I see Dr. Pham once a year and he is a wonderful doctor. He takes the time to explain everything in ways I can understand and explore my treatment options. He is very kind and knowledgable in his field.

This office used to have pleasant personnel, however this has changed since the office moved to this location. They do not want to call in refills for prescriptions that have expired and expect the patient to call the pharmacy to place a refill order. When using a military prescription program, the doctor must do this, not the patient. This is in my husbands case.In my case, I have not seen an endocrinologist since 2015 as I was a patient, but the last appointment was cancelled by their office and they were supposed to call back with a new appointment and never have. Fortunately, my PMC doctor is doing a wonderful job keeping my T-1 diabetes under control.There are other issues with this off too many to list here.

Called in to get an appointment as a new patient. The woman answering was incredibly rude. She sounded miserable and was condescending and annoyed sounding when I asked a question. She then put me on hold (never answering my question) and I gave up.Is this really the first impression your doctors want to give? Looking for another doctor now. You might be convenient to where I live but Im dealing with enough medically...dont need a rude doctors office on top of it.
