Wouldnt even take a look at my fathers oxygen order because they stated Medicare wont pay for the last two years of a five year block of billing. I guess if you are a long term oxygen patient, NRH cares more about their bottom line than if you need help.

I have been trying for 3 days to get a walker from them, submitted the paperwork 3 times, had my Drs office on the phone while they faxed everything and they still need more information. Yesterday when I called to see what they needed and why they didnt call I was talked to in a very condescending manner, as though I was a toddler by Karen. They have not once in 3 days, called me to ask for help with this, they just let it go. I will drive 100 miles to use anyone else the next time I need medical equipment. All they have done in their treatment of me is make a bad situation worse.

John helped me out big time, very knowledgeable and descriptive of every aspect of my cpap. He even went out of his way when I was busy and contacted me with help before coming in. He helped me understand my machine and all of my options, also gave me his personal tips and stories of using his for over 20 years. Loved the experience I had here.

I had to get cpap supplies for my husband and a lady name Katie helped me. She was so friendly, patient and helpful. It was really nice to have someone give me such great customer service! We will definitely be back ordering supplies!

They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. My mother recently fell and I needed several items and thankfully they had everything I needed in stock. They were busy when I was there but never once did I feel rushed or ignored. They answered every question that I had about my products and made sure I understood everything before I left. I wont go anywhere else for any medical equipment and would recommend this business to everyone that I know! Thankful for a company that still knows how to treat their customers and has fantastic customer service skills.

The people there spent so much time on hold for me with my insurance just to make sure I could, indeed, purchase instead of rent merchandise for me and THEN they put it together for me too once I was approved! They ALL went out of their way for me and I appreciate it!!

I picked up my initial CPAP Machine and supplies on the 2nd of April 2021.At that time I was not fully aware of what to expect to receive in the form of CPAP equipment. The Salesperson gave me a 30 min, sales pitch and briefly covered the CPAP machine, attachments, and recommended cleaning intervals. I really did not know what questions to ask as I hadnt done any extensive research beforehand. It is what I learned afterwards that caused me to try to contact the Salesperson only to find out his email address on his business card was a blocked email address and or any email sent to him was identified as SPAM and would be rejected. I attempted to call him on the phone number listed on the Business Card. His phone is set to Auto answer with a recording to leave a message and he would get back to the caller within 24 - 48 hours. He took four days to return my call. I also attempted to email the HME Manager, no response. I called the Business Phone number and an Answering Service picked up. No one is available during the hours of 12 - 1:00 p.m. daily. There were many things I discovered second hand that were not covered during the 30 min initial briefing like...the customer has 30 days to exchange his/her mask and Medicare would cover the exchange...after that the customer must wait a total of 90 days to do an exchange under Medicare Insurance, there is also no mention of the medical/equipment problems that can arise from using CPAP like Aerophagia, bags under eyes, lines on the face, rainout in the Mask and Hose assembly, or even provide a printed schedule of when the CPAP and associated equipment must be replaced on a time basis. And this HME business does not follow up with the customer to see how they are doing with the CPAP. It is of my opinion that this HME Business is not interested in Customer Service! They are not interested in providing any information outside the initial fast paced briefing, if they were, they would: Number 1: Answer the phone, 2: Respond to Customer emails, and 3: They would have some sort of Follow-up program to check on customers to see if they are having any problems with the issued CPAP equipment or supplies. No, I am not recommending this HME Business to anyone.

Today was not my first visit to NR Home Medical Supply, but once again, I found the personnel to be courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Kudos go out to John, the respiratory therapist that worked directly with me, and today, to Michael and Helen. When I was fitted with my ASV machine, John spent all the time that I needed to explain the guidelines, usage, and care, as well as what my sleep results indicated. This is a great facility, made up of people who are very professional, respectful and concerned for their clients welfare. I highly recommend this facility to everyone.

