Kristen Thomas has been a God send through this whole process. Another medical supply really gave me issues, but when I finally connected with Rehab medical supply and Kristen that all changed. I have stage 4 lung cancer as well as 4 other organs stage 4. When I explained that to her and what I needed she did not hesitate to jump in and do any and everything she could including keeping me up to date as steps progressed a long. 50 of walking and I cant breathe. Limits life. She was very sympathetic to my situation.When you think you are counted out due to health issues then someone comes along and makes this situation go from almost seeming impossible to very possible you are greatful..If you need medical equipment callREHAB MEDICAL SUPPLY AND ASK FOR KRISTEN THOMAS..she is fabulous..Ill send every one I know to her.Thanks Kristen for all youve done.

For the location on north May: They didn’t order the correct wheelchair. Lou never returned my calls. Cody did. Lou has no response. Cody said they could reorder but time is up and I went and bought one on line.

Just left Rehab Medical Supply, my mom has a script for a wheelchair from her doctor and because it was Medicare the woman working gave her a number and said she had to call a different office. I asked if they accepted blue cross blue shield and she told me that I also would have to call the number. She wasn’t willing or able to show us any of the wheelchairs that matched the script written or willing to show me anything if it wasn’t going to be a cash pay. If you plan to use insurance don’t come to their show room.

Great people.... Wonderful customer service. The girls are so easy to work with. My family has used them for years and recently Danielle helped get my grandmother a motorized wheelchair and the process was so simple and easy. She talked us through everything and made everything virtually pain free.Thank you Family Medical

This review is for when they were still called Family Medical Supply. I dont know if the staff are different, but it was repeatedly a terrible experience to work with them. Took *5* weeks to get an order in for CPAP supplies. When they finally did, they had ordered the wrong size mask! Then they tried to argue that that is the size I ordered, when Im absolutely certain it was not... As a previous reviewer mentioned, the communication between staff is truly terrible. This is such an easy thing to get right, I am shocked they cant do a better job. Called today and was told they no longer do CPAP supplies, I asked to get the paperwork (doctors order, etc.) to transfer the somewhere else, they didnt have any of it. Wonder where my medical information goes when they get their hands on it... You should too.

Absolutely the most sincere, patient loving people I have ever experienced in customer service. They helped me on several different occasions over the years. They are working with a neighbor of mine to get him a wheelchair and john and Daniele are amazing to work with. I will send all of my neighbors and family and friends to you

Poor customer service. My father has been trying to get a scooter for 6 months and they have not followed through, the physician had done everything they can to get this for him and they have yet to help him. I would suggest if you need quick service, find a different company.

Rude, unhelpful, don’t follow through or return calls. This is supposed to be a business to help with medical equipment needs for those who greatly need the equipment, horrible customer service. Disappointed and hoping nobody else has to experience dealing with these people. I don’t know if they don’t know what they are doing or just help the people that are most convenient. Waste of time for much needed equipment that never received or got a return call about!

We have experienced wonderful customer service from them on the phone & in person. I contacted them about getting a knee scooter & if they took insurance. I had my Dr fax over my prescriptions. They even faxed over all my info that the facility would need to quote out the rental for me. The lady called me back, was wonderfully caring & explanatory. They had to fax back a packet for my Dr to fill out. All was said & done very fast, all within 24 hrs time. I would give 5 stars, if the equipment was better. The 1st scooter we got was quite wornout. The right hand grip pad end was almost ripped off. You could flip it back & forth. The settings didnt feel quite right so we we changed them but when we adjusted it, the set pin for the handle bars broke, so if I pulled up on the handlebars they would have slid right out. And the knee pad jiggled. When almost all your weight is on the knee pad, it has to be steady. We took it into the store & they were very appoligetic & helpful. They gave me another scooter in better condition. Its still worn but not as bad as the other one. After a week & a half the knee pad is getting jiggly, like the other one, & nothing my husband is doing can fix it so we will have to swap this one too.Immediately after my accident we rented from another facility & the knee scooter was almost new. It was immaculate! A special unique handle bar grip pads to help you balance your hold better. Love that feature! But they dont take insurance. So we swapped to Family Medical Supply. I couldnt afford to rent it for 6-8 weeks. Both times we went into the like new scooter place, employees were bickering with each other. They were cranky & sterile to us & seemed to not know how to smile. It would be wonderful if some place had wonderful quality of equipment & awesome personality. But so far I cant find one facility that has both & accepts insurance. If Family Medical Supply had better equipment, I would give them 5 stars. There customer service is awesome.

Horrible people to do business with. I went in to buy a new wheelchair a year ago, they said they did not accept my secondary insurance and could not sell me one, so I left. I called medicare as this was the only store listed that sold the brand I wanted and took medicare. They said I had to use this store as they have won the bid and is the one designated to my area. So I called them to see what the reason was they wouldnt sell me a chair and was told they do take my insurance and did have the chair I wanted, so they wanted me to get a Dr.s appointment for their assessment and I did so. Then they said I had to have a PT evaluation, which they would set up, so I waited over 2 mos to hear from them about this when I called them. They said they could not sell me a chair because I was rude to the girl on the phone. I couldnt believe it. I was as nice as I could be, although, I had been through this 2 other times and never had to do all that they wanted me to and told her so, but there was never anything rude said, except by there girl that does this. Then they tell me they sent a derogatory letter to my Dr. about me telling him to send me somewhere else. I couldnt believe it. They won the medicare bid, and medicare said I had to use them, but they do everything they can not to abide by what medicare says. They are committing medicare fraud and I have turned them in for it. Dont waste your time trying to get a wheelchair or even a walker here as you will be disappointed.

If you go in and buy something off the floor, youll be ok. But if you need a special order from them, good luck with that. Their follow-through and lack of accountability is sadly lacking.

Unreliable. Does not return phone calls. Gives you the run around. You’re better off buying a wheel chair than waiting for this company to get the paper work done for Medicare. You’ll save yourself the stress and headaches from having to deal with these people. DO NOT USE!!!!!!
