I received my second COVID vaccine today and wanted to give a shout out to the folks behind the counter that have and continue to administer these vaccines and others... Thank you for what you do! You are quite literally the final piece of the puzzle!

Im not a well person. I have several medical issues that cause pain and mobility problems. The pharmacists there treat me with the utmost respect, Ted C. treats me with kindness, respect and dignity.He is amazing, Im truly grateful!I have had to deal with many pharmacists over the years due to my medical problems and nowhere else have I been treated with such. No matter which insurance Ive had Ive been treated with respect and dignity as well. Im not looked down upon because of present financial situation. I was treated like dirt at other area pharmacies, absolute rubbish. Luckily , I made the decision to change pharmacies to ONLY CVS AND ONLY THE ONE ON MAIN STREET NORTHAMPTON.It has been an excellent decision!!! I Thank CVS staff for their overall willingness to help me whenever I need assistance! 🙏I also use their care pass program and save money on every trip! The pharmacist Ted C. treats me with kindness and respect and thats rare. I have Mass health andrsrely if ever have I had the pharmacy/ pharmacists treat me with dignity.

The employees at this store are amazing!! They handle so many different people , with different needs and issues and are still smiling when you see them, i give them so much credit, i could never be that good.

Can get everything. Things on sale. Good pharmacy. Can get shots and vaccines. Service good with downtown location.

Waiting over an hour for a scheduled COVID vaccine. The system they are using at this location is poor.

Why bother trying to park and deal with this place when the CVS on King St (3 minutes away) has a drive through pharmacy or better yet the Walgreens will mail your scrips to you

Pharmacist woman should be fired. Zero time and big attitude when needed to answer questions about meds. Go to Wallgreens

This CVS branch is fantastic.

Great customer service, but the web information is incorrect. It says that theyre open till 10 PM on Saturdays, yet when you call them they say they close at 5 PM.

In my 20+ years of working in a medical office and phoning in prescriptions for patients, I have not dealt with a more unprofessional, rude pharmacy. Actually, it was the pharmacy manager I spoke with which makes it even worse!! She didnt want to take the 2 mins. to receive the RX, she wanted to put me through to voice mail. (I selected their phone option 2 which states speak to a pharmacist) Very begrudgingly, she took my RX and then asked why I couldnt use the voice mail. I explained that I preferred to speak to a human and make there are no questions about the RX, so it will be ready when my patient arrives to pick it up. Her attitude and tone of voice was discourteous and abrupt!!! I know what its like to be busy and have patients lined up at your counter while 3 telephone lines ring off the hook. I get it. I deal with it everyday. In a pleasant, courteous manner giving each and every patient the time they deserve. That is what you do when you work in a customer service oriented position. When I called back to voice my displeasure with the extremely poor customer service, much to my dismay, I learned that I had been dealing with the pharmacy manager!! I very politely expressed my concern about how I had been treated and stated that I would never treat patients this way or speak to them in such a manner. She reminded me that I was not a patient but another health service provider.!!! I guess her pharmacy school taught that its okay to treat other health care providers like dirt! I kindly mentioned that I would be referring patients to another pharmacy!!!!

Safe and clean. My interactions here have always been perfectly pleasant.

Limited selection, but it has the basics and the location is convenient.

When being transferred to the pharmacy at the Main Street, Northampton, MA store, I have never once gotten off hold on the numerous occasions I have called in the past month. I have generally waited for about five minutes before giving up. Frustrating...
