Care giver that was sent my friends house stole 500 dollar from her purse and. Office in San Antonio stated they would file with adult pertective services but not confermation was done to reassure use on complaint.. and no follow up on claim.

Alegre is a very great company to have family looked after or 2 work for Ive have experienced both sides and Melinda is by far the best along with Cindy they are both very attentive to patients and providers needs and will make sure that both feel comfortable and are a right fit for eachother Ive had the pleasure to work with them for 5yrs and I am very blessed that I was given the opportunity 2 work for a great company with ppl that are genuinely here to help and be there for our patients

The office manager is very rude, and does not take the safety of its clients seriously. She does not report complaints to APS like she supposed to. She treats the clients and the attendants very bad , she disrespects them and down grades them. There is no good communication between the office manager, branch manager, and the staff. She runs around like she is confused all the time. Not a good place to work, you will sure be left being miserable through out the day! The rest of the staff that works there are wonderful! The company real needs to overlook who is running their company but that is hard to do when their home office is located elsewhere!

Three years ago my parents came to live with us in our home in Von Ormy. Not only was caring for my father a blessing as his dementia progressed to Alzheimers but my family was beyond blessed to have been referred to Alegre Home Health. Being new to the world of Home Health, I know God lead us to this agency through our prayers. With their amazing compassionate care and support to my parents, I truly believe the staff and supervisors made all the difference in how my parents adjusted so well and prospered tremendously health wise throughout these last years. These people never answer their phones and when they do they put you on hold foreverrrrrr. Whats worse they dont even respond to their emails...
