I had no issues with registration, setting up an appointment and the provider. HOWEVER, my concern was their billing system for prenatal appointments. I RECOMMEND having a through conversation about how prenatal appointments are billed prior to setting up an appointment and meeting with the doctor. YOU HAVE OPTIONS. I assure you other OBGYNs offices outside Norman do not bill this way and payment plans can be established after delivery not just beforehand. Verify with your insurance who is concidered an In-Network provider and I have learned the heard way ALWAYS ask about how the clinic bills its services beforehand.

I have called to get information and the secretary in the front is so rude, does not listen and is always in a rush when I call regarding questions I may have. She hangs up even though I have not finish talking. I had to go to another provider since at this office I cant even get a word out without feeling rushed or unheard.

Jimerson is an amazing doctor whom has amazing staff as well! He delivered my first son and it wouldnt have had my birth any other way! I was do beyond comfortable with him! We had and still have an amazing relationship.. Im not one to be comfortable with anyone let along A MALE doctor in my private area but he was very professional and never once hurt me. I trust him with not only my life but my childrens lives as well he will deliver every baby I have until he is no longer working

Nothing but the best nurses in the office, they are very nice and welcoming and Dr. Jimerson he is the best doctor in the world.

The only good part about this office is the staff. It’s more old fashioned in the way that you can call and speak to a person, not a message prompter, which I liked. I went to Dr. Jimerson with my first pregnancy and had no complaints until the absolute horror I experienced with his delivery process. I was rushed from the start. I wasn’t beginning labor fast enough for his liking, probably taking up too much of his Saturday I suppose. After nearly 16 hours of labor on 2 hours of sleep, I wasn’t pushing out my baby fast enough and he decided to use forceps to extract my child without warning or consent. In the process I was damaged internally by the tool and experienced extreme blood loss. The entire birthing was something I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. I felt so violated. This is something that still haunts me today. Ladies, expect more from your doctors and don’t let inexperience fool you into thinking they know what’s best. Don’t be bullied into a traumatic birth like I experienced under Jimerson’s care.

When it comes to being knowledgeable hes on point. Its refreshing having a doctor who is confident enough to stand his ground on what he believes to be the best choice for me and my baby. If youre looking for a friend or to be coddled hes not that Doctor. I had been referred by a previous dr that was moving far from the area. His reputation proceeds him. Hes by the book, professional and well informed.

Staff is wonderful, helpful, and accommodating. They understand the worries you have and are considerate of everything. Dr. Jimerson has a peculiar sense of humor that turns some people off but I find it, and his relationship with the staff funny.

I have been going to Dr. Jimerson for 10 years now and he has had to do a couple surgeries and yearly visits and he is awesome! I have never felt unsafe, or under valued by him or the nurse Janelle! I have found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. I am very pleased with the care that I have gotten and Dr. Jimerson and Janelle have gone way above and beyond for me more than once! I would highly recommend them for your care. I have never had to wait too long in the waiting room or the room. He comes in to talk to you prior to having to undress which is such a great way to go! He also talks to you after the exam. So you never feel like your questions are not answered or addressed. They have always called me quickly with results of tests results and arranged care when needed. Very pleased with them!

Staff is great. Love the ladies at the front desk, and the nurses. Dr. Jimerson not so much. Hes friendly. He did a great job at delivering my first born. My second experience was awful. He sent me home with no ultrasound after not being able to find a heartbeat, and said he would try again in two weeks. Later I found out I lost my baby. It would have saved me a lot of worse complications down the road if he would have taken a extra step to make sure baby was okay.

Unfortunately I’ve had to see a lot of doctors in my lifetime for various illnesses. Most of which are very misunderstood. I recently Moved to the okc area and was very impressed when I saw dr jimersons reviews so I gave him a shot. After one appointment I got more out of him then 10+ gynecologist. He’s so aware of what your feeling and educated on diseases that interact with one another. He’s someone I needed in my life for a very long time. So soft spoken. Great staff I was in and out within the hour which I’ve never experienced. I will recommend him to anyone I come across

I have been a patient of Dr. Jimersons for 7 years. He has seen me through 2 pregnancies and births, as well as annual exams. He is kind, caring and keeps a wonderful sense of humor. I cannot say enough about him and his nurse, Janelle.

I love him he has delivered my baby boys and kept my on track. I recommend him to all.

Dr. Jimerson is a great doctor but the receptionists and nurses at his office are incompotent garbage.

Dr. Jimerson has been my doctor since I moved to Norman in 2007 for college. I moved to Ada (about an hour and ten minutes away) last year, but I still make the drive for annual exams and now prenatal appointments. Dr. Jimerson and his staff are very helpful and respectful. I had never had a positive experience with a gynecologist before Dr. Jimerson, but he is very professional and balances a concern for his patient with being clinically detached to avoid any embarrassment or awkward moments.
