Dr. Krebs and the staff were warm and extremely competent! My smile is great and my jaw pain has pretty much vanished. Diana, one of the dental assistants, was very kind and funny, and made me feel cared about whenever I saw her. Great job all around!

Really excellent care and service from my orthodontist, Dr. Krebs, and all of the assistants! Seems like there is a really positive office atmosphere. I really appreciated Dr. Krebs kindness, patience, and listening skills. I had met with two other orthodontists to get consultations and she was the best listener and really paid attention to my needs. I did invisilign and loved how my bite and smile turned out. Cant recommend them highly enough!

I was a patient at Rigali & Walder Orthodontics 12+ years ago, and ever since, I would still wear my retainers at night to sleep to keep my teeth in place. Recently, my retainers wore themselves out and broke, so I called Rigali & Walder to see if theyd be willing to make me new retainers and they graciously made it happen! I was seen within a few weeks and got my retainers a couple weeks later. They made the experience easy, seamless, and painless. And, an added bonus is that they always make you feel like an old friend every time you walk into the office!

Very nice orthodontist! My daughter was told that she would wear braces for 2-2.5 years. But she got them off even faster at 1 year and 10 months! We were very pleased with the results. They have all the latest technology and very friendly staff. Scheduling was a breeze as well. Cant recommend them enough!

I fell and knocked my two front teeth so far up that one couldn’t be seen and the other was pushed way up and twisted.Dr. Rigali and her entire staff from assistants to receptionists and billing personnel, were SO kind to me! Having several offices in various locations in the area made it easy to make appointments that fit my schedule. All the offices are conveniently located and easy to get to. I highly suggest Dr. Walder. She treated me for a few years to give me the best and most precise result that I can only dream of. She is kind, friendly, charismatic and always positive. I was going to both offices: Northampton and Easthampton. All the staff is very attentive and polite. After the alignment is completed, they are still welcoming you back anytime to take a look or clean night retainers.

The staff is excellent, knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. We see Dr. Walder and we wouldnt want anyone else to take care of our daughters teeth. Excellent office all around.

Superb is the most accurate descriptor for Rigali & Walder Orthodontics. Im a senior citizen who NEVER expected to wear invisalign for a year. So why did I wear invisalign? In short, my teeth were shifting and could potentially present rather serious problems. So after several opinions from respected dental professionals who agreed on this shifting problem, I was referred to Dr. Walder. From day one, Dr. Walder and her well-trained staff demonstrated warmth and professionalism. Her knowledge base and communication skills are very impressive and the confidence I had in Dr. Walder was well-founded. The entire office ran like a well-oiled machine. Kristin, the Treatment Coordinator, is a highly skilled communicator and very good at her job. In academic terms, Dr. Walder deserves an A+ My only regret, I didnt go to Dr. Walder years ago!

Rigali & Walder Orthodontics truly freed me of my dental anxiety. At 24, I was so insecure about my crowded teeth, I would think about it any time I smiled. We had a really complicated situation and the Dr. met with us before we started and spent the time we needed to reassure us that everything was going well. The office staff was always available for questions and if a wire or bracket broke we could get in very quickly.Very clear about the whole process. The office is extremely accommodating with scheduling of appointments. Unexpected issues are dealt with very quickly so my kids are not uncomfortable. Love the staff and the doctors!First child finished and her teeth look great!!!

Just recently we learned that my youngest does NOT need any orthodontic treatment, which was a great gift! (But attributable to the fact that Dr. Walder had him use a palate expander when he was about 7-- totally worth it!) Highly recommend!

We planned to have my daughters braces done at Rigali and Walder, but at the last minute, decided to get a second opinion. The other orthodontist came in at about $2,000 less. My sense is that Rigali and Walder do great work, but Ive learned that braces are like anything else..it cant hurt to shop around a bit.
