I’ve been to several different EOS locations in the area, with the site at Losee remaining my fave! The staff is polite& responsive, the gym is clean, and equipment is spaced out appropriately enough so that you don’t feel smothered by other guests.

Awesome gym! I commend the their childcare draggy for being understanding and professional.I’m extremely particular with childcare. I feel at ease with my girls being at this center knowing the staff is understanding and professional. The front desk is awesome. General manager is courteous and professional.

I love EoS. Since Im a beginner they have what I need and from the looks of it it seems that their equipment is also for advance lifter or anyone into fitness. The staff has always been great to me. Now there is a small issue but from what I know all gyms have the people who just take up space or take up equipment and stay there without doing anything but its to expected.

I have gone to this gym a handful of times since COVID hoping that each time my experience would be better, but it is just no longer safe to be there. Signs on the door when entering clearly state that masks are required to be worn when entering and while working out. Unfortunately the staff does not enforce this policy and puts my health and everyone else at the gym in danger. Today I was on the treadmill using my handheld device not minding the people who came to use the machines next to me a while after I was there. Both people had no mask on at all and were running and breathing all hard. I observed more of what was going on around me and looked down on the lower floor and noticed other people in the weight area not wearing masks either.There was no staff walking around to enforce the requirements you have listed on the door at all!I am not putting my health and safety in danger because of negligence and lack of enforcement of the mask policy in your facility.I go downstairs to cancel my membership and I was asked why I was canceling, I said no one is wearing masks in here, and the gentleman at the counter just said ok, and said I will be billed for the next 30 days and possibly a second time. I was just amazed how instead of correcting the concern I had about the safety of myself because of the lack of masks being worn there. Instead telling everyone not following the rules to wear a mask or leave the gym, he didnt address my concern about safety and their mask policy and didnt care about losing a paying monthly customer.This gym is negligent in providing a safe environment and enforcing facemark policy to their guest.

I usually come to this one for the fact it’s not as crowded and if you come to this one you’ll quickly see why. The facility is old, out dated and is always disgusting. Literally the bathrooms are always a complete mess and worse on the weekends. And it seems the employees don’t really care

Front desk staff is friendly, nearly all of the equipment is in good working order, and they have optional classes and a cardio theater. Currently they are providing paper towels and spray bottles for people to wipe down their equipment after each use. Only gave 4 out of 5 stars because this location is usually pretty busy but that may change as the other new locations open up.

I recently started working out here and its been great so far. My only complaint is that this location still has it sauna and tanning both shut down. But thats not their fault so I wont blame them for that other than that, the place is clean and well maintained. And the staff had even friendly to me

They have lots of equipment to choose from and like that its 24 hours given the city we live in. I would like to see more early classes i.e. 6am since I can only go before work. Very clean and staff is friendly.

Decent gym; this place has all the equipment you need, plus metal and rubber weights. The only downside to this place is that it’s usually busy, pre & post covid. The cinema is the worst part of this place in my opinion, but i do understand the concept of people shying away and wanting to do cardio in the dark.Overall good place, try it out if its close to you, otherwise if you dont mind the drive most LVACs are slightly better.

Got my car stole and wallet and sell phone. This place isn’t safe weak security and when this happen they play it off like it never happen. Starting to feel like it was a inside job. They don’t care about you or your belongings.

This place is disgusting. Water fountains are filthy, urinals are literally falling off the wall, floor is black in some spots in the bathroom. I hate this gym.

The gym is small and messy. The weight rack downstairs is missing most of the lighter weights because their all upstairs and scattered everywhere. No one is wiping down machines and no one is putting weights back. The cardio and weight machines seem out of date. I went on a guest pass to check it out and was disappointed. I will say though they do have a cinema cardio room, thats pretty dope!

Its not a bad gym, just wish they had more than one of some machines. It also tends to get pretty busy during certain hours which makes it almost impossible to get a workout done in under 1 1/2 hours. Alot of people like to do 20 sets and take 5 minutes in between sets while they goof around on their phone.

