The staff and the dentist were friendly and very welcoming. Everyone I talked with seemed very interested in making sure I had a positive experience as a new patient. I was very impressed with their professionalism and kindness.

I was not pleased with how this office handled my dental insurance. I asked if they took our insurance plan and gave them our policy information. They assured me they did and that they had many patients with that insurance. We went to our cleanings for 2 children and an adult dentist check up. Everyone was professional and kind. We were told we did not owe anything during the visit, but as we were leaving I was presented with a $350 bill. I understand that insurance is complicated, however, if you can estimate that I owe that much as I leave, you can estimate that before I arrive. This is a dishonest business practice. They said my insurance covered 45%. We have good insurance, but apparently this is a premier dental office. I now know how to ask better questions and contact my insurance company directly. This was a learning experience, which is generally not what I am looking for in a dentist.

Friendliest and nicest staff I have ever done business with!

The staff there are friendly, seem to be professional. But I paid $700 for a treatment which they told me should be covered by my insurance. They should have confirmed it with my insurance company before they gave me the treatment, but they didn’t. I can’t accept to pay it on my own. So I have to change to other more responsible dental clinic.

Awesome place they do everything in house so when I had a root canal I got everything all at once the root canal and permanent crown I definitely recommend this place and the dentist Leemaster is a good person he said if anything happens just come back and he will take care of it thanks smile solutions I would give 10 stars if I could 😀

Dr. Sturgeon is the best dentist/endodontist in this area. I’ve had several dentists over the past ten years due to insurance changes but none of my experiences have been as positive as they are with this dentist and his staff.

The assistant staff at this place is awesome! I have some rough dentist anxiety, and they work really well to help with that here. I did the halcion sedation when I got a crown and multiple fillings done; made everything so much easier for me. Ive had to return to the office several times for bite adjustment, and Leemaster is so patient working to make sure my crown is comfortable.
