Wonderful doctor! Knowledgeable and takes time to answer questions, genuine and caring doctor. My mom has been going to him for 20 years and just loves Dr. Phillips. His staff is also friendly and polite and very helpful whenever we need anything. Very responsive to call and email requests. We never have to wait long in the waiting room. Overall an outstanding doctor and team. We would recommend Dr. Phillips 100% to anyone looking for a great doctor.
