You can always inquire about pricing if you want to know what to expect. Some insurance plan will have copay so it might just cost you $20< per visit.They are very responsive with in app messages. Usually I can get prescriptions/ questions answered without scheduling an appointment.Service is really nice and efficient. No long wait. Highly recommended

I just wanted to drop in to share a little about my experiences with y’all today. Congrats on making the world a better place.I was assigned to Dr. Catherine Nguyen by my health care provider. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for over two months. They would not answer the phone or return my voicemails. Today I decided to schedule an appointment in person. Even though she accepted me as a patient (her name and phone number printed on my insurrance card) I was told I need to sign into your online portal and pay a $199 membership before I could schedule an appointment. I would be happy to pay my copay and give them any information they need to work with my insurrance, but a doctors office playing gatekeeper with $199 to be seen seems unethical to me.I’m interested in knowing your response to a very simple question, and please check your gut. Does this feel right to you?

I have gotten nothing but the best and most respectful treatment from the people at One Medical. And their video conferencing feature has helped during COVID. And because of how they keep records, even if my primary care doctor is unavailable when I need an immediate check-in, I still get top notch care with the doctor having full access to my notes.

I understand these are trying times, however, it took One Medical two and a weeks to respond to my emails, which is unacceptable. And they charged me $540 for one 30 minute BASIC appointment, which is outrageous. I will not be renewing my membership nor using One Medicals services again. I wanted to share my experience so that others avoid terrible customer service and disgustingly over-priced medical service as well.

Booked an appointment online. Arrived for the appointment and checked in. Waited in the lobby for 25 minutes before one of the receptionists told me that the doctor wasnt in the office.Thanks, but no thanks. I wont be entrusting my medical care to a team of incompetents that cant even operate a calendar.

I had the most pleasant easy doctors appointment ever here! I just went online and chose which office and doctor I wanted to see (at what time) and booked my appointment for the following morning. The building was clean and beautiful and I didnt have to wait at all. Parking was easy, and billing was easy (just paid a copay). My husbands company subscribes to One Medical for its employees, so its very easy for us to use.

The facility is excellent. The doctor was lovely. But, be aware that this company is in it for the money. They charged $600 for an initial consultation, and $389.00 after that for a followup and recommendation to a dermatologist. Go here at your own financial risk!

Best care I have ever had. LOVE One Medical -- thorough, thoughtful, always available. Web of services that goes above and beyond any other office I have ever frequented. Also, in a pinch, when out of town, you can go to any of their offices and your records will be accessible.

Do not go here unless you want to be charged $680 for an initial, in network visit. This place is a scam, and will rob you of your money, it is an absolute scam and I do not recommend anybody use their service. They will lie to your face by telling you it is included in your insurance (when in reality they mean included if youve met your deductible), and charge you $680 for a fifteen minute visit. Absolute SCAM. I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE.

My whole family goes to One Medical, specifically Dr. Emily Caro-Bruce in the Oakland office. The services are great and we never wait for our appointment (very important with our new baby)! We can call, talk to a real provider, and get prescriptions over the phone. Theyll do virtual consults (with pictures or FaceTime if you cant make it in). Tried going to other places, but they are awful compared to One Medical. Definitely worth the annual fee ($150) if you see a provider more than once a year!

I came in for a simple removal and replacement of an IUD. The doctor could not remove it since she couldnt locate the string and did not have a string-catching brush. Instead she ordered two ultrasounds that end up being completely unnecessary and cost me over $1000, because afterwards I went to an actual OGBYN and she was able to remove the IUD with no issues in less then 2 minutes. I am very disappointed at how the doctor at One Medical went ahead and scheduled two tests and cost me $1000 for a procedure that should have been completely free for me (since my insurance covers IUD). I also had to make multiple doctor/ lab visits and go to another hospital to get such a simple procedure done.

Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable from the front desk to the nurses.

The doctors here are very polite, and the facility is very clean, but the level of care is simply below average. Refusing to refer to specialists, ordering the wrong MRIs, generally a joke. If I can finally get some service today I may amend this review, but for now Id say they should be paying me a massive annual fee to use them... Id much rather go without modern architecture than go without healthcare when choosing a healthcare provider. Note: words may be tinted by this back pain that theyve made no progress in treating for 5 months.
