Best dental appointment ever. I am 67 and was treated with great respect. The dentist Benjamin Humphrey went over needed procedures and offered a couple options, but also went into detail on all of them. He wanted to get some additional 3D pictures to make sure one of the options would work. I cannot say enough about his staff. They were beyond great. I’m insanely particular about dentists. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences over the years and I’m always anxious. However, I can seriously not even begin to tell you how amazing Rose Rock is. I’ve been coming here for awhile now and they’re by far the best place I have ever been to. Their customer service is phenomenal and both of their dentists, as well as all of the assisting staff, are so good. Everyone makes sure you’re incredibly comfortable and will explain everything to you and work with you and your budget to get you where you want/need to be. Their attention to detail... I don’t even know how to explain it. It’s perfect.I needed an emergency appointment today (Monday) because I broke my front crown over the weekend and even though Dr. Byrne was out, they brought in me in to see Dr. Humphrey so I could get fixed up. I ended up deciding to crown both of my front teeth because the other one was going to need a crown soon anyway and within a few hours, I have a brand new smile!!! I have been in constant pain for a decade. Slowly my teeth have rotted away due to Dr. Pepper. I moved to the area in 2017 and ever since then Dr. Byrne has been removing my teeth as they break off.First off, his anesthesiologist. The worst part is always the shot in the mouth. But somehow she makes it nearly painless. Pressure sure, but I go in relaxed now instead of terrified. 10/10.The nurses. They’re so attentive to my needs that they’re borderline affectionate. I am well pampered here and they care about me more than my ex girlfriend did. They’re very well trained and it’s cool watching them work especially when they’re doing things like creating my crown. I had no idea so much artistic effort and talent went into dentistry. And, I gotta add….that they’re probably the hottest nurses on earth. 10/10The environment. When I first went in I got this sort of hipster vibe. Wasn’t sure about the place because it sort of felt like a modern kitchen. But then I realized that all the wood made it very relaxing. It doesn’t look or feel like a dentists office but it’s the best one I’ve ever been to. And as a guy with 7 natural teeth left let me tell you I have a lot of experience on the matter. 10/10Reception. They know me by now but even when they didn’t they were always helpful and efficient. They’re great at communicating with me throughout the process and making sure I’m satisfied. Wonderful women. They’re the vanguard of the comfort train you embark upon. 10/10The Doc. Byrne. This man has singlehandedly changed the entire rest of my life. His skill is top notch. He has managed to pull teeth that should have required surgery. I never once felt bullied or talked down to. He’s pretty busy and sometimes takes a bit to get to you while you’re numbing up but there’s a tv with a house reno show on in every patient room. For the sake of completeness and consistency I suppose I’ll add that the ladies (and some guys) will find him dreamy too. This dude is worth his weight in gold. Effing 10/10.I got my final wax dentures fit a couple days ago. Just two more weeks and I’ll have my final set. Keep in mind these dentures aren’t even the final ones. As soon as I saw myself in my phone I immediately started crying. The nurse started crying. She ran and got more nurses. They started crying. The other doc I’ve never met came in and checked me out. He didn’t cry but I’m sure he wanted to.Anyway, all screwing around about looks and my ex girlfriend aside, I’m dead serious when I say that this is the best business in town. Not dentist. Business.From the bottom of my heart, thank you Rose Rock. I am finally in no pain and smiling ear to ear for the first time in 10 years. I cannot thank you enough. I feel like a new man.

A dentist for the whole family. I have two girls 4 & 6 years old who both go here. As well as my husband and myself. Not once have we had a bad experience. The customer care is quick and the office staff are all so personable. Perfect blend of quick but caring. Realllly appreciate Dr. Byrne.

This is a great place! I absolutely HATE going to the dentist. HATE IT! As someone who has all kinds of health issues and have had all kinds of treatments, surgeries, etc., the dentist is still the thing I hate the most. That being said, I am not filled with my usual, abject dread when I go to Rose Rock. They are just the nicest people! All of them! This is one place that actually puts your needs, your feelings, your anxieties first. Dr. Humphrey is the best dentist that my wife and I have ever seen. He clearly explains what procedures need to be performed as well as those that can wait. His office staff are friendly and courteous. The two dental hygenists are extremely capable and very gentle. Dr. Humphrey is a great dentist and has an awesome bedside manner. However, his current dental hygienists are a bit questionable. Let me explain.Ive been going here for almost 5 years and have had a hygienist by the name of Brandi W. Unfortunately shes moved on and I have no idea what happened. I do remember distinctly that she warned me about leaving the last couple of visits but it didnt really sink in until she was gone.My last visit (with a new hygienist) was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a dentists office. She insisted on taking half a dozen X-Rays throughout the entire cleaning. It was very heavy handed and uncomfortable almost to the point where I wanted to leave.

