Had the opportunity to use this store and found their staff to be outstanding. Daniel was prompt, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. And anytime Daniel was not standing with me, the other staff were asking if I had been helped. I watched several of the staff assist other customers and they are great. I often say these days, COVID has killed Customer Service. But NOT at Lindsey Medical Supply. They know how to take care of customers!!I recommend them!!Hunter H, Pharmacist

Went there for a part for my stethoscope. With Covid raging again, I wore my mask in and was shocked to find none of the employees wearing masks. They didnt seem to care about the CDC guidelines that recommend masks indoors whether you are vaccinated or not. Even Lowes and Home Depot are doing better than this medical supply store. SHAME!! Ill never go back.

Staff is exceptional at helping and being knowledgeable on items and equipment. They answer any questions, offer any suggestions YOU look for and dont try to push any up-sales/changes.If you have a product or device that you work with or that works with you they take you to it and tell you all about it.They have a huge selection of supplies for the product I needed and Ive continued to make the drive back from out of town to get my supplies there.I spend less than 2 minutes from the time I park to grabbing some supplies. Always wonderful!

I left something at home that only a DME would carry. We were greeted at the door. Had the employee had the part in hand before I got near her. When I mentioned a problem I was having with my cpap machine, she said to check a setting! I did and it fixed. Thanks so much on having what I needed and the great advice.

A medical supply store with employees NOT wearing masks? I couldnt believe it! Even if all their employees received vaccines they come in contact with the public who are visiting the hospitals and taking care of the sick and therefore the still could spread covid to others. I went here to buy a shower seat for my mother-in-law who is suffering from cancer. They had a better selection than the medical store in Norman and the lady who helped me (wearing an extremely loose and therefore useless mask) was kind, but still, come on! There wasnt even plexiglass between a cashier (without a mask entirely) who was talking loudly on the phone. So I would not recommend anyone with a compromised immune system going here to purchase anything. Lindsey Medical Supply can you pretend that you care about health, not just money? Even if covid isnt a big deal to you it is for others. One star for the nice employee, and one star for a good supply.

They were VERY rude & out of 5 employees that were there, only one person so-called helped us. She was no help @ all. My husband is permanently in a wheelchair & they just didnt care. Not impressed & will never visit again. Disappointed.

I came in here the other day looking for my uncle some supplies he needed . After looking around and not being able to spot what I needed, one of you’re employees by the name of Christina I believe. She was so helpful in helping me located just what I needed. She had a great smile and a friendly attitude, something that is so rare these days to find in retail . I will gladly come back for more supplies as long as there continues to be pleasant people like here working here . Had a great experience.

They have a very personable staff that are willing to help, well informed and interested in helping you resolved your healthcare needs. They have no problem referring you to others organizations if they are not able to supply the need.. I have chosen them to get most of my medical supplies because of the great customer service I received..

Came in today with my husband to get a c pap machine. We didn’t know we need the sleep study info, but the staff here were quick to help us so we could contact the sleep center and a quick fax later and we were setting up and ready to go!!! Amazing experience

In preparation for knee replacement, picked Lindsey Medical in Moore, OK to fulfill my needs for a shower chair, and while there also decided to get a back wedge. The entire staff was amazing and very intent with making sure I had choices and exactly what I needed. Very wonderful experience, very knowlegable! Really appreciate their time and assistance.

The staff is always great. There was one staff member that I have never seen before not wearing a mask. You have to wear one to enter. Very disappointed, enough to not return.

I bought a bedside commode for my dad, but he died before he had a chance to use it. I returned it to Lindsey’s brand new, fully wrapped with all tags and packing materials but was told they couldn’t take it back because it might have hygiene issues. Huh? I even asked if it could return it when I bought it, in case my dad didn’t like it. No sympathy or empathy at all from the “manager.” I will take my business elsewhere in the future and warn others of the same.BTW, their website wouldn’t allow me to leave a review.

Went there today to get tips for my quad cane the young lady who helped me wasn’t very attentive just said here this is all I have paid for them went to my truck to see if they would fit . Came back inside and told the young man that I was sold the wrong tips and was given the correct ones I needed .. think the young lady just wanted me out of the store ... Not sure I’ll be back

Very VERY seldom do I leave reviews. I usually like to call and speak to the manager directly. However these are words everyone 8n this page should see. You will not be dissapointed! With amazing workings such as I think her name was christine or christina but she answered any and all questions I had, was very polite and actually made me feel like someone was talking to me for me not just a customer and a worker. So, i send Lindsey Medical Supply a application of employment while Im waiting for my case management certification to complete & I get this clazy e-mail back with questionable grammar all over the place (much like Elara Caring managers grammar, which was frightening) but I sent it to Moore this Linzi Gray asks me to work for 9600 N. May OKC instead of being a manager & asking one of her current employees who may live closer to OKC to transfer stores so a brand spanking new employee from Norman doesnt have to drive a whopping 31.6 miles day in/day out for what Im assuming probably isnt a great paying position anyways & from what I can tell, doesnt manage very well period because apparently 1 too many customers are being given the wrong information. Do your job lady, Before rambling things you dont even understand. ..not too hasty!!!Btw, shes lucky I dont notify the EEOC or BBB for failure to properly manage her store or manage period coz it doesnt take a genius to figure out maneuvering a few employees unless clearly your store isnt running properly to begin with.

