My visit was great. Dr. Ahmad provided all the answers to my questions and concerns. He gave additional information on my medications beyond what I had asked and directed me to follow-up with my other medical care givers. His examination was thorough. his prescriptions have made a difference to my well-being.

The entire staff, Heather, RN, and Dr. Ahmad are always courteous, informed, and helpful. They listen carefully, answer questions, make good recommendations and allow me to participate in my healthcare. I like the communication provided via the internet to make inquiries and check medical updates as well.Highly recommend this doctor and facility.

Dr. Ahmad was so thorough in his evaluation as he was getting to know my mom. She had a stroke in February and hes helping make sure gets all the care she needs from a shingles vaccine to heart care and all in between. I can ask him for a referral to a specialist. My annual visit is always a pleasant experience. My doctor is amazing!She gives me good information concerning my vaccinations and other health needs. I leave with a plan of improvement, but she always praises me for the changes I have already made such as diet and exercise. The whole facility is staffed with friendly, professional people.

I waited only a few minutes before being greeted by Shelley, Dr. Robertsons nurse. I described my symptoms to Dr. Robertson and he arranged all the tests he felt I needed. Everything was done on the premises within the hour and I was advised of the results, followed by emails for my records.I always feel comfortable with the care I receive there and the friendliness of Dr. Robertsons staff.

The receptionist at front desk was exceptional. The whole staff was very good.

The stay at Norman Regional Hospital was great. The entire staff took very good care of me.

The staff was friendly, as always, Shellie did a great job of gathering while not being invasive, and Dr. Robertson was his usual thorough self, taking his time to elicit information and actually listen to answers and concerns, and provide information.

I just went in there because Im close to having a panic attack and needed my meds refilled, and they didnt try to help me in any way. Every time Ive ever been there the front desk workers have been almost hostile, and theres a more than four month wait to see anybody.

Really enjoy Dr. Robertson and the staff. Dr. Robertson takes his time to really listen and try to find good solutions to any medical issues.

The setting up process of my interview was thorough and positive and they let me know afterwards that i was no longer a candidate.. .i liked that.

The front desk was very kind, however; the Nurse practitionerWas very rude.I dont recall her name, but she made me feel very uncomfortable and did literally nothing to treat me nor reassure me of what was going on. I felt belittled and like I had waisted my time going. Wont be going there again, which is unfortunate because its the closest to me.🤷‍♀️

The nurses are kind, the doctors are kind and honest. Best of all they actually listen to you and try to work with you instead of just tuning you out.

I think Integris Family Care in Norman has GREAT service, the Dr., and staff are all wonderful and really care for their patients! I would recommend Dr. Ahmad and his staff to anyone, fantastic group of medical staff. The only problem I have sometimes it is difficult to get someone to answer the phone but, over all GREAT!!!II would like to thank you all for taking GREAT care of my 85 yr., old dad, that really means a lot!!!

Great visit. In and out quickly, including x-ray and blood work.Dr. Ahmad, actually called my later in the day to give me the results of the x-ray. Great service. The lab results we available the next morning.

My only problem was, if youre a new patient, getting an appointment can take more than a month, FYI.Otherwise, everyone was very nice and helpful, and the clinic was very clean. Waiting room wasnt crowded because they took several measures to keep numbers low and things safe during Covid, which was great!Dr. Mohsin was very attentive, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions. He didnt rush things, and that is a rare find for doctors.

My husband and I agree, Dr. Anderson is the best doctor weve ever had. She really listens to what you are saying and truly cares about your well being.

It is very difficult to speak with a representative. No one called with ultrasound report- I ended up contacting the radiology service to receive the report and interpret myself. The provider that I saw does not follow national guidelines for treatment; rather she just wanted to know what tests I wanted. Then when I tried to change providers, I was told I had to request to be dismissed from her practice despite her moving to another town. This also makes no sense. When I tried to do that , no one answered the phone. Due to all of these issues, I will not be continuing care with Integris.

I switched from the Mercy Health Norman Clinic I had gone to for years because of such horrible service. This clinic was a much needed breath of fresh air to have a Dr who cares, staff who are friendly and very patient. I love the app they provide for med refills, appt scheduling, status of test results etc. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Im glad to have found the Integris Family Care Clinic in Norman. Its convenient to my optometrist and dentist, so is part of my health care central. Dr. Ahmad is my primary care physician and Im totally pleased with the attention and care he provides for me. The staff at Integris are wonderful folks. The COVID-19 protocols they have in place make me feel safe.

