My father went to him about horrible back pain. He ordered an X-ray and then gave him muscle relaxers. No explanation of what was wrong. He ended up in the emergency room a week later. They sent him for an MRI and had the results sent to Martis. The results came back on a Friday-this Dr has dentist hours and doesn’t work Fridays. A nurse called with the results and told him he has a broken back but “your too old for surgery” and they called in a prescription for pain meds for 10 days. My mom called back to get more information. That was last Friday. It is now Thursday and they never returned the call. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CARE! This Dr should be ashamed of himself for his lack of concern for his patients.

My wife and I just recently moved back to Kansas and as former patients our first priority was to find Dr. Martis and secure him as our Primary Care Doctor. He is by far the most caring, compassionate and friendliest doctor we ever had. I also accredited him with saving my life when he diagnosed me with a rare condition in 2015. I gladly drive 45 minutes for my appointments now. Thanks Dr. Martis!