Great equipment and space. Excellent instructors in the group classes.

Personal Training and Classes are great

As an avid gym goer for many many years, I can say that this place is excellent. It has all the equipment youll need to get in any routine, be it lifting, resistance, cardio, or cross train. The size of the gym is great, and the staff is always on the floor insuring that all equipment is sanitized at all times. The only issue, is an issue that most every gym in America has, and thats peak hours capacity. If you wanna go between 4pm and 7pm, be prepared for a crowded workout. But thats the case with every gym, no matter how big. Overall, the friendly staff and environment give a 5 star rating

They stole my stuff and 5 people got robbed there. Got told I was going to get a call back from the GM due to the situation. Never got a call backThis places isnt safe I would go back unless you like being robbed

Signed up during the pandemic summer of 2020, tried to cancel within a few months in, ended up freezing my account due to financials. Called sometime fall of 2020 to follow up on cancelling account but just got the oh my manager will call you back, once they are available but never does. Then on 12/31/2020, I personally went in to cancel my account and a representative said they would cancel my account and forward it to their manager as I gave them my name and number. Basically waited it out for this month, January, monitored my banking account to see if they would take action cause youd think actions speaks louder than words but, guess not. Up til now they continue keep pulling more money out of my bank after requesting to cancel. Will attempt one more time to communicate to resolve and close my membership if not guess I have to look into more. Not sure why customer service is a big issue for this facility. They make it difficult on both their end and their customers.

Dirty place especially right now with covid you would think they would keep up with cleaning supplies no napkins watching the place get packed by sec NOBODY was cleaning there station after using we watched a trainer coach someone and he didn’t even bother too sanitize the station for the women ! no social distance horrible experience won’t be back .

Horrible customer service...I wouldnt suggest you expect any help resolving issues with your account. I have gotten the run around for months..they just keep taking money out of my account, even after I have jumped through hoops of paperwork.. they do not keep their word and they could care less if you are affected financially...this has been an absolute nightmare.... ***** And again, to update this review*** I was contacted by the regional manager on this post for what I can only assume was to save face for the company because of this review... once again I was told I would be helped and did not receive any correspondence after the initial email..but of course, my account is still being charged... Beware of any dealings beyond a basic account with this location and im assuming the entire company since my concerns have went to the regional manager... they do not care about clients, only their own pockets ***

My wife and I joined EoS specifically for the group yoga classes they offer.. We traveled 20mins from the Nwest just for classes at this Losee Rd location.. We were impressed w the nice open size of the gym itself but the cozy positioning of the yoga studio room upstairs..like a loft w pool and mtn window views.. The instructors have been more than kind and have offered lots of different options and routines.. We rotate between the 3 closest locations to us and are glad we signed up when we did.~Namaste🙏🙏🙏

Wasnt there today, but have been a member for a while as of now and Google chose to ask me to review. This review is to reflect EOS as a whole, not this specific location. I canceled back pre-covid my membership due to a lack of convenient locations and with several of the locations, a lack of maintenance on machines. Theres been broken down machines constant at majority of the locations Ive been to, overcrowded most of the time, attitude of several employees especially the one who originally signed me up is piss poor. I love the lifting rooms, but thats about it.

Very clean, with hand sanitizers at the front check-in area. Everyone, not working out, has their masks on. I like how they set up the cardio-cinema alternate machines to keep the social distancing going. I get a great workout and feel safe while doing it.

Great location and very diverse amount of equipment. Staff are friendly. It is very hot at this location and airflow downstairs is not good and needs improvement. Almost no airflow in The Yard. There needs to be at least 3 large wall mounted fans to circulate the air in this area alone.

Friendly environment, free to work out as you please. People seem to be following covid precautions. I recommend EOS as a gym! It Doesnt have a track but there is a lot of equipment to choose from.

