My experience with CSS Home Care has been excellent. They worked with me on finding the right fit for caregivers for my sister-in-law and were always there if we needed an extra day. They also kept informed of any questions or problems regarding her care. I also appreciated an email note that the caregiver would write at the end of the shift to keep me informed. I highly recommend this service.

Our experience with CSS was quite brief (4 days). Admin staff were quite competent and efficient, both in intake and case management. Info re timings, personnel were relayed extremely well; the staff were rapidly available by phone. The aides who we had (a different one each night) were friendly. Skill levels varied widely and initiative in terms of seeing what we needed, instead of this novice client fully knowing what was needed, also varied substantially. CSS/Honor is certainly to be recommended and I felt confident that if we had continued with them (but we moved to a 24/7 caregiver as our situation deteriorated), we would have found a regular, acceptable rhythm.

I have been very impressed with CSS Home Care since our first interactions with them. I reached out to them for help on behalf of a relative. They responded the same day with an in-person interview and have followed up since then with a very professional level of care. They keep us informed, take responsibility for any mistakes and try very hard to provide caregivers who are good fits. They are also extremely responsive to any concerns, but there have been few of those as they are so easy to work with and take their work so seriously. So far, were very happy and recommend this agency highly.