Had my first visit here a couple of days ago and was very pleased! From the minute that you walk in the door, you are treated with a bright smile and welcomed! I am horrible at names, so forgive me if I get them wrong, but the lady that welcomed me was so kind and friendly. Then Max came and welcomed me to the office and showed me around. The office was very nice and well decorated. It made you feel like you were somewhere in the country and not in the city. Everything was clean and well kept. I forgot the name of my hygienist but she was awesome! She was very thorough and gentle, but pretty quick about it as well. My teeth felt amazing clean when she was done! She made sure that I was comfortable and had any and all of my questions answered. Dr. Humphrey was the dentist that I had and he was kind as well and addressed any concerns that I might have and made sure that all of my questions were answered. The staff made sure that I felt welcome and valued. My dental insurance allows three cleanings per year so I am really looking forward to going back in four months. I would HIGHLY recommend Rose Rock Dental and will tell my friends and family they are awesome!

I was worried that previous fillings had failed as I was having some pain in my tooth. The great team at Rose Rock Dental took X-rays and determined what the problem was and that I did not need any additional dental work. They took time to answer all my questions and explain my condition. They did the X-rays and consultation at no charge. My family and I will be back to this office for our dental needs!

Office is great and a friendly staff. Dr. Byrne fixed a couple of fillings for me. He was very quick and informative throughout the procedure and he makes sure you are happy with the treatment you are receiving. The assistants worked tirelessly to ensure that I was completely comfortable . The hygienist that administered local anesthetic did an outstanding job and probably the best experience I have had receiving anesthesia. The overall procedure from start to finish was smooth and painless, and the staff worked diligently to ensure that all patients receive a very high level of care. I highly recommend anyone to visit this office.

If I can I would like to rate Dr. Byrne and his nurses 100 points for the score. He is the dentist who has lots of patience with his high professional dental skills. So lucky to find a wonderful dentist like him in Norman. I will definitely bring all of my family members later on to his office.

Update on 1/20. I visited the office, turns out the main filling part didnt fell off. what had fallen off was a small piece that was not supported by a tooth structure, which was added on previously for more close contact. Doctor suggested not to worry about this, because it didnt affect functions. I will closely watch and see if the main filling part could last longer than 2 or 3 years. I think the doctor did a good job of explaining and showing me pictures. I only encountered two dental doctors who can explain concepts well so far. Given how easy it is to schedule appointments at rose rock, I will give this place a few more trys in the future.Update on 1/17.. after my original review, my tooth filling fell off.. it only has been two weeks.. well, this is shorter than I expected... I will visit the office again and find a solution. I temporarily reduce my rating to 3 stars because of the extremely short life of tooth filling..Below was my original review on 1/2/2020. The best dentist I have seen so far! This is my first time at this clinic, but I was total impressed with the excellent service. The scheduling is very fast, no need to wait for weeks or months for your appointment. The front desk ladies are friendly and nice. And they had lots of Oklahoma state rose rocks on display (my favorite rocks in Oklahoma)! Of course, the most important part is the dentist. Dr. Byrne was able to finish my tooth filling the same day (I could not imagine this at my previous dental office)! I hope my teeth filling can last long this time, if it lasts longer than 3 years, I will do my other filling at this office. Highly recommend this office.

I went to Rose Rock Dental for the very first time today and I am really happy that I chose to come here. I called in for a same day office visit and they got me in and out in absolutely no time flat, and even got me in for a cleaning. Wow, they are fantastic. Never had so many sophisticated xrays taken in all my years. Typically never have an issue but they found a minor one that not caught early could have been significantly worse in time thanks to there high tech xrays, wow!The cleaning was very thorough and the dentist was extremely knowledgeable and sophisticated with all there modern technology. We just moved to Oklahoma and this place was recommended. We highly recommend this place. Prices were very reasonable and fair as well. We are dropping our dental insurance cause they are so reasonable and we’ll save money.Highly recommend this place!The next day I had to have my first filling since I was 13 years old, which wasnt a pleasant experience. I was very anxious. The entire procedure didnt hurt, was fantastic, the doctor was fantastic. Ive never had such a pleasant experience before in my life. I have been to a lot of dental offices but none compare to Rose Rock Dental. Everyone is so friendly and puts you completely at ease. With a root canal on an eye tooth there was no pain and the results were amazing. I have returned for a filling and that went even easier. I have truly found a Dentist that is way above all the others that I have ever seen. Dr. Humphrey is the genuine article. I highly recommend him and his staff.