I paid 49.99 de 1 day, and later 59.99 the first month, I m canceled and they charg me 9.99 , they explain me all the carges but is ridiculous, no one can help you, I hate this place, I have to paid, because I dont want they send me to collection🤬😡some people dont use mask, or used incorectly, I hope dont talk about this place never ever.

Before the lockdown I had mostly good experiences. But it seems they have found ways to take advantage of me financially.I had signed up with a trainer just a few weeks before the lockdown. When they shut down they haunted all payment (as any business should). When they reopened they didn’t send out any info no email, no call.all of the sudden I had 3 charges for personal training on top of gym membership. It took 3 calls and 2 personal visits to cancel my membership. And even after the cancelation I continued to get billed.I have been trying to get reimbursed for 2 months... do I need to take this to small claims? Ridiculous

I been coming to this gym for over 3 years now. Of course I check out all the other EOS locations in Las Vegas. But this one is definitely my favorite. The staff has always been friendly, even now after reopening in June. Always recommend Eos to my friends

Arrived for not even 15 minutes and had a pair of new headphones that I had for only 2 days stolen and no one seems to be able to do anything about it. If you want your stuff taken from you then come here!

Update: The gym itself used to be great. I havent been since the pandemic started so I cant review their current procedures. I cancelled my account since I was unable to use their services. The predatory company that they use for their billing is garbage. Myiclub/ABC Financial is a nightmare. I will never consider becoming a member again if they continue to use these companies for billing. Until then I have cancelled the credit card associated with this account because it was the only way I could get them to stop charging me after I called multiple times and spoke with multiple people who assured me my account was cancelled.

Beautiful facility with lots of different workout options for everyone. The separate yoga/serenity room is huge and gives you a chance to not be rushed by another different kind of class right after.Group fitness room is also huge and allows you to get hyped without being in way of zen.All equipment is well upkept at this location, all treadmills give great cushion no matter which part of gym you jog in.Oh and the pool with whirlpool are perfect after whatever you do.I would highly recommend.

It’s a gross gym, not clean whatsoever. Every one is literally walking around without a mask! Planet fitness is much better, workers are constantly cleaning. And mandatory to wear mask! Don’t spend ur time and money here..

Management on duty at the losee Rd location in the morning was rude just want to stand around and do nothing been having a problem downloading there app. There app wants to track your location dont want that so. I always give my # she telling me they dont have time to do that really. The faculty is always leaking with buckets every wear dust falling from the fan vents pointed that out 3 staff members just standing around and you dont have time to sign me in. I cancelled my membership on the spot they need to clean this place and fix those leaks.

Very neat gym and cool as far as amenities but over crowded especially during pandemic.

This gym is always clean and even when it is most full, there is enough machinery for everyone. They have the best things on TV sometimes its The Office, sometimes its Supernatural but its always something to keep you going. The staff is super friendly and helpful and its definitely one of the better gyms in the city.

Ive been going to this gym for about a year now and I absolutely love it! I complained about the weights almost a year ago and Ive seen much improvement, but of course people never pick up after themselves still. I usually go early mornings because theres hardly any traffic in the gym. The front desk guy, Gavin is super pleasant. He always greets me going in and never fails to tell me bye when I leave. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great and friendly gym to go to :)

I have been coming here for almost 7 months and I have enjoyed my experience here very much. I have my own personal trainer each week and I love the challenges and being able to learn new things every day and even challenge myself. The staff here are very friendly and helpful.

So much for social distancing at this location!! I was there today customers obviously dont know how to read signs in the weight area. It was blue dot day well people were also on the yellow dot machines right next to one another. Plus when a person was on a weight machine their friend/significant was next to them. Eos staff should be walking around the gym and enforcing this but they arent!! What is the purpose of doing a reservation when you are allowing too many people in the gym and you arent reinforcing social distancing!!!

Victoria and Valerie are the sweetest and it shows with my kids. My kids love the kids club since they have so many activists and all the staff members are involved with the kids. They even remember they name as they greet them.