The staff here is outstanding! I came in and let them know I wasnt buying anything however I was waiting on a motorized scooter similar to the one they sell to be shipped to me through my insurance company and I wanted to see and try it out. Also, see if I could break it down while on crutches. They allow me to sat down and explain in detail all I had to do with demonstration and I accomplish my goals for my visit. They also showed me accessories I could use with the scooter. I was in there test driving scooters and other things for a good 45mins. I plan to buy my accessories from them once my scooter arrive. I highly recommend this store. They are Awesome.

I rented a knee scooter abd crutches form them 5/03/2020. Found out my wife can not use them. I called them to return them. I said to them since we didnt even use them may I get a refund. They said no. I said WHAT. They said it in your rental agreement. I said we didnt even. use them . They repeated no refunds on rental equipment its in your rental agreement. Renter beware . there are no signs that I saw stating this. I thought they might have some compassion since we didnt even use the equipment I should of read the agreement that is my fault. This was the first and only time I will ever deal with tthis company. I will never rent from them again.

I submitted the online form for a scooter rental and in less than 45 min I was called and advised that I could come in anytime to pick it up. When we got to the store it was raining, my husband was on crutches and the young lady stopped what she was doing to open the door for us. They were pretty busy but were doing a great job of juggling everyone there and the phone ringing off the hook. These 3 girls were AMAZING!!! The even re fit him for a post OP shoe that was way too big that we had just got from the ER. Service and knowledge of these girls was outstanding and something you sadly dont find in the retail world anymore. These 3 girls all need raises!!

My mom broke her hip and had to have a few things modified at her house, so I went to Lindsey Medical. Theyve been nothing but super helpful, even when some equipment didnt work out. Theyve graciously let me make an exchange in order to make my moms bathroom safe. They are knowledgeable about all their equipment, and they have been super helpful! I highly recommend them!

Had a wonderful experience here. Their computers were down, just as numerous customers walked in. But they continued to help customers as they were trying to resolve the technical issue. The young rather tall girl there continued to help three customers and check them out while providing me with the information I needed about a product for my mother. She helped all customers, including myself, without rushing them even though they were busy and I truly appreciated that.

My son was injured his Doctor refers us here for a wheelchair. Well I went in and was talking to two young ladies. The second I mentioned my son was on disability everything changed. One of them was a young blonde that demanded to know what doctor kept giving referrals for them. Saying it was just a waste of their time. Well not to worry blonde the doctor said he would no longer make that mistake. In fact he wouldn’t mention y’all even to his non insured patients. Since I moved to Oklahoma City a year ago. I have bought stuff from y’all. No more though.

Myself working at another DME company, they are always so helpful when we call to try equipment for patients, and although we are in a competitive market, they always treat us as old friends. Its so nice when you have companies in the same field with the common goal of putting the patient first.

Thank you for sending the two men to repair my(Ten key King) LiftChair. To me it was a big task. Im a Disabled Veteran my LiftChair gives me a quality of life that is a blessing. They said to me when we leave, your Chair will be ready for you. The Staff was very helpful also. Thank You Very Much.

We started a 10 day roadtrip with first stop in Oklahoma City when I realized I hadnt packed a critical piece of my CPAP equipment. We found Lindsey not far from our hotel. I walked in, explained my dilemma, and within 45 seconds, walked out with the exact piece I needed. The very nice young lady at the counter wouldnt let me pay for it, advising it was a spare part anyway. Thank you from a grateful Kansas Citian!!!

I was driving cross country on, going back home after taking care of my mother and father, and had forgotten a piece of my CPAP. I looked up on google and they were the only store open on Sundays in the whole OKC area. So I arrived about an hour before they were due to open since I had to have that part and I was passing through at that time. They opened a few minutes early for me and were super helpful in finding that one piece quickly.

We rented a knee scooter from them and the quality was immaculate. It also had great no slip grip pads on the handle bars. It was like it was brand new. The problem we had was with customer service. The 2 times my husband went in (too painful for me to go in) the attendant was sterile. And other employees were bickering. Not a pleasant internal environment.

I had the worst experience at this store, they do not know what they are doing. I ordered a compression sleeve almost 3 weeks now, they have not got it yet, they do not even have my information I gave them the first time. I went back the second time and still nothing, I called the third times still nothing. . I am sorry to take my business else where I liked the store because it is close to where i live.
