I was able to get same day appointment the staff was professional and caring I didnt have to wait too long to be seeing by Med staff great service

I hadn’t used this urgent care facility before, but when I found out I had been exposed to someone who tested + for Covid, they accommodated my request for a test easily and efficiently.

I was late because of traffic and was still seen by a provider with minimal waiting. Everyone was friendly and the facilities were spotless.

I was able to get an appointment fairly soon. Receptionist was very helpful and doctor was very nice, office was clean.

Best urgent care I have ever been to. I almost always try to go to this one- everything is very clean, everyone is always friendly, I am always helped very promptly, and never feel rushed. When I have had to go to another urgent care I do not experience all of these great things and wonder why I did not just go to medpost. From now on only going there when I need urgent care.

Reception when I walked in was great, when I got seen I felt very rushed and I was the only one in there getting seen. The doctor was not listening to me when describing my symptoms and was very forceful when checking on what was wrong and I left in more discomfort than when I entered. I will not be going back ever. I woke up the next day with excruciating pain where I was examined Im so disappointed and in so much pain. I will never ever ever ever go back there. Very unprofessional I was better off not going anywhere

My experience here today was great. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I made an appointment, which made things quicker. Both the nurse and the Dr. were incredibly nice as well as incredibly efficient. Plus, they REALLY listened to me and my knowledge of my own history. LOVED THIS PLACE! Will definitely be back. Highly recommend. The care was fabulous!

I was seen promptly. I do advise making an appointment. Didnt sit in room for hours.the nurse and doctor came right in, went over my treatment plan. Answered all my questions. A very professional and efficient staff. Very satisfied with the care! A+

This place is very convenient with a short wait . The nurse and doctor were very helpful and my issues were resolved and not overlooked. I feel much better now and the pricing for the visit was very reasonable. Would recommend this place over sitting in an emergency room at a hospital to someone who has an injury or is sick and needs immediate attention! The facility was extremely clean as well as the waiting room and restroom. The staff and nurses/ doctor were extremely nice. Would recommend this place to a family or friend! Great service !

MedPost was great. Could make an appointment before going (easily on line), easy check in process, and friendly staff. Dr. was great. My daughter was happy the doctor explained what was wrong and answered her questions. Dr. Also went above and beyond working with the pharmacy to get effective medication without breaking the bank!

Ive been to this location twice now, and they are fantastic. The wait is always minimal and the quality of their caregivers is excellent. Joan McHugh went above and beyond to help me re-route a prescription to a better pharmacy. They are my #1 choice when I have an emergency.

Best care I have received, they were able to care for me quickly, refer me, and made sure I got the care I needed even after leaving.

Prompt and to the point. Wait time was minimal and the doctor was very through in explaining my symptoms. He even called later that same day to make sure I was able to be seen by my specialist. I am very vary of urgent care facilities because I am in healthcare myself and very picky about certain things but the staff made me feel at ease. Thank you very much!

I will never go to this urgent care again. I requested the oral version of the medication because I knew the steroid cream would only take away the obvious signs and not internal issues. Yet I got stuck with the cream. Then I was under the impression from the provider that one tube would be enough for the entire 4 weeks after explaining that the virus is all over my body which he looked at. Yet one seemed to be enough. I went 2 weeks ago and the steroid cream is gone. I called back today to see if another provider could help me, but no. They insisted I pay another $50 copay for them to be the one to examine me. Sorry, but no. It should’ve have been handled the first time. Now I have to take more time off of work to go to my primary and probably pay more money anyway since I already had a physical this year. I’m extremely frustrated by how this location handled my care.

The whole process was easy and convenient, especially with on-line registration. Staff was communicative to set expectation when I would be seen. Doctor was pleasant and thorough. Will surely revisit in the future.

They were very helpful over the phone. As soon as I arrived they were fast and efficient and I was able to do my physical for a reasonable price and with enough time to return to school. Thank you everyone for being so nice.