I love this place. Its clean, big, friendly staff. Lots of room to work out. I dont have the pressure of feeling watched. Its just an all around great gym.And the child care is beyond great. I always see them cleaning and wiping everything down. There is always enough staff there to watch the kids and keep them safe. I look forward to going to the gym because I know I can workout knowing my kids are safe and well taken care of.

I do give this gym 5 stars for sure. Its very open and everybody is doing their own thing. My only issue is I go into the cinema room to get lost in the movie and get a good workout but the volume is always low. When a bunch of people start running on the treadmills you can hear nothing. Can we get the volume turned up please in the cinema room. Also, dont let there be a class going on at the same time. You will read the entire movie now. I wouldve stayed a lot longer if I didnt get a headache from hearing the class brilliantly instead of the movie. I hope the new location being built in Vegas takes this into consideration 😉😁BTW the staff is great!

Overall given the $10/month its pretty unbeatable for the amenities it provides (although I wish they kept the basketball court as it was one of the only indoor courts in the area).The only big drawback is the popularity of it means that youll have a tough time getting on the equipment in the afternoon on work days. The weekend is a much quieter time and I try to go there at least once so I can use the equipment I like. The classes are also good and I recommend the spin classes for a good cardio workout if you have the membership for it.

Years ago this place used to be known aw golds gym. I left because it was filthy.I rejoined recently.. and its on point in all areas under the eos name.

No one should come to this gym. Honestly i canceled in the beginning of Junei canceled in person, they said they’ll still charge me for personal training and the gym for a month, it’s been over a month and they’re still charging me. Although my contract for personal training was already over they still decide to charge me. Guys please don’t go to this location or overral Eos. They’re just after your money and will make it very difficult for you to cancel. I’m still in the process of canceling and it’s been three months now(August) it should not be this difficult to cancel, in they’re sign it says “cancel any time“, don’t believed that logo guys it’s impossible to cancel.

The gym and equipment are well maintained, and function very well. Another great aspect Id like to add is the people that go there. Friendly, hardworking, and fun. I enjoy this gym a lot and they provide me with EVERYTHING I need. Thanks Eos.

Immediately after walking in, I was politely greeted by someone in the front desk. It was my first time getting myself a membership so I was a little timid, but all the workers there helped me become comfortable in no time. I received a tour, was given different memberships I could choose from that would fit my needs, and even got to work out with one of the trainers on duty. It was nice and clean, and the energy in the room was great. The employees were professional and extremely helpful.Before leaving I was able to have a one on one talk with the trainer/manager about my body goals. He informed me what has been interfering with me reaching those goals, and how theyre dedicated in helping me push myself into finally obtaining those goals. Just overall PLEASED! I left with so much knowledge and enthusiasm about the gym and my health than I even expected. Cant wait to go back and start making more progress!Highly recommend! 😊👌🏾👍🏾

Im a longtime member of 24 Hour Fitness. But when they had to file for bankruptcy and close 8 out of 11 gyms in Vegas alone, I had to make a decision on who to join. It came down to LVAC or EōS. I decided to join EōS due to the close proximity to my home. The facility on Centennial & Losee is really nice and have everything for my needs. Their staff for the most part is also professional and friendly. However... This location gets ridiculously overcrowded during peak hours (4pm to 8pm), so often I have to change my workout routine because a piece of equipment is being used. Hopefully, when their new facility on Craig & Camino Al Norte opens up, it will free up some of their business on Losee, where you can get in a decent workout without the gym facility being too crowded. Other than that, still a great gym. I would definitely recommend EōS to anyone looking for a new gym membership.

I’ve been a member at EOS (Losee) for about two years. I really enjoy the early morning workouts at about 4 AM to 5:30 AM. You can usually find the place clean and machines accessible. Everyone is very friendly and helpful if you need assistance and there is a wide range of equipment to choose from. There is also a swimming pool and sauna on site for your convenience. I’m very happy with EOS Losee!

