I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the WORST place to get treated. The staff is horrible and so rude. Christopher was so quick and would never listen to me. He jumped on the bandwagon and thinks he can treat Lyme but he missed a lot and made me MUCH worse and caused me other issues. I would never recommend going to this place. Ever.

Given them 1 star is to much I have never been to a doctors office that was so unprofessional, insurance company recommended them 100% might have rethink my insurance company. After my husbands visit my son and I had appointments that I canceled due to how he was treated. Never in all my years have we been so disrespected. Trying to get results to take to another doctor so he wont have to go through getting blood work again he had 1 appointment and it gonna take 30 days or more to get copy. Was told I would catch more bees with honey how professional.

Dr.Christopher Pichay has been one of the most understanding, caring and loving doctors I have ever met and had. He’s also super outgoing and full of life. Suffering from such a chronic illness (Lyme disease) it’s not easy to find doctors that are willing to sit and listen and really care. I honestly feel it was divine coming to him. He is very well versed around Lyme disease and the havoc it causes on people’s lives. The staff is awesome as well. They get things done. I’m forever grateful for this practice. There’s so much more I can say but I’m sure what I’ve said says enough. Thank you Dr. Pichay for being so awesome.

Unbelievable health care from start to finish. Incompetent. Dishonest. Rude. Arrogant. Ignorant. Oblivious. Fraudulent. Another erroneous and duplicitous diagnosis by way of Christopher Pichay. I brought my stepson to this hovel after a recommendation from South Shore Hospital. Huge mistake. I wish I had read the current reviews before all this trouble. If I could leave a minus in stars I wouldve done so. Doctor Christopher Pichay, youre in the wrong business. My humble advice people - STAY CLEAR! Get a second opinion. Choose wisely.

Obviously its the staff giving these clowns a 5 star review. Ive been trying to talk to someone on the phone for weeks yet they still go straight voicemail. Also good luck getting immunization records from them because theyre too busy filing their nails at the front desk, watching tmz, checking bumble, or flirting with the other colleagues or the local hot shots in the area. 5 stars.... yeah rignt. Not to mention how dismissive they are when mentioning your own issues.

I have been with Dr. Chris for years now and I have nothing but praise for this man and his practice

Dr Chris has been very helpful to me and my daughter in diagnosing where other doctors have been unable to help. This practice has been a godsend.