I really like going here. The office is clean, they use state of the art equipment for their procedures, and the staff is so friendly. The hygienist gave me a lot of useful information and recommendations for my personal daily dental care. I never had a hygienist that advised me as well as cleaned my teeth. She gave me a lot to consider and I think it will really help my personal dental care. I see Dr. Humphrey, he is very friendly and has done great work for me so far. They will recommend the procedures they feel are best for your teeth, if necessary, but are not pushy about things. I also like how they remodeled things...it feels so cozy. :) If you know someone who goes to them, ask them if they have coupons for your first visit. They gave me some to share with people.

I just had my very first visit and I felt comfortable. I was greeted with a smile and great personality at the front desk, the lady who took my x-rays, the dentist..right down to the office manager when we were setting up my next appointment. The whole first visit experience made me comfortable to set my next appointment...and for me that is a HUGE thing since I fear dentists from a past experience. Dr. Humphrey took his time reviewing everything for the best possible outcome for the work I need done. Not only did he tell me what priority I needed done, but he listened to my concerns and we talked out a plan together.

Love Rose Rock! Theyre always crazy friendly and actually enjoy their jobs. I never have to wait long, and they never charge crazy amounts (and never look down on me when I want to know the prices beforehand). I went in last week to check a certain tooth. They took exrays and then Dr. Humphrey spent quite a while checking everything out. The cost? $0!!! They actually care about their patients and not all about the money. My wife had a dental emergency this previous week. We were in a real pinch trying to find a dentist. I called 4-5 offices only to be met with different roadblocks. No. We dont offer a payment plan. No. We cant see you until next week. It was beginning to look hopeless. Then I called Rose Rock Dental and Koreen answered the phone. Not only did she get me an appointment that afternoon, she also set us up on a very affordable payment plan.As far as the appointment itself, I met the friendliest staff of any dentist office I have ever been too. Everyone from the front desk, to the nurses, and even the dentist himself were very empathetic and calming throughout the entire appointment.If you need a dentist because youve been putting a problem off, or, if you are just looking for a office for regular treatments, I cannot recommend Rose Rock Dental enough. Today 1& 1/2 weeks after my first visit I went back in to get my bridge. Now I have teeth on both sides of my mouth. It really was a nice experience. Both Dentist and assistant were awesome. The assistant even showed me to floss above the bridge that the original dental assistant never showed me back 6 years ago. I highly recommend this dentist office to everyone.I had just had a bad experience with another dentist and came here looking for help. I really did get more than just the help I needed in the first place. I got friendliness, courtesy and very very helpful. Just had my first visit to Rose Rock today and it was amazing! Both Courtnie and Maxine at the front desk were super friendly. I got a nice hot cup of coffee from Courtnie and Maxine was nice enough to show me around the office and explain some of Rose Rock’s services. I had both and exam and a cleaning scheduled so I got to meet Brandi, the hygienist, before meeting Dr. Humphrey. She was so friendly! She also gave me the best teeth cleaning of my life and listened to any concerns I had. After she was finished, Dr. Humphrey came and introduced himself and explained my treatment plan before examining my teeth. He was super nice and helped me decide how to handle a few cavities I had. After he was done, the office manager Koreen helped me work out my bill in a way that was most affordable for me. Overall, my experience was excellent and I plan on being a patient at Rose Rock Dental for a long time! ❤️

Fantastic group! The facilities were nice and clean, the employees were extremely nice and helpful. I was in and out of my first cleaning in an hour. I felt so welcome!

