For 5 months ive been under their care. They are there to collect a check. They need to reread their oath. They will do no harm.

They don’t care about people they are all about making more and more appointments for no reason to get all the money they can from you. Dr. Sandra even asked me religious questions to see if I was a believer or not. The worst service ever. All they do is waste your time and don’t bother getting to cause of any issue. They deserve to get sued and taken out of business.

Awful. The notes they gave for my referral were so inaccurate to what I said. Almost complete opposite. They made a referral to one doctor who called them and canceled my appointment because they didn’t specialize in what I needed. Pioneer spine and sport never told me that they canceled, almost went to the appointment until I called and found out they were suppose to inform me of my cancellation and set me up for an orthopedic not a neurologist. It took them 4 weeks to send one fax to the orthopedic, meanwhile I passed out at work and suffered threw my symptoms. They’re is not urgency or care here. If you have anything severe do not go here, it’s just a job for everyone from the doctor to the receptionist. Do yourself a favor and go to another office for anything severe. I’d give them 0 stars if google allowed it.

If you’re in pain go somewhere else! If you are looking to pad a lawsuit this might be the place for you. Every person that I encountered in this place was unfriendly and It seemed to me that by being a patient I was somehow the enemy. I was asked multiple times if my injury was from work or an accident and I got the impression that since it wasn’t either then they didn’t really care to deal with me. When I saw the p.a. she was dismissive and curt and rushed me out of the office with no explanations or recommendations except “you can go to physical therapy if you want”.Go to a chiropractor, get a massage, see a different dr. But don’t go here!

I went to see Dr. Park so he could look at my injured elbow. He told me it was okay but that it could take a while to feel better. He proceeded to share a story of a time that he was hit with a paintball pellet and that it took years for that to feel better so it might take a while for my elbow to feel better. I had to ask for anti inflammatory medication. He was not impressive at all. I had very little confidence in his assessment so I went to another doctor. Dont do it, go to Hampshire Orthopedics and Sports Medicine if you want to feel good about your medical choices.

Your Doctors are first rate. Your phone/communication system is the worst Ive ever seen. 10 minutest to reach a central receptionist when you have 20 at various service cites all of whom use the same computer system and are very helpful and competent. You are completely negating the whole purpose of computerized automation and communication. Your call is very important .... But the receptionists -er - agents are too busy talking to each other. Anyone who visits the W. Springfield office or talks to a (completely powerless) supervisor can see the inefficiency that we are paying for.

Save yourself from disappointment, my last 2 dr. Visits they “forgot” to take an X-ray and called me a half hour after I left to come back. I said I couldn’t. And this last time “forgot” to give me medication and Dr. Davidson “forgot to submit a prescription he told me would offer pain relieve until I had a simple injection.Well let me say I’ll never go back there, and why would I trust dr Davidson put a needle in my spine when he forgets while we walk from exam room the the lobby who I am.

Dr. Davidson is very competent and does a good job of explaining what is going on. The front desk is totally bureaucratic and unhelpful. Pioneer is a good example of modern corporate medicine.

My son suffered an injury on September 6th 2016 he has seen 7 specialist doctors and was referred to this clinic November 1st 2016 he was seen in the office on November 3,2016 we were sent home and told to wait for insurance approval on November 21st at 8:30 am I got a phone call asking if he got the MRI yet I said we were waiting for approval from the insurance company. The woman Ashley said let me check into it and call you back..At 3:30 I called back and found out not only did they forget to submit for approval but they also added a note under his name that he never checked out after his visit. My husband was with him and they had to turn in forms at the end of the visit so obviously the checked out. I called back a few more times and even spoke to the office manager Diane to voice my concerns. She said she would check into it..Now on November 30th I got a phone call that the insurance approval was denied and I said what does the insurance company want us to do she said 6 weeks of physical therapy. I explained the doctor doesnt want him to do that she thinks he has a compressed disc and she wanted to have the MRI as not to cause further damage. The woman said I didnt know that I wasnt in the room with the doctor. She said I will have the doctor write a letter and fax it over and we should have approval within 48 hours..So I called back on Monday December 5th to see if ti was approved yet and was told Ashley will have to call me back. Now two days later I call back again on the 7th and this morning and I am told it was just submitted for approval an hour ago. Thanks for the call back and being all over your patience best interest. My son has been incapacitated for 4 months and seen several doctors in the past 4 months and for some reason this doctors office doesnt feel the need to rush or follow up on his care. I am very extremely disappointed with this office and the service and care or lack there of by this office here we are over a month later and we are still in the same boat..Please do not go here