I liked being able to schedule an appointment online. The staff was very friendly. I was seen immediately/at my scheduled appointment time. The doctor himself came out to assess me right away. I believe that I received the appropriate treatment and discharge instructions. I appreciated receiving copies of my x-rays on CD.

If anyone is waiting when you get there, factor in waiting about 90 minutes per person in front of you. Much much faster to just go to the emergency room, or drive an hour to another clinic.

Excellent experience. I was able to make my appointment online and there was no wait time when I arrived. The receptionist, Medical Assistant and NP were both friendly and thorough. Will definitely use this facility again!

The worst Urgent Care I have been to. I have just walked out now from there. I have a baby who is really very sick and when I entered the door I thought that staff will help me and sign in instead I was met by the receptionist who didn’t care to even greet me then after I waited 5 min I asked him to register my baby then he refused and told me to wait then he left the front desk and go inside for a while and left me for another 15 min then another patient come walk-in the door and stand in front of the desk then when the receptionist came back he started registering the other patient and ignored me and my baby completely although I came first and I stayed for 25 minutes waiting for the receptionist to register my baby to be seen by Care provider. I am really shocked to have this kind of treatment especially in an Urgent Care. I am really very sorry but I want to share this critical moments to help people know and if you are in a rush avoid this Urgent care completely.

I came in with my broken ankle and was seen promptly (of course the clinic was not busy).I was attended my Doctor quickly and the PA too was very cooperative and nice. I felt very nice being seen at this facility as I felt I received the right attention and treatment. My suggestion for this facility will be to deploy advance systems which radiologists have access to so that they can read the smallest detail on the xray. Nit sure if this is the case everywhere.In all, I was happy with my visit.

I saw a NP whose super nice and got excellent bedside manner about a month ago. However, today I received a bill...... Im a little sketched out that I was never informed about such charge. It seems like I had an unnecessary procedure done so that I could be charged for it. I hope this is just a misunderstanding, and not a standard practice.

My initial visit was wonderful. I was advised by the doctor that if I feel worse in 5 days come back. Its been a total of 5 days and my illness has gotten so much worse so I went back for some advice on what I can do about it.Fastforward. The front desk lady was saying there wasnt much she could do, which I understand. Her tone however was just totally why the hell are you here again. She prints me my file and she goes its a virus, they last 7-10 days. Yes I know what a virus is and how long it lasts. I work in a clinic too and even if I couldnt help a patient I would not give that sort of hateful attitude. Holy moly.Never coming here again.

Waiting time was short. Staff were professional. Very interesting their nurse and x-ray technician all take turn to help out with the receptionist task. Very friendly. The doctor listens to the patients problem, and exams thoroughly, making the correct diagnoses and treatment recommendations.

Website and signs outside say walk-ins welcome, go in to be told by front desk I need an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never use this company again.

Was in and out in 30 min for a Covid-19 test, got results in 48 hrs. Waiting room was very clean and only allowed 2 people at a time.

I went there in so much pain. I was treated immediately and felt so much better by that evening. I would highly recommend this place !

Can’t really write a review since we didn’t get to see anyone other than the front desk lady. The only interaction we had after having our doctor refer us, and after calling ahead to explain the situation, was the lady telling me to drive back to the ER. Mind you we live 2 minutes from the Marlborough Hospital and drove 20 to be “seen” . First impression was very negative. 0 communication.

I called and made an appointment. When I showed up to my appointment, I was told I was not on the schedule. The lady at the desk was not very pleasant and did not seem to care. I left without rescheduling.

EDIT: 8/9/19: Received my bill for this service and need to lower my rating. The charge is more than 3x what I paid in the past at a CVS MinuteClinic for the same service. Called for an explanation and was told somewhat rudely that this is an urgent care facility, not a walk-in clinic, which is why their prices are significantly higher. Great experience all around from the team - receptionist, nurse Scott & Dr Krystyna.Minimal to really no wait time.I Am grateful to my doctor spending ample time with me - going over the med choices, the diagnosed condition(s) & even educating me on the prevention side of it. Dr. A.K. even said I could contact her back post visit should any adverse reactions to meds prescribed. Quick emergency medical help for someone new in town. Can’t thank them enough!

