The tall girl at window was the most rudest I’ve EVER encountered. Her immediate response was, “are you aware of what this cost? Will you be able to pay? Do you have insurance?” Speechless I mentioned the good rx. She said I couldn’t use if I have insurance. Mentioned I have a discount card for co pay. She said no, can’t. Then told me to have a nice day after waiting 45 minutes to reach window. Called Dr. this pharmacy should never be used for this window lady. If you having a bad day, leave it at home when you clock in. Customers aren’t there to therapy your bad day! 10/6/2021 Aliante/Centennial location at 2:10pm. Woman was a black tall and thick with braids. Absolutely the rudest ever! The people in front seemed to even have issues with her as they left with a skid. To the right of me was the same thing. Her demeanor is all wrong with working in a pharmacy.!!!!!

Pharmacy visit 10/26. I was at the drive thru for covid tests for 2 of my children and myself. We had appointments but they werent back to back becasue of the availability. I got there early and waited behind 4 cars for about 20 min. When I got to the window I was told only my two kids can get their test becasue it was 11am and my appointment was not until 11:30 and there was a long line of cars. It would have maybe taken an extra 2 minutes for me to get my test if that. I was asked to get back in the line of cars. I was pretty annoyed but didnt want to argue or make a big deal. I had my four kids in the car, two sick and a baby. I went back in the line behind 6 cars and waited again. It all was fine but Iseriously have a problem with the lack of care I received. Just an FYI for those trying to get multiple covid tests.

Store staff is always friendly, but the pharmacy staff is the worst.My wife was here on the 22nd to get a scheduled vaccine for her pregnancy. She was waiting patiently in line for her appointment. She also had her confirmation email detailing her appointment. While she was there, she was treated VERY poorly. No direction was given to her as to where she needed to go. She waited for 30 minutes before she was helped or given any direction. When she was finally acknowledged, the pharmacy technician was being rude and acting annoyed for no reason. My wife presented her confirmation form, and they made no attempt to help her figure out what she needed to do next. After asking her 3 times if she was pregnant, they then got more annoyed, and they sharply asked why she was here and what the name of her vaccination was called. She didnt know so, she had to look it up. This was even after she presented her confirmation form. She was then given some papers to fill out. After filling them out, she waited in line again for another 20 minutes before she was finally told to go to the consultation window instead. They couldve told her to do that sooner, as they did to a person waiting in line behind her. She still wasnt sure where to go. The pharmacy tech, annoyed, nudged her head in the direction she needed to go, and promptly made fun of my wife to the other techs for not knowing where the consultation window was. My wife is 30 weeks pregnant. This visit should have only taken 15 minutes. She did nothing to provoke these people, They should have not treated her this way.

This Walgreens has changed so much in the 6 years I’ve lived in this area. The pharmacy is the worst ! They are rude and inconsiderate, they don’t even address you when your waiting in the drive through. Your waiting and waiting. Today was the very worst. I know they are busy but say I’ll be right with you.

They always have soft drinks on sale.

They were decently quick. They seemed to lose track of things often as 2 people in front of me had to wait for the Receptionist to find their prescription.

The pharmacy staff here is always extremely over worked. They are also extremely friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you are helped. I feel bad bothering them sometimes when I see how hard they are working but they always stop and help me.Front end staff are usually super friendly as well.

Walgreens always has a great Seasonal aisle..usually a wait in store & out side at drive thru for perscription refills but thats simply because they are very busy & I dont mind waiting as they give every customer the amt of time needed for any/all questions you may have regarding perscriptions..friendly customer service !! Great place to email your photos too & pick up the copies at within a very reasonable time frame !

This store is so unorganized..so many people with prescription problems..the wait time is terrible.

I am very impressed with the pharmacist. He is definitely well trained, excellent personality, very helpful, and at times he has told me that the medication that was ordered by the doctor it’s not going to help you, he did not give you the proper Prescription. I then went back to my urologist and told him what the pharmacist told me that the pill that you’re ordering will not do the job, he went ahead and made another prescription with the same contents that he sent before. I then went to my Family doctor and told him about my event and he agreed with the pharmacist so he prepared a new prescription.

Peter is the best, most compassionate pharmacist anywhere. He really cares about his patients.

Awesome Job Pharmacy Department!Finally! We can say there are people who are genuinely interested in our safety and well being. What a breath of fresh air to be greeted by Marlens warm smile! I was under a lot of stress when I approached her counter but she quickly greeted me (obviously intelligent enough to read the social ques I gave off) and answered all of my questions regarding a Rx I needed to get filled. I cannot thank her enough for being so kind and patient with me.I also want to thank Peter, the pharmacist, who was working non-stop alongside Marlen, because he, too, displayed such kindness and integrity with all of my needs during such a challenging time. There was a possibility that the quantity of my Rx was not available at that time, but Peter found a way to make it happen. Lets just say within minutes, he was able to process my prescriptions and I left with both medications in hand no later than 18 minutes. The way he eagerly helped (just like Marlen) will always allow these experiences to stick with people.Peter and Marlen deserve a million stars! Thank you for making a difference and bestowing your kindness onto me!You guys are the reason why people will enjoy their experience at that pharmacy and also recommend you to others. I know I will!THANK YOU!