I called to get a scooter since I had surgery on my foot five months after having surgery on the opposite knee. He told me he needed the prescription which I had in hand and clinical notes. Guy in the phone told me all he had to do was fax over some form and the doctors will sign it and send it back and we be all good and it never takes that long. I told him I was trying to get it that same day. I also asked him to just let me know what I need to do to get it as soon as possible including going and picking it up if I needed to and he told me not to worry about it it’s just a “simple fax”. I waited Week or two, not sure at this point since I’ve been in so much pain, I never received a phone call or any follow up whatsoever. I finally called right before my next appointment with the follow up surgeon and they tell me they were still waiting on the clinical notes because my doctor never responded to the fax. Additionally, The first day I called the guy who answered the phone ( I won’t advertise his name) stated he was putting me in the computer and took down all the information. When I called before my follow up I was never even put into their system! I’m so angry I can’t see straight because I never got a scooter, never got a follow up call, and I fell More than once waiting for Some customer service they never came. I’d give them a zero if I could but that’s not an option. I’d recommend finding another place. I sure am going to maybe they can help me faster than these “busy people” can. If I could give them zero stars I would. They are crooks. Youll think youre buying equipment from them, but theyre just renting it to you and charging you monthly without telling you its a rental. Sneaky, underhanded, greedy, and slimy. Avoid them at all costs.

I contacted the store in June to get my bipap/oxygen supplies. The order was placed and I was told I’d receive them in 7-10 business days. 2 weeks later, I was told my supplies were on backorder from Iowa or Ohio. I can’t remember which. Over the next couple of months, I was told the order was never placed and again, they were on backorder. Backorder for 3 mos?? During this time, I found out that I can get the things I need off of amazon a lot cheaper, a lot faster and with far fewer headaches/excuses. I won’t use them again and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them. Extremely unprofessional!

I paid my bill online for the the first time and all I got was a blank generic thank you. No receipt or confirmation number. Totally unacceptable. I don’t have any proof I paid my bill. If this is not corrected immediately I will take my business elsewhere.

The guy at the front desk, Casey, lied to my face and said my insurance did not cover a piece of equipment I need. I called my insurance company. They do, INDEED, cover the piece of equipment, this business just doesnt want to accept what my insurance pays! Even though they are contracted with my insurance company! Ive filed a complaint with my insurance company again this business.

Worked with them on getting a CPAP. The tech talked me into a full face mask covering mouth and nose. I called back and left a message for the tech who helped me and left a voicemail. I received no call back. Then I drive down there and end up paying for a new mask out of pocket. I think I have it solved. Now, they want me to return the machine for non-compliance and pay $200 a month (for the non-compliance) for a CPAP I was never properly fitted with the right mask. Some of this is pressured by insurance, but bottom line is they are just too busy to give a care.

I wish I could give this place less than one star and leave a review. I got a new cpap mask about 2 weeks ago, 3 weeks after my first one. All of the supplies that were given to me upon receipt of the first mask didn’t fit the new one. But since it’s been past 30 days they won’t take my unopened packages and trade me for ones that fit my current mask. Instead I now have to wait until October. I am livid and will never use this supply company again.

I came here when I was needing a breast pump. They have the largest selection of Medela supplies that I could find locally. I have since returned to purchase cool mist humidifiers for my kids and also a cast for my plantar fasciitis. They are always so nice and helpful. The prices are great also!

These peoe are great!!!!! I was renting a scooter from them and found out it wouldnt work for me when I fell off while leaving the store. They not only helped me up and refunded my rentalbut INSISTED they give me a back pillow I was buying. Top notch service, even better people.

Horrible service!!! I was told by a very rude lady there that it would be 2-3 days before I would be able to get CPAP and supplies. Even stated she guaranteed it would take that much time or longer anywhere in OKC!!! Well, I just left a competitors shop with brand new equipment and supplies with little effort on my part! Pretty sad at where customer service has gone!!!!
