My experience with All 4 Health N Wellness has been nothing but amazing. Their concept of embracing all aspects of health in one location is not only convenient but creates results. Whether youre looking to drop weight, build muscle, recover from an injury, increase flexibility or simply find a home to do your workouts I highly recommend All 4 Health N Wellness. The staff is wonderful and their expertise and positivity creates the perfect environment to get a great workout in while also having a fun time with the people around you.

Wow this place is legit! They have a full boxing ring along with a full gym. I had some back issues that they were able to take a look at. Their team is very professional and seem thoughtful when it comes to the money side of things. I heard they also work with athletes which is good to hear. Thanks All4!

This place is the best. I was interested in their boot camp workout and the first time I was there, they had me do their full new client analysis which included an in-body assessment that measured my body fat percentage, meet with a personal trainer to talk about my fitness goals, and even meet with a nutritionist. I dont know any other place in Orange County that gives such a well-rounded wellness experience and puts you on your own unique path to conquer your goals! They also have a chiropractor, massage therapist and cryotherapy chamber, all of which Ive used and loved. Cant recommend this place more.

I am a big fan of All 4 Health N Wellness. They have a great gym and facilities which I love, a very nice and helpful team, and its awesome being able to get cryotherapy after a workout as well. However, the real magic for me was that when I was having issues with my back from sports I was able to see Dr. Saddik -- he is an excellent chiropractor and has helped me with issues that have plagued me for years. Having all of this under one roof makes for an epic experience!
