Therapist did a great job. Receptionists are wonderful. Place is very clean.

My massage was excellent. Selected medium pressure and it was perfect. So relaxing and my masseuse was silent for the most part but did check in to make sure the pressure was good. Will go back again for sure. Staff was polite and it was a great birthday present.

I had a great massage and my girlfriend too had a great massage. The service and Communication before and during the massage was great. The place lost 2 stars because I felt forced to tip the masseaus. The lady at the front desk asked us if we wanted to tip and after ignoring politely as we were students she voiced herself atleast three times and I personally felt uncomfortable around the other guests . Overall great service just the tip aspect should be an INDIVIDUAL CHOICE. Thank you

Fist time here, been to the location on Grand Ave several times. Its smaller and they dont offer all the same services but theyve replicated the super cute lobby shop and have lots of fun things to peruse while youre waiting. Parking is WAY easier at this location. Front desk service was very friendly and welcoming. Paul did my 90min combo massage, and it was fantastic! Great pressure. Thanks Kume!

The service was good. It would have been nice to receive tea or water after the treatment since they had it available, but they didnt offer. Downside is paying for street parking.

I had a fantastic experience with my massage today. Bree was very welcoming and enthusiastic and helped me check-in and feel comfortable before my massage. Simon was clearly experienced and was able to tailor the massage to my preferences. I couldnt recommend getting a massage here more!

First visit was a groupon, very good massage. Now Im anot annual member. Their online reservations needs improvement, it will show a therapist availability but the therapist gets to decide if they want to accept your advanced reservation after you chose the therapist initially....hmmm? I scheduled three weeks out and ended up with a therapist that I didnt choose. How does that work, really? A good place for an advanced scheduled massage even though its posted that walkins are welcome

Every time I call I can never get a appointment with them. Fix that smh.

I prefer this location over the original on Grand. More tranquil and and low key. And much friendly front desk staff. Paul is magical!

Avoid, avoid, avoid!My boyfriend and I came here for a couples massage and it was easily the worst massage either of us has had in our lives. They put pressure on your spine for 30 minutes instead of massaging like, the MUSCLES in your back.Not only that, I’ve never had a whole body massage NOT include the feet. Lackluster and a waste of time & money.
