Dangerously bad at their jobs. The notes they wrote in that visit were so inappropriate that multiple doctors straight up expressed horror at it when reviewing my medical record. So at least they take accurate medical notes, even of vastly inappropriate practices. AVOID.

I try to get rid of my spiders veins. Lisa Arello was my Dr. She use on my legs a needle 3 times bigger than the one she was supposed to use. Not only that, when I was leaving, she was at the hall with 3 others women making fun of me because the needle hurt me so much.

Had a terrible experience. I was about 8 minutes late and while Ive never been late I have always waited 20 minutes to see the Dr, once quite a lot longer. Well it turns out they have a 10 minute cut off. So while the office staff can SEE me in the lobby, reading all the posted instructions so I know what to do to see my Dr. I dig out my phone and call. Finally its answered and the woman informs me of the 10 minute policy even though she knows I was standing there for 5 minutes. She tells me shell check if the Dr will see me. She puts me on hold and proceeds to have a conversation with someone in the office. Eventually she goes and checks ( she could have used the phone so this makes no sense) and comes back to inform me that the Dr left for lunch already. It was such a poor standard of care. Such shabby treatment of a patient. I would never go back. This was sick behavior .

I think she is a great doctor she has not once ever dismissed my concerns and I feel confident about being under her care. Just awesome! Comparing to the horrible other placeThis is just my experience with my old Harvard Vanguard doctors In Boston they suck they are condescending and they didn’t know anything like it’s their first time seeing the problem pcp dermatology neurology allergy all horrible people in general they were high risk endangering their patients safety on many occasions unsanitary almost lost a baby they are high riskThey just want to do nothing and collect their salary

Dr. Evelyn Morris has provided excellent analysis and communication to me during a recent health crisis. Her steadfast approach, availability and thoroughness is admirable. The staff is always responsive to inquiries and the online portal for appointments and test results is helpful. Dr. Morris and her team are excellent health care professionals.

Never in my life have I ever experienced such poor healthcare and customer service. Ive had to call and schedule a appointment with the same doctor 3 times. Each time for it to be canceled on me! Without even notifying me! I wouldnt recommend going here unless you want to deal with incompetent employees who cant even work a calendar

Having recently moved, I needed a new primary care doctor. I set up an appointment with Dr. Shwetha Adhikari at the Northborough office. She was very kind and took the time to answer all of my questions. She is also extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I am so impressed with her that I am setting up an appointment for my husband.

Great facility, always in and out very quickly. They are not quick to whip out the pen to initiate pill popping, which I like. One visit, a staff member seemed grumpy but thats OK, were all human. I will continue to utilize this establishment, as long as my new primary care physician is here :).

I dont normally write bad review but I was blown away by the terrible experience I had here. I recently got a new job in Ma & moved here from CT. I had to find a new PCP. Which you already know is a nightmare. Especially working 44-50 hours a week & I have a 3 year old. So I finally get in & we speak about my medicines. I have ADHD & I was literally treated like an addict off the street because she didnt feel comfortable prescribing me medicine. It was so awful I was trying to get info on what I should do & she just kept treating like 1. She was clueless on treating something as common as ADD & 2. Like I was asking for pain pills. I was almost in tears when I left. I have never been treated so awfully in the medical field. Dont go there!!! I will tell everyone I know of my experience. I work in sales so that wont be hard to do. I wish I could give this place a negative star.

Dr. Reyes is an amazing primary car physician and i highly recommend him. The staff have some problems with their new patient system and didnt enter my insurance info correctly, but their online portal is great and it was easy to fix.

My new pcp is awesome, she asks alot of questions, which I wouldnt even think of,to get to the root of the problem. I had very little problem getting the meds I need or referrals to necessary specialists. She also does explain what is going on instead of just writing more prescriptions and sending me away. A good listener too. The staff has always been great with me as well!!

Worked for this company for 1 year with Dr. Morris, can honestly say this site was by far the worst place i have ever worked. Site manager (Pamela) was absolutely rude while I was being mistreated by other coworkers. I would be harassed along with exclusion. I reported my issues to Pamela numerous times and she could not give a care, she would tell me to handle this on her my own, then would sit in the hallway talking with the other girls. I would walk in her office and she would roll her eyes at me as if my presence was annoying. She also has her daughters in an out of her office with patient information laying about. I found her and the staff here super unprofessional , therefore I walked out.False accusations (he said, she said). Felt like i was working with young kids.

Trying to make contact with the office regarding appointments, blood tests, prescriptions, etc. is extremely frustrating. People do not answer the phones during office hours, and do not return calls when messages are left. We are considering looking for another health care provider.