I was suffering from severe lower back pain. I was seen very quickly, within 10 minutes after my arrival. The staff was friendly and professional and the nurse practitioner helped diagnose my injury quickly. Two days later I am doing significantly better. Overall it was a very good experience.

My adult son and daughter just left the center in Northborough. Both were very upset with the way they were treated at this facility. They were asked to get consent from one of the parents for my daughter to be seen for pinkeye and then suggested that they had called a friend of theirs and not a parent. The physician made comments to my daughter about her medications and how she shouldn’t be on some of them. Just because an adult parent was not at the visit, I feel like my children were disrespected. We will never visit this center again and recommend no one else does either.

The staff here is simply amazing, very kind and helpful. I highly recommend you come here if your sick.

I went early on a Sunday morning and I was seen quickly. The doctor was helpful and knowledgable. She took time to answer my questions and gave me appropriate care. She did not push me to do any unessessary (and expensive) tests and treatments. She also directed me to the pharmacy with the cheapest price for my prescription.

I felt treated thoroughly and kindly by the nurse practitioner, and the doctor in charge called me 2 days later to check up on me. I have been here twice before and would come back again.

My girlfriend went there close to closing time to see if she had the flu and the lady at reception had told her she couldnt get seen because her insurance was cancelled. Come to find out the next day that she was STILL fully insured. They just didnt want to see her because it was close to closing time. They do not care about peoples health clearly and I would bring anyone there . They should lose their right to preform health care services. someone could die

Location was easy to get to, clean and I was able to get an appt right away over the phone. There was no wait when I got in. I was there for shorter than an ER room visit . Excellent experience - friendly staff!

This place has a calm appeal to it; the reception area is warm and comfortable and you can even grab a coffee. Greeted and treated by professional staff for a cough and fever. I was concerned that I might have bronchitis or walking pneumonia.The treatment was concise and the doctor was personable and kind. I choose this place over UrgentCare across the street, because UrgentCare is a bit callous with their clientele and they make outrageous requests for things like your license and credit card information to take a copy of.This place simply requires your insurance card and a Photo ID.

Front desk woman name Maria. So rude and awful. Don’t know anything about customer service and when I got there nobody at the front desk. Waited and finally, another guy behind me called anybody here. Also, week later call back for not getting better Maria was so rude and while I’m taking she hangs up. Never want to visit this location one.

Very friendly people, super fast service, and extremely helpful. I hope I dont have to go back, but if I do, Ill be comfortable knowing that they know what theyre doing.

I wanted my son to be seen for a bad cough on a Sunday afternoon. The UMass Urgent Care facility across the street had a waiting room full of people and they told us it was a 2 hour wait! We drove over to MedPost Urgent Care and I cannot say enough about this group:1) The front desk was both professional and kind, the nurse was caring and kind, and then my child was examined by a wonderful physician! (Across the street at the UMass care they have nurse practitioners on staff, not doctors.)2) They took an x-ray and gave us a preliminary diagnosis and asked us to follow up with my sons pediatrician.3) We left with a CD which contained a copy of my childs x-ray.4) About a hour later we got a call from the MedPost Urgent Care nurse who told us that a radiologist had read the x-ray and she had more information for us regarding my sons condition.I feel so blessed that we have this wonderful facility right in Northborough, with such a caring staff, who was able to diagnose and treat my child on a Sunday afternoon! Five stars for MedPost Urgent Care!!!!! Thank you for an amazing experience!

I came here at 11 am on Tuesday april 23rd with my swollen legs with terrible pain, with gout attack They didn’t give any medication to relieve my pain, first of all I would say change the name from urgent care to some other name,And they told me to go get medicine from pharmacy that means they don’t have any urgent care medicines as i came with terrible pain , I couldn’t even stand properly, I never ever recommend anyone to go there for urgent care
