ive always been impressed by the pharmacists and associates! They are top notch and always kind and I know people can be extremely rude sometimes but they never waver from just simply being kind and trying to do their best to help! Love my local CVS pharmacy and their helpful kind disposition even in the busiest or most stressful times in our world!! Kindness is definitely their way and Im so grateful for them!

This CVS had a sale going on but couldnt figure out how to ring the sale items up at the sale price. Took long time for cashier and manger to figure out how to ring up product and what correct price should be. Seemed like they would have rather me get irritated and leave then actually help figure out what they should be charging me.

The pharmacist decided that my sister’s medications were potentially harmful when combined and would not fill all of them. She has been on the same medications for over 15- years and has filled them at CVS for most of those 15 years. Her doctor has already weighed the risks and decided the benefits were worth the risk. Well, because she didn’t have those medications for two days, she had a seizure and cracked her skull and is currently in the hospital. Thank you CVS!

Dont go there very often but Good for flu shot and certain medications

Not recomended to anyone. Pharmacy need to learn how to count right. Couple times had my husband RX short.

You are incompetent or lazy or both. You said you were open so late at night I drove out due to a sick child but I never will use your store again. I will be sure to share my disgust and Im a hospital RN.

I will forever be indebted to the pharmacy staff for how they graciously cared for my father-in-law when he got a prescription wrong at 90 years of age and made a scene blaming them. Several of the staff over a couple trips to the store took his anger and dealt with him gently.For me personally they have bent over backward to process varying rules from my insurance to make my prescriptions more economical and convenient.

Ive been using this Pharmacy for years and I have no complaints, they are pretty fast and timely. I added a photo from the CVS website because Google only shoes the store hours and not the Pharmacy hours, hope this helps!

This is a large CVS location. The pharmacy is usually busy but its because they are really good. The pharmacy also has a drive through. My entire family uses this location and weve been very happy with the service they have provided to us. I would recommend this location.

Worst pharmacy! Have lost several of my daughter prescriptions!! Do NOT recommend if you need meds go somewhere else they will mess it up or lose it! Rudest people working int their pharmacy!!!

If it weren’t for this being the only drive thru pharmacy near me, I wouldn’t be back. Their customer service is horrible!! Have honestly never had a good experience here....from getting home and script not being mixed, to total lack of personality and rude customer service. Thank goodness for convenience or I’m afraid this pharmacy would struggle staying in business.

The pharmacy staff are always very friendly and helpful. Quick too! I always wait for my prescriptions... Ive never had to wait longer than 10 minutes.

Area locations close at 6pm on Sunday?!? Their lights stay on so of course their customers repeatedly pull up only to discover the doors are locked.

The pharmacy staff is always courteous and goes over and above to help you out. The store is clean and well-stocked, and we can always easily find what we need.

Staff is not friendly, they don’t read previous notations, they fill prescriptions that have been canceled, they put out fires of their own making but could care less that they are causing frustration for the sick, and various extra trips to the pharmacy. This is not a professional, capable, pharmacy. I’ve received and paid for prescriptions I don’t need. And when insurance kicks back a prescription with one of their vague reasons, there is no research done, it is just popped over to the dr; even on a weekend. On one particular situation, had they looked, this particular problem happens every month and it’s in the notations in their computer.

They care about your health and also your time. Very quick pharmacy.

Pharmacy staff has always been friendly and very helpful; always willing to answer questions. The store has a good selection of health care items, personal care items, food, groceries, etc. Sale prices are very good.

The store is clean and well lit, glad we have a CVS near here.

Over charging for lysol and Clorox wipes

Ive only used the pharmacy, but the pharmacist is straight and to the point. For instance, when Xyzal became OTC, he let me know that its not worth the money because it has the exact same active ingredients as generic zyrtec. They get my scripts filled fast and are always courteous, even in the drive thru. Another upside is that they always seem to have plenty of staff on hand. I can call and they get me an answer quick, and I appreciate that. Way better service and knowledge than any yahoo Ive dealt with at Wal-Mart pharmacies.

First time trying to get prescriptions filled. Found the person I spoke rude and dismissive. Will never use this pharmacy for any prescriptions!!! Just terrible! I work for a large corporation that tries to promote CVS as the pharmacy of choice however I will be posting my experience with this pharmacy letting them know how I was treated.
