My mother in law and husband have been seeing Dr Williamson for years. My MIL called a few months ago to get in for a suspicious lesion on her leg, they told her it would be 3 months, she is a patient of record! She went somewhere else. It was SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA. She has since had it removed by Dr Abbott who got her in that week. Dr W’s office called to confirm her annual check up, when she told them she had her SCC removed bc they were unable to see her the response was “so you won’t make your appointment”? Terrible customer service. Terrible etiquette. Terrible training. One star is generous.

After being rescheduled 3 times pushing me into a new year which equals a new deductible I received a letter that she was no longer seeing me. Her office manager conveyed to her that I questioned her reasoning for rescheduling and she decided to cancel all of my future appointments. The wait was always rediculously long. Her bedside manner is a 0 star rating and her office manager is going to kill her business. I’m more than happy to find a new doctor. Do not waste your time here!

I have been seeing Dr. Williamson since 2017. She is great! Very knowledgeable and a straight shooter. I have never had a billing problem at all ever. She and her staff are professional, friendly and have always gotten me in and out in a very timely manner.

In all honesty Ive received good care from this provider. However, I recommended this practice to a good friend. She made an appointment and scheduled time off work to attend, she was called roughly two days prior and the appointment was to be cancelled, the provider needed to leave early that day. The next soonest appointment was over a week later. The morning of the second appointment they cancelled that appointment as well, again nothing available until at least next week.If you neglect to cancel your appointment with this provider less than 24 hours prior they charge you $35, seems disrespectful to not show a similar courtesy to your clients. In speaking with the office manager I was told that the only thing that could be done would be to book the next available appointment. There was no way to squeeze anyone in, no way the provider adjust thier schedule as they had twice cancelled the appointments. These options were not a possibility. Further the notion that a discount should be offered due to the inconvenience was scoffed at. I was shocked that the office manager of this practice was unwillingly to do ANYTHING to rectify the mistreatment of a client, and thereby lose two clients as I wont be going back either. The office manager had no issues with losing patients, just food for thought.

I’m sharing my experience as to hopefully help others. My husband saw Dr Williamson March 2020 for a mile removal. That is the 2 stars I gave her.Aug 2020 my husband called to schedule an appointment for a rash and was told they didn’t want to see him and suggested calling St Anthony hospital?A rash is usually a main thing you would see a dermatologist about? We will find a different doctor😢

Dr. Williamson is kind and understanding. She understands within minutes what youre working with, diagnoses, and prescribes. I told her I did not want to take birth control nor ingest any kind of pill to make my skin better, she was totally understanding and prescribed my an all natural remedy as close as she could come to it. And it is working!

My mother and I both see this wonderful doctor for various skin conditions. I have been in healthcare for thirty plus years and I have always found Dr. Williamson to be kind, caring and very approachable. She thoroughly answers questions and never makes either of us feel rushed. As to the patients stating they have long wait times in her waiting room perhaps they should consider that she doesn’t know what will present in her treatment room until the patient arrives. The problem they are having could be much deeper than they even surmised when they made the appointment. Excellent doctor and I feel very lucky to have found her.

Everything was great with Dr. Williamson until I forgot to get my labs done prior to my appointment (it was my fault totally understand) but the way she treated me was uncalled for. Like I was a child. Then the next month I wasnt able to do my labs prior to my appointment because of illness. I called to reschedule, got my labs done & and it was the huge deal because they lack communication within the office. I was told I was an noncompliant patient. Shes not worth the time. Not to mention the three months I went there I had to wait over an hour because of their lack of staff.

Dr. Williamson and her staff are extremely pleasant and professional. I had a skin tag on my chest and she was able to remove it for me. I am almost totally blind and she was kind enough to tell me what was going to happen before she performed the procedure. My father also sees her for skin cancer follow ups. He also likes Dr. Williamson and her staff. He always comes home and brags about how nice Doctor Williamson is. I recommend her to anyone that asked me about a dermatologist.

Hour and half wait with our daughter, they said that is normal wait times for dermatologist. The doctor was very nice though (when we finally got to see her).

Ive always had great experiences here. Dr. Williamson talked to me like a person, instead of at me as some health professionals do. She was the first dermatologist I encountered that actually seemed to care about me as a person, as she took the time to identify what my ideal result from treatment would be. Also, the staff is always friendly and professional. As mentioned previously there can be a wait on occasion, but it is the health field so that should be expected in any kind of practice.

Unethical Billing PractiseMight be a good Doctor Ill never know. Scheduled an appointment to pay cash for a treatment. Clearly quoted one figure over the phone when I scheduled my appointment. Arrived early only to find out the total amount due would be more than double. No apology from the receptionist she didnt set the appointment or quote the amount for my treatment. But hey, nice artificial fireplace under the check in window.

I have no idea what these people giving the bad reviews are talking about. Dr Williamson is always very kind and takes the time to explain everything she is doing. If I have to wait a few extra minutes because she is giving each patient a little extra time I am okay with that. The care I get from her is worth it.

They did not tell me they had moved locations, and I called but what out on hold forever. I was trying to tell them I was less then a mile away but would be a few minutes late. I am still on hold when I get there and explained the situation. They said because I was late they couldnt see me. I was not even 10 mins late, and was on hold the whole time. I told them I had already waited 3 months for this appointment. There was noone else in the lobby. The receptionist Chris is rude and said she cant help it that I was hold so long as she is the only one working. I have referred many people to them before and took my kiddos there but never again. They are rude, do not care how long you have to wait, and dont tell you an address or that they have moved.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Williamson, especially after reading such positive reviews. She was short with me, cut me off, and did not listen to anything I had to say, and made me feel as if the problem I was seeking help for was my fault - she kept telling me you have to fix this as if it were a choice I was making. I am also disappointed in the fact that I had to wait half an hour and was only seen for 10 minutes. Dr. Williamson was not interested at all in letting me explain my problem, what I had done to try and fix it or any of my needs - she cut me off and asked me what medications I had been on in the past and almost immediately wrote out a new prescription before I had a chance to say much or ask any questions. Every time Id start, shed tell me I just had to trust her, which I was not inclined to do given how short she was with me. I was so shocked by how rude she was that I started tearing up in the exam room, to which she told me dont cry here. I am floored by how poorly she, as a healthcare professional, treated me and will be seeking help elsewhere.

I was referred to Sherrie from Fort Sill for a precancerous mole on my back. I was terrified but with her warm and caring personality she calmed all my fears and helped me through the whole process. I had the mole removed once in Sill and it was horribly painful the whole time but when Sherrie did it a second time I didnt feel a thing. I would definitely recommend her to all of my friends!

The only reason Im giving this place a one star is cause you cant give it zero. I came here for the first time last year and had a 45 minute wait. I have them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled again this year. I have been waiting 1.5 hours and 2 people have walked out. I will never be coming back here again.

Very disappointed with their customer service and billing department. I will be switching doctors. They sent a large check to reimburse me after my procedure but didn’t contact me about a small fee that was left unpaid, instead turned over to collections, awful customer service! Not to mention the young lady at the front has an attitude!