I honestly cant say enough about the pharmacist Peter and his very kind/professional staff. I have been going here for years every month and they know my name and when ever there is issues with my prescription they do everything they can to help me out. They treat you like family. Thank you Peter and your team!

Wonderful and experienced staff who have handled our prescriptions for several years. Even when we moved to a home farther away, we kept this pharmacy as our favorite because of the pharmacy staff. Now that we are closer again, this is the only place we go to get our prescriptions filled!

Ive been coming to this pharmacy for years. Ive had multiple issues in that time. Ive received items in the wrong quantity. Ive received broken pieces of pills that were counted as a whole. Prescriptions that have been removed from my account still being filled. Prescriptions that were set for auto refill taken off for no reason throwing off all of my pick ups. Boxes with multiple stickers peeling off. Even boxes ripped open which was the final draw for me. I received a $150 box of test strips that was ripped open. Their stance was its not a big deal the strips inside are fine. Well Im big on principle and you dont give people damaged product when you were paid full price. Thats not how we do things in America! So for treating me like a 2nd class citizen you now lost all my future business. All of my prescriptions were just transferred to Walmart. I hope that $150 box of test strips was worth losing the thousands you were making off of me every month. This location is careless and they do not put their customers first. Good riddance!

Peter in the pharmacy is the best there can be. He remembers your name and medication. He is always helpful. Whatever they pay him they need to double it. He is completely worth it.

Pharmacist Patrick and his crew all do phenomenal with customer service. We had issues with mine and Moms medication and they go the extra mile. Superior service keeps customers loyal and happy for their next visit.

The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable and extremely helpful every time I go in. They are my go to store for items I have to pickup quickly on the way home as well as a good store for Holiday decorations and gift cards etc...

So the staff at this walgreens is ego tripping, they want you to obey their imagined authority to call you to the counter at there command lol. very rude and hostile group and the signs reflect that. it states for patient privacy but when there is know patient at the counter and you walk up they get a nasty attitude. the head pharmacist is a very nice guy but his staff is very mean, not customer service oriented at all. I like the people in the store. I dont care for the current pharmacist. Not much empathy from this fellow. Its very handy and there is no foot traffic in this area. Much safer and cleaner than other Walgreens. I have issues with the corporation pharmacy no longer taking tricare insurance. Bad move .

Worst pharmacy ever! Besides the long wait, I dropped my prescription off at 3 and was promised it by 6 pm. When I arrived I was told they could not fill it because they needed to contact the doctors office which wad closed. Why didnt they do this during the hours they had to fill it? Or better yet try CALLING the customer so they dont waste their time driving all the way to the store. This is not the first time this jad happened. Ive also been shorted on pills previously.

I can drive here faster then get someone on the phone in pharmacy. I have been been on hold for over 25 mins and arrived there to find multiple people working and no line inside or drive thru. This happened to me 3 different times now.

I am very angry with how the retail staff is. I went to Walgreens today and the lady who checked me out was very rude and disrespectful. I asked for my receipt and she was like well I never said goodbye maybe you should get off your phone. I was not pleased with how she portrayed it.

My Mother Beverly and I both think Priti at the front Cash Register is Wonderful, she has Outstanding Customer Service.

I love, love, love the pharmacist, Peter and the entire pharmacy staff are amazing! They are all knowledgeable, friendly and hands down the greatest pharmacy staff in Las Vegas!

If I could give less I would!! This pharmacy is a freaking joke! My husband has been filling his prescriptions here for several years, well every month they never have his full prescription, they dont call to say hey we dont have it, they wait until we get there and then say something, now mind you we live a lot further away now but we LOVE Peter so we stayed. Until yesterday that is, we went to pick up RX and I explained insurance has changed and gave a very RUDE pharmacy tech his card and she insisted nothing changed, well I work in the insurance field and I tried telling her yes it has, she immediately dismissed me and told me to come inside, I said no just want you to enter new info and I will be on my way with a partial fill again on RX. Well at this point she walked away again and sent pharmacist over, in which I had to explain all because the tech didnt tell her anything. At this point pharmacist said I will go take care of it and walked to her desk. Well at this point an extremely belligerent couple started honking at me and then proceeded to walk up and bang on glass window stating she wanted me moved (now its been maybe 10min) because I have used all my time up and I told her she was rude and they havent finished my stuff up. She proceeded to yell at me, cursing at me and said the tech told me to go pull forward, I told her she did not say that she told me to come in and then the tech proceeded to then grab the mic and say yes I did tell u that very rudely basically adding fuel to the situation, instead of asking this lady to get back in her car or ask her to come inside. As the lady was leaving her husband started yelling and cursing at me that he was going to kick my ignorant ass, he said this several times and the tech in the window just stood there watching. I will NEVER step foot anywhere near this ghetto place and extremely rude lady working there (minus Peter of course)!! I encourage everyone to really check your RX and make sure your copays are correct as they dont care at all about it!!
