I can not say enough positive comments about this place. We have been with Caring Pediatrics since for 10 years! Dr. Wilson is caring, he listens to our concerns and is very knowledgeable. But who my children like to see is Dr. Bacon. Dr. Bacon is AMAZING! When I tell my children about upcoming appointments, they feel comfortable and excited to see her. My children love Dr. Bacon! The office and nursing staff are amazing as well! They are attentive and understanding when I have questions. They understand because they too are moms. We will stay here unless other circumstances make us leave.They are family!

Firstly, I have nothing to say bad about Dr. Wilson. He was so kind and present when I was talking to him. I was highly impressed with this office when I first started going. Getting us In quickly and being so kind. My nurse ended up leaving for another job opportunity, and the whole office changed. There was no sense of urgency. Or willing to want to take that extra couple of moments to connect with the patients and parent. It’s called patient care, and this wasn’t it. Sadly we ended up leaving after our nurse did and wouldn’t recommend coming until something changes.

I tried to avoid writing this review but when I called to make a complaint about the service I received today I dont feel they handled it correctly. This is why you should be able to complain to someone other than the front desk person. My child was due for a shot but never got it because no one came back to give it to him. After waiting in the room for an hour, I decided to go tell someone we were leaving since we had other appointments to get to. I came out of the room to an empty office. They all had gone to lunch forgetting we were there. When I called to complain they tried to justify forgetting about us and going to lunch by saying that it has been a crazy week. I dont care what kind of week its been having to wait in your room for over an hour to come out and realize no one is in the building is inexcusable. You should know who is in the building at all times, especially when you arent allowing anyone to enter without calling first. I would not recommend this place because you can find other places that actually care.

Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND!Most front desk girls are so rude, cut you off in the middle of explaining something. Ms. Bacon is NOT thorough. Actually, shes rude, lacks bed side manners and I will be glad to never see that lady again in my life. I have choice words but I wont say them on here.She misdiagnosed my son, twice, the last time she misdiagnosed him she decided to focus on his weight and tell me how to handle that instead of what we were in there for and then laughed at him for being nervous because he didnt wanna undress right there in front of her. Absolutely DO NOT APPRECIATE HER. I moved my boys yesterday after they sent my 7 year old to be tested for covid when we went in for a rash and a headache.

I dont care what people say, the people here are so kind and caring, they do their jobs perfectly and they make us feel special. The staff is so amazing and I love them. They make me feel so good about coming there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I can’t say enough about the entire staff here! The ladies up front are very quick and helpful; the providers are caring and personable; there is never much of a wait and the waiting room is never overly packed and crazy like every other pediatric office we’ve been to. So grateful to have found Caring Pediatrics!

This place is awesome! The waiting room is absolutely perfect for active children. The staff were sweet as pie and Dr. Wilson was knowledgeable and receptive.

I was just told I couldn’t be seen here because they are over capacity with soonercare patients so they’re only rejecting the non vaccinated babies? I would rather drive an hour away than ever be seen by people who makes those kind of rules!!!! Caring needs to be taken out of your name!

I cant believe some of this stuff that I have read from these reviews. I am a highly trained medical profession & all four of my children are cared for by Dr. Wilson. I am so appreciative and confident in his care that after I moved from Norman, I continued with his services and willingly drive 1.5 hours one-way to have my childrens care supervised by him. I also must mention that all of my medical professional friends also utilize Dr. Wilsons service. I have never had anything terrible to say about this provider or his staff.

Dr Wilson was my pediatrician when i was 12 until age 14 when I had to see a family doctor. Naturally I searched for his office when I had my two children. He has always taken prompt care of my 2 children. My son was born 2 weeks early. Dr. Wilson came by the hospital personally to check on his lungs after working in his office all day. His staff is courteous & sends my kids shot records to me whenever I need them. Thank you for taking the time to sit down & explain my childrens health & wellness with my family Dr. Wilson. We love you!

I drive an hour to this pediatricians office because I am always so very pleased with the doctors, the staff and their practices. I tried several other doctors closer to where I live but none have lived up to Caring Pediatrics. I will not go anywhere else. Friendly doctors that are not only knowledgeable but have experience and wisdom they can add to their knowledge about children. Easy to get scheduled in and always in and out quickly. I cannot sing their praises enough!

Both of my kids have always seen Dr. Wilson. He is wonderful, and his staff is great.

My 10 month old was seen by Dr. Wilson, by looking in my sons mouth he found sores and diagnosed him with hand foot and mouth. The next day my son had a rash covering 80% of his body that didnt look like the diagnosis therefore I called the office to report the new symptoms. They told me, its a bad case, it could last up to seven days and told me to call back if he had additional symptoms, they also gave me lollipops to numb his mouth. Two hours later my sons hands and feet were swollen, he was scratching his body, and crying non-stop. I called back the office and they told me it was normal and said, this is the worst case weve seen. Problem is, they never saw him in his current condition. They told me if his condition worsen to call back or go to the ER. The symptoms didnt worsen, they just continued. I took him to urgent care and they diagnosed him with fifth disease, scarlet fever, strep throat, and an ear infection. This all could have been prevented if Dr. Wilsons office would had us come in upon his symptoms getting worse. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR. He is very gentle but I feel his ego gets in the way of actually caring for his patients. I called the office after we were seen at urgent care asking for our fees to be paid. They stood by their diagnosis and even questioned why I didnt take him to the ER. At this point its not about the money but about admitting wrong doing.

One of Normans best Dr., My kids love everything and everyone that works there. Always has time to be seen. Keep up the good work.

I love Doc.Victor Wilson and his crew. I have 4 children and they been going sense the day they been born. For 14 years and I have not a single problem. I always get good counsel. I have 2 sons with a disability ,one has ADHD and the other has Asperger Autism. I was super lost and Dr.Wilson and his crew help me so much with my boys. There like a loving family. I will never go to any other doctor but him. He is the best and his crew as well...

Dr. Wilson and his staff have guided my family through many childhood illnesses, going out of their way to be extra helpful when our baby was sick.