How I found them: I received a direct mail flyer that had three great deals. One of which, was a deal on braces. So ask about their promotions if or when you go in.The product I received: Clear braces for 6 months, top and bottom (yes, actual brackets, but they were enamel colored and had a similar colored band). I was prepared to pay for just the silver brackets, but they didnt have them in stock so they upgraded for free. 6 months for approximately $2700My doctor: I feel bad that I totally didnt remember/know his name, but he was white, male and he had like 5 kids, haha. He was super nice though! And, despite having his typical regiment for braces, he really listened to me and the direction that I wanted to go.Why I liked Rose Rock as an organization: They had a great digital system to remind you either via text or phone or email. The crew was really friendly and remembered your name. The finance consultant had an easy payment plan and were available to talk to you about your plan or finances whenever you had questions.Facilities: clean, upgraded appliances and amenities, comfortable atmosphere, little wait time to see the doctor, and quick turn-over time when seeing your doctor.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the office is beautiful. I’m able to schedule appointments at convenient times, and I get texts/emails as reminders, which is great. Max (receptionist) is always kind and patient on the phone, Brandi (dental hygienist) has valuable advice for regular hygiene practices and does a very thorough job, and Dr. Humphrey is caring and knowledgeable. I love this place. Highly recommend.

Dr Humphrey and his staff were so amazing! I had my first visit yesterday and he had time to fix my cavity and my first root canal and crown :( I never felt like they were trying to rush me out the door and Im a HUGE baby when it comes to pain but they made sure I was completely numb and comfortable! Great experience! Highly recommend!

Dr. Humphrey has put my two kids through braces, and is our family dentist. You will not find a more kind group of people to care for you and your teeth. Dr. Humphrey, his office manager Koreen, and the whole team at Rose Rock go above and beyond to provide excellent service. We are customers for life!

Everyone was very friendly! The facilities were clean and welcoming. The cleaning was painless and fast. The dentist was attentive and thorough.

We were recently referred to Rose Rock Dental in Norman. Ive been there for a cleaning and an implant, and my husband was seen for an emergency broken tooth and a cleaning. Our care has been outstanding! We love the professional and friendly staff at Rose Rock. Dr. Humphrey is wonderful and were so glad we were told about his practice.

I had my first major dental work done today and had a panic attack 2 minutes into the procedure. Dr Humphrey and his assistant were incredible. They went above and beyond doing everything they could to make me comfortable and accommodate me. And I was eventually able to finish the procedure, always a good thing!

First visit (based on a referral). We are new to the area. Couldnt have been more pleased. I lost a crown and so was seen on a walk-in/emergency basis. The staff was excellent, as was Dr. Humphrey. Got me all fixed up and out the door with a perfect smile.

I hate going to the dentist and have neglected my teeth for a FEW years but a friend recommended Rose Rock Dental and I am glad I gave them a try. Brandy gave my teeth an excellent cleaning and provided valuable information regarding dental hygiene. Dr. Humphrey patiently explained the procedures needed and I plan on visiting again soon for the needed dental work. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful. If you happen to ride by Rose Rock Dental on ne 12th ave. in Norman....you’ll see a cape draped from the whole building! They are truly super heroes out here saving the day!! The second Koreen set my “spur of the moment” appointment I knew I was in good hands with all state!! When I entered this building....It was the essence of crossing the finish line... 1st place trophy status! Then Brittany reels it all the way in with welcoming vibes...it’s pretty rough to be in front of an amazing individual like her with a mouth like this 🤓 might I add lol....I didn’t catch everyone’s name, but other staff members came in to check on me...it literally feels like you’re at home when at Rose Rock Dental! The moral is consistent and unmatched! So ladies and gentlemen, I would like to thank Koreen, BRITTANY, Dr. Humphrey, and the incredible staff at Rose Rock from the bottom of gravity for a seemless experience! The care you receive from Rose Rock Dental is beyond great. I had to have a tooth removed yesterday and was able to get immediately. The staff is so caring. I can really recommend it.

Good Dentist. Bad office staff.1. The office staff promised not to charge for the first visit because we only did the x-ray and had a treatment plan to fix the problem. BUT, they added the charge from the first visit to the second visit without telling us!2. The office staff made a mistake when looking up the dental insurance maximum on the first treatment plan. How difficult could that be... And they didnt mention that theyre in our network... They arent doing their job right...3. Very good dentist. Too bad theyre not in our network.

I have been visiting this dentist for years. Even though Ive moved and its a bit of a drive now, I continue to go to Rose Rock because of the friendly, helpful, and understanding staff. The office is clean and welcoming and the dentist is knowledgeable and puts you at ease.
