Janelle is AWESOME!! I told her what I wanted and she did my hair exactly how i wanted it! Such a great job and excellent customer service! The store was clean and organized. Very nice experience.

Ashley did an amazing job with my 7yr old! She has a natural white streak in her hair she gets teased about. We tell her how cool it is and how Anna from Frozen and Rogue from X-Men have a white streak but she still complains about the teasing so we thought putting some color in it would make her excited. She loves it! Thanks Ashley!

I just want to say how good of service i receive from supercuts at this location. Angela Morrow is a fantastic stylist. I had gotten my hair cut at another store by somebody else, the lady did a terrible job. I called super cuts and explained my situation to Angela and she told me to come right in and she would fix it for me. she is very thorough when cutting hair, was able to salvage my hair cut and sent me home with a smile! Extremely pleasant and professional. Thank you very much Angela! you rock!

They say walk ins are welcome, but the two times Ive tried going Ive been turned away. Their online check in is a joke. Last time there was an estimated wait time of 0 minutes but the system wouldnt let me check in for another hour, so I drove up. In the 5 minutes it took me to get there, the wait time turned into 90 minutes and there was only one person ahead of me at the location. Ridiculous. Great clips is cheaper, has better stylists, and better customer service.

As a former longtime Supercuts employee, I was so happy to find Ashley. She is very personable and knows exactly what shes doing. Ill definitely go back to her if shell have me!

My guest experience was great here. They really focus on what the client wants and all focus was on me. When I was waiting I was offered a water only with a five minute wait. The manager cut my hair and she was very focused on me and listened to what I said to do rather than doing what she wanted to do, like most other salons. All the other stylist in there were also very friendly and made me feel comfortable. It was the best haircut Ive had plus at a really great price.

Took my son in for a haircut and was incredibly pleased. Donnie was very friendly and definitely a perfectionist which was great. My son said it was the best haircut he has ever had. I agreed! Will be seeing him from now on

Always clean and welcoming, stylists are friendly and ask a lot of questions. Recommend calling ahead or checking in online though. Prices are reasonable, especially for brow waxing.

She did an excellent job cutting my hair although the cost was a little high for the deep conditioning and it really didnt work.

I just got my hair cut and colored. My color looks fantastic and the cut is awesome. The stylist was all about me and what I wanted. She took the time on my hair and made me feel comfortable. Some places Ive gone to worry too much on the speed and rush to get me out of the chair. She talked to me the whole time my hair was processing too. She recommended the right products to use and they have an amazing sale buy one get one 50% off on styling products. I will for sure be back.

Boys haircuts are 15.00 and you can usually find a coupon. Online checkin is very convenient. Hairstylists take their time and always give my son a great cut!

Terrible. I don’t know how they stay in business! I keep coming back because the location is across the street from where I work. We literally have thousands of employees across the street and Supercuts refuses to staff more than 1 person at this location from 11-1. 8 empty chairs and they have no availability. Rude employees seem to want to explain all the different ways they CAN’T help you. Staff doesn’t like to work - would rather chat up the customers about their dog and their personal problems

Hate my haircut. The stylist took over an hour to cut it AND cut it super super short. Maybe she should talk less and pay attention to what she’s doing. For taking an hour it should be at least good.

The haircut was fine, no issues with my hair. The disposition of the lady cutting my hair on the other hand was pretty bad. I guess I called what I needed the wrong thing and got a dirty/wierd look. I mentioned that I have a mole along my hairline and she immediately knicked it, when I reminded her about it I got a dirty look in the mirror as if I did something wrong. When she was cleaning up my hair line she hit the same mole again, and treated me like a jerk for flinching. But my hair ended up basically like I wanted. Would not recommend.The franchisee contact me, she was understanding and I was interested in my input. I would give another chance after she said she would do some retraining.

I tried supercuts out again, have not been there for years. To my surprise, Donny did a great job on my hair. Ill be coming back.

Check-ins mean nothing. I called in and was told they could get me and my kid in right away if I got there within 15 minutes. I got there 15 minutes later and they already had 2 people in front of me on the board. They got busy, I can understand that. However, I finally walked out after waiting 50 minutes and having 3 people BELOW US on the list get served first. That is not acceptable. I know at least 2 of the 3 people had not checked in online or by phone but instead asked for a specific stylist so it appears that they give preference to people who ask for a specific stylist.

Every time Ive ever gone, the proposed wait time on the website isnt even remotely close to what the real wait time is and they dont actually consider you in line until you get there so Im not sure what the point of checking in remotely does. So I started to call in to find out what actual wait times are instead of showing up to find out its an hour instead of 10 min. Everytime Ive called they have been rude, especially this last time. I tried telling her why I was calling and explained the inaccuracy of their time table online and she got snippy saying she has no control, I explained that I was calling for the actual time and she started kind of yelling at me, about the amount of people they had in front of me and it would be at least an hour. Im not returning again.

Low price for a great cut

Went here three times. They did a decent job pretty much every time... However I was surprised by an 35 dollar charge when the haircut was 15 and I gave a 5 dollar tip. I asked for an explination about the over charge on my debit card. I was told it was due to a error in the system and I would need to come in for the refund because they couldnt refund to my card. I recieved my 15 dollars in 1s and 5s with a less than sincere apologie. I suspect they are tipping them selves.
