Very friendly and professional service. Ken gives a phenomenal sports massage (not sure what it would be called but basically it’s like an intense deep pressure shiatsu). I didn’t ask for this but he recognized I was tight in certain areas. He asked if I lift weights so it was awesome that he could tell based on where I was tight. He also does this thing to really relax my hips my pressing on a pressure point on my hip/buttocks. I usually do 90 minutes because just when you think it is over it’s not, which is the best. One time I caught him rolling his shoulders after our session so I could tell he really gave it a lot of effort to dig in deep for me! Thank you Ken :)

I was pretty surprised to have a bad experience at a place with decent reviews. I can only guess most people book a different type of massage.I requested a male masseuse online; however, my selection was wholly ignored without any communication. I had to ask the woman who was massaging me to put on a mask. The entire 90 minutes of my massage vacillated between this woman just rubbing oil into my skin, no deep tissue massage happening, and pulling on my head, which honestly kind of messed up my neck.At the end of the massage she gave me water that tasted like a mildewy cabin.

Ken’s strong hands instinctively took away all of the accumulated stress in my back and shoulders putting a big smile on my face. Then gave my legs and feets attention like they never have had. Without hesitation I recommend Ken and H&M!

My feet have taken a beating while volunteering in the White Elephant Sale warehouse... so I booked a foot massage! Oh, wow! what I received was so so so much more ... face, head, shoulders, etc were given attention! ... I didnt realize until Marco started working on the latter how much my whole body needed his skilled hands! A perfect experience!

They are nice although I feel like they change my options everytime. Sometimes they massage your head and feet, sometimes just your feet, but its still fun and a good place to go with a friend

The guy massaging me was flirtatious. He was also really tired and kept dozing off while massaging my feet. My friend had the same problem with the man massaging her. She asked for a refund and they gave her one.The night I was there, a man walked in and asked if they do happy endings... Omg, I was dying laughing. 😂😂 The lady at the front desk didnt know what he meant by that, he told her, and she was so disgusted and told him no. 😂😂