We love Kristen! I’ve taken my kids to see her for the last 5-6 years and she has always been, professional, kind, friendly and helpful. Doesn’t treat you like a number like some doctors offices do. The new process of waiting in the car was easy and the wait was not long at all.

I have been receiving care here for around 8 years. I have found the wait time here to be LESS than other doctors, which is great! The staff has usually been wonderful, and the staff has stayed relatively the same over the years. DLO provides the laboratory services on site, and the phlebotomist does a professional and painless job each time I have my blood drawn, which amounts to several times per year. Dr Anderson has physician assistants which help make getting an appointment quick when you need it.

I have the best Dr. She listens to us and is concerned with what is going on with us. She asks questions to see what is to be done to help you return to a healthy person. The staff is courteous and polite. They help on a most helpful and safe way for all patients.

Always a good experience. Dr. Anderson is wonderful and the PAs and nurses are great too. Amanda was so nice today.

Dr Ahmad is a very attentive physician who makes you feel very comfortable. Although my husband and I are new to the practice in the last two years, he and the staff make you feel like they’ve been your family physician team for years! I highly recommend!

The initial call to schedule an appointment for my aging mother was not good. I timed the ringing to over seven minutes...not on hold but ringing before it was answered. Appointment was set. The morning of the appointment, she received a call that it was cancelled due to weather. This was surprising as it was snowing but the streets were not bad. She changed her plans for the day then received another call that she could come in any time after 12:30. We made the trip and she was seen quickly by Dr.Robertson who is always great. Veronica, his assistant, was also very good. It appears that most of the inefficiencies are around the scheduling processes. They are far from customer sensitive. Automation only clutters the process and frustrates those who are trying to get through. Hire and train people to do this right and who represent the care they should expect once they are finally in the examination room.

As always, my experience with Dr. Ahmad and his staff (including Lab) was SUPERB! I simply cant imagine having a better experience elsewhere. I have relied on Dr. Ahmad and his staff for YEARS, and I have NEVER had a negative experience. Even my most recent visit on July 6th, 2020 was amazing - in spite of all the special procedures required because of the Covid-19 situation. The staff handled EVERYTHING expertly, and I had the same great experience I have always had. I credit these fine folks with helping me maintain good health, and I cannot say enough good things about them. Do yourself a favor and set up an appointment. You wont regret it!

Everyone I come in contact with from the receptionist, to the doctor always treats me like family. They are always happy and kind every time I come in. My nurse practitioner is very knowledgeable and never in a hurry with me. She takes time to hear my questions and explains things clearly. The sweet lady that drew my blood the last time I went into the lab gave me a hug when she finished. This is a really great office! They are kind, efficient and knowledgeable!

I called in the morning and the office was able to work me in. When I arrived checked-in and was quickly taken back. The nurse took great care of me and shortly after I spoke with her, the doctor arrived. Dr. Ahmad was great and I was off and on my way.Great experience!

Every employee at this clinic was extremely friendly and helpful with a smile on everyones face. They are very prompt. The LPN Sam was very impressive. Dr. Ahmad is everything you would want in a family doctor. He listens, takes time to discuss your health with you, is very knowledgeable, and makes you feel like he really cares.

Im just not happy with this place at all, last January I made a first time appt, i had to wait 8 weeks. I was ok with that because I was a new patient. After that long wait for a MUCH NEEDED appt. I show up as they assign me to a dr in the group, I forget her name, but she treated me poorly and smugly announced that she is leaving the group soon to work somewhere else. I was a bit annoyed that I had a dr. That 1) is leaving and 2) could care less about me as a patient, because she was leaving. Ok, whatever, I got the medication I so needed. Flash forward to last May, I call to make another follow up appt. I was told hey would call me back. They never did. 👌. Today I call to make a new appt with a new doctor IN THE GROUP IM ALREADY IN NOW, NOT A NEW PATIENT. and im told the ONLY doctor there taking appointments is booked 6 to 8 weeks out. Just poor customer service here. What a way to make a feel. Like a number or a paycheck. I will gladly wait 8 more weeks for another doctor. Lets hope I get lucky this time.

I had an accident at work NEXT door to the Integris Family Care in Norman, they rushed out to the car I was in to assess whether or not they could treat me. Once the doctor saw my injury he rushed a wheelchair to me, they got me checked in and into the treatment room really quickly! I think it was Dr. Whitechurch, was very nice, explained what he was doing as he went, he made sure to ask how I was doing. The nurses were also great!!! Thank you for taking care of me today!!!
