Ive had the opportunity to experience Minnas sound baths on multiple occasions and always leave calm and happy. Minna is incredibly passionate about sound and feeling the vibration that sound has to offer. Ive experienced her group sound baths as well as a few private sessions. She is thoughtful about how she organizes the experience and always makes you feel comfortable. In either case, she has you (usually) laying down with plenty of blankets, surrounded by singing bowls, and the vibrations begin! Minna is an especially skilled sound healer! She held space for me and what I wanted to work on beforehand, explained in detail what she would be doing, and gave great advice to make the benefits last after the session.
