The only reason they even have patients is because they take Sooner Care.Not many places do.In other words, some people have no choice, but to go here. I suggest calling the main # associated with your Sooner Care coverage and asking for a different PCP office, outside of Variety Care Network. Im not sure if you can, but thats what I highly suggest.Theres an expensive looking piece in the lobby that lays out all the owners and trustees that are apart of the business and who donates.I suggest you actually start doing that. People on Sooner adeserve fair treatment too. Do better.

Ive been going to this clinic for a few years now and in my opinion their service,or lack of has gotten worse with each passing day Im always having problems in Getty my meds filled and almost everything in general, very lax in all areas they should excel in, Im going to have to find a better health care center to go do Very disappointed in this Variety Care and their Drs.🙄😱😡

I found the most amazing doctor here however the front desk girl hasnt treated me like a human once. Wont acknowledge me as a person in any way. Im poor not stupid I see how you treat me and it hurts. I shouldnt leave crying because I dealt with you. Be better.

I have been going to Variety Care Norman for years, they are very nice, personable and great Doctors! Also have help with any mental issues. I will go to them till they tell me I cant. Nurses are kind and they listen n.

I had a 830 am appointment and was prescribed some new meds for my blood pressure and diabetes. I really liked the doctor and the nurse I had but after I left and went to my pharmacy in noble my meds had not been called over so I waited and waited and waited some more but still nothing. I called several times to let them know that I was waiting and needed the blood pressure meds badly . My head was pounding and my blood pressure was really high and I kept telling them that and they kept taking messages and saying they marked it as urgent. I waited all day and still nothing. I had to borrow meds so I didnt have to go to the emergency room . The next morning I checked with the pharmacy and still nothing so called the office and not one of the messages had been answered so I went to the office and the 3 girls at the front was no help at all they never even moved out of their chairs to go talk to the doctor or the nurse. I called the supervisor she said she would take care of it immediately. I drove to the pharmacy and still nothing so I am going home with no meds. I am so disappointed with how they are treating me . I paid for my appointment and I feel they should of done their job . Now I have to find a new doctor and pay again. Thanks for nothing and wasting my time and money !!

The worst place to go to the doctors don’t care they don’t send your medications to the doctor when needed immediately I’m a diabetic and would like my medicine and needles sent to my pharmacy on time and it wouldn’t hurt for the doctor to call and check on their patients from time to time absolutely no sign of caring for patients

I made a mistake by going to Variety Care uninsured. After 4 months of moving out of state and relying on getting insured through my husbands job - which didnt happen - I went to Variety Care for serious health issues that I developed. After 3 visits and lab work to check for a thyroid issue, and lab work that found a UTI, I paid about $1500.... I barely didnt qualify for the sliding fee and found out recently that I was being charged $182 for an office visit (maybe that was the case for the other visits too). I guess thats what happens when youre so desperate for help that you hope the fees arent too expensive. MAJOR MISTAKE.

I dont recommend this as a place to go. The staff is nice. However, I suffer severe ptsd. I take an anxiety med that helps with it and it helps me sleep. Which means I take it more than once a day. I thought they understood this. They didnt... i went through withdraws because they wouldnt prescribe it the right way and my insurance wouldnt cover it. It took 5 phone calls to get them to understand their screw up and now that I am finally able to take it after having to pay out of pocket with money I couldnt spare i am now suffering even more because of how long I was without it. One of the doctors there is also old school and has deemed everyone an addict and will not let up. She will make you suffer because she sees everyone as a user which has resulted in my husband almost loosing his job trying to get me to a doctor office who will help me. I would give them negative stars if I could for screwing up on my anxiety meds and really hendering my progression I have made to mental stability.

Had a driver of one of their trucks about run me off the road and then look at me as if it was my fault and was going to fight me cuz of it. Then drove off doing about 20 miles over the speed limit. If they act that arrogant on the road, i can only image how they Are under their care.P.s. tried to call it in, i was on hold for about 10 mins.

Not again no money will not see you i i need a I.N.R done did you bring your financial statements . No. Then we cant help you goodbye..dont have it because I have not received all the information that they want but they want that money the place is a great big joke mission statements dont believe it.. NO MONEY NO SERVICE plan and simple

The wait to get seen is always long. Everytime we come we have to wait more than a half hour. But if we call to tell them we cant come they give a strike. Also when I asked how much longer, the receptionist was rude in responding. I know that they will not always run on time, but over half an hour is excessive. We have other things going on as well, jobs family obligations etc.. If they want us to respect their time, I believe that our time should be treated as important as well..

They are blackmailers. They want me to take an additional test knowing I cant afford it before they answer a few questions about the results of labwork that has nothing to do with situation that arose from the results. I would only go here of you think being blackmailed is beneficial to your health. The questions I need answered keep me from earning money for my family.

My Dr is a great person she listened to me an together my questions were answered

I have been going here for five years,every provider I’ve had has been exceptional if they can’t treat your concern they refer you to someone qualified that can.Ive never felt rushed and everyone is so nice from the receptionist ,the nurse,the provider.Im so thankful for variety care.I do have insurance and could go somewhere else,but I choose variety care,because of the excellent care I receive there.

I recommend this place a lot for help they provide for low income.

The after hours never pick up the phone.

Everytime I call Im on hold for a minimum of 5 mins, then the staff are in a hurry to get you off the phone. When we see Dr. Eggers she is wonderful and takes care of my daughter. But, when getting vaccines the office tells us they will call when the next shots are due and we NEVER get a call. On our last visit my daughter went in to get her shots and they sent her away saying they could not find her paperwork and it would just be easier to reschedule. I am done with this office. If you can ever see a Dr. they are great, but no one else in this office cares about you or your health.

The doctor and nurses there are unprofessional.If you dont have insurance you will be treated badly.It is run by Mexico.The doctor has no knowledge.I went in for scabies.Turns out i have excurvation disease.The doctpr calls me a drug addict.I have not touched drugs in over 30 years.I went for help and was treated cruelly by doctor calling me speed addict.I dont touch speed.The doctor is not smart or compassionate. Oh the right diagnosis was not made by her. Oh and by the way i usually love latinos.these were mean tho.the doctor is white.im not a racist

Every time I go there everyone has been awesome to me. Dr Richardson answers all my questions and takes care to listen to me and helps me figure out the best way to take care of my problems

I have to wait long time but Dr Taylor was very helpful