As clean and updated as this location is, Eos has an oddly strict and inconsistent contract and cancellation policy, I had this membership last year and when I decided to cancel, I had to pay an annual fee that no one told me about when i signed up and Id had it for a couple months.. I started my membership back up and was charged the annual fee only a month into usage? So I feel like Im paying annual fees at inconsistent times..when I asked what the fee was for they told me it was to lock in my rate, but I guess I feel like you shouldnt be changing your rates on customers in the first place? That seems odd.. when I called last year to cancel, they allowed me to do it over the phone, I called recently to cancel this time around and got told I have to come in and do it... maybe they had a policy change but this gym is very odd in the way they manage business.. and they charge you passed the last day youre allowed to use the gym. I guess Ive had some inconsistent experiences with them and dont feel like I can trust them but dont want to pay the membership just to avoid the hassle.. it puts people in a weird predicamentUPDATE: my membership was suppose to cancel yesterday and I just got a text saying there was a problem with my membership so I called, only to find out theres no existing notes stating I was canceling my membership so now I have to waste time on my day off to go resolve this.... againUPDATE 2.0: just finished speaking with Rebecca, she was so nice and understanding. We were able to talk to the original gentleman I cancelled through and he cleared up what happened. I appreciate him owning up to making a mistake and apologizing. A good note to end on after such a frustrating experience.

The gym itself is nice, and the equipment is good. The personal trainer program is why I give it 2 stars. Its a scam, I do not recommend it to anyone. After a whole year in the program I will honestly say that it was not worth the money at all. Theyll make it sound like they can guide you to reaching your goals or at least get you somewhat close to them, from my experience they wont do either. Do not make the same mistake I did! Dont sign the contract, save your time, energy, and money.

Great fitness center...just about any type of cardio, strength or group fitness is available...the pool is very nice..hot tub is excellent..and the staff is the best...

If I could put no stars I would. I hate to be that person to complain but I had such a bad FIRST day experience with this gym. I’ve worked customer service before and I would never brush off a paying customer the way I was by the employee that spoke to me. I was attending another gym with my sisters and we felt we had outgrown the gym and they didn’t have enough machines and amenities to offer us. so I made the ultimate choice to cancel my member ship and to switch to eos. I had gone there once before maybe a few months ago to ask in person for their deals and prices the gentlemen that spoke to me was very nice. So fast forward to now is when I decided to sign up, I read all the agreements and policies etc when I signed up online. I took my younger sibling that is 17 to come with me as a guest since she wanted to possibly switch gyms to eos as well. I’ll admit there was confusion on my end thinking because I’m her older sister I would be considered a guardian and would be able to bring her as a guest. We get there a younger gentlemen asked for our IDs and has my sister sign a waiver. Then a white maybe mid 30 gentlemen asked me to follow him and sit at his desk to speak with him. Right away I hear them being so unprofessional by speaking about my sister and myself like we aren’t two steps away from them. I overheard that because she is underage and I’m not her mother she can’t be my guest okay totally fine my mistake but when the gentlemen spoke to me he came off very brief and condescending about the situation. Didn’t even acknowledge my sister everyone just ignored her and spoke to me like I was no one or a child. Mind you I’m 25 years old I would’ve preferred to spoken in an understanding manner. He was very quick and brief with me not even trying to let us know what her options could be or how she could obtain a member ship and the proper steps she needs to take to do so. Just said that I wasn’t her mom so I can’t have her as a guest and only way for her to attend would be for her to have her own member ship and they will only allow her to work out with me today since she already signed the waiver. Acting like they had no choice or it was pulling teeth my sister was made very uncomfortable wanted to leave and now no longer wants to have my dad sign up her up. She was made to feel like we did something seriously wrong by they tone we were spoken to and how fast they brushed us off. Sucks it’s was my first day if I could cancel my membership without paying all these fees since I only went one day I would in a heart beat. But I’m willing to try another location on my own and see if the service is better.
