Visited the group/ facilities from San Diego. Arrived early. Found the medical team hard at work, very professional and attentive. Once the the registered patients checked in, the acknowledgment message was received with instructions of the procedure. Everyone was parked at designated test parking area and promptly was visited by the health professional who took the sample. Very efficient and painless. We. I came to this urgent care to get my son tested for covid. They did not know but my son has autism and they were so friendly and patient with him. The gentleman who came to do his test immediately started making him laugh and really made him comfortable. It was over before he even knew it started. I would recommend this place to anyone!!! 30 min from my home but would definitely come back just to see the person who gave my son his test!!

Every time I have been there it takes forever. Nobody is in there but there are so unorganized that they can’t seem to run efficiently. I often think the dr is not there and waiting for a few patients to come in before calling him to come to the office

I got there late but the staffs still happy to assist me. They asked me to parked near by, quickly verify my information and help me with the test. They also showed me how to get my test result within 24-48 hours. I am very happy with their help. Highly recommended!!!

I was able to quickly schedule an appointment online with no trouble at all. My appointment time was at 9:30 and by 9:45 I was all finished and on my way! Super easy and super fast! Very nice staff too.

I went to Vital Urgent Care for a test. Getting the appointment was very easily done online. I made it late on Thursday night and was able to go on Friday, the next day. The health consultant was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions. The technician that administered the test was friendly and did a superb job! Over all experience was great. COVID quick test was free and quick. The only issue was the in car test, at first I didn’t know if I was supposed to get out of my car or take it in my car. Had to go ask to find out all I had to do was sit in the car and they will come to you. To overcome this issue they should put a sign.

Took my parents to get tested at this location, my first time here. It was referred by a my co-worker. The scheduling process is all online and very easy. We notified the staff of our arrival via text and we’re promptly greeted by the healthcare provider to answer a few questions. Within a minute my Covid test sample was taken. Results are sent via an app. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Very good experience.

Very nice and helpful staff! The wait time was not that bad, around 20 mins which is acceptable in my opinion. They called you in advance to ask about medical questions to save time also.

Place was very easy to find, got there about 10 min. early. Parked in a designated parking spot, nurse came right of way to check ID and take info. Than an other nurse came to get the swab Gave me info how to check the result downloading an App.The whole process took maybe 2-3 minutes.Hoping result will be just as quick.

I made an appt same day as I was feeling horrible. I showed up on time waited only a couple minutes and was checked in quickly and within a matter of 5 minutes I was seen and had Covid test done in less than 1 minute. Staff was helpful, nice, quick. Results back in less than 1-2 days.

This was a great experience for me. I was expecting to be on a big line waiting to be taking care of. Instead, I was ask to stay in my car and have a virtual meeting for 1 minute. I went for RT PCR COVID testing. The online registration was very simple and fast. Got convenient time slot. On my arrival I was promptly approached and details collected. Everything was so fast that I was done in 10 mins. Also online communication is very helpful.

Last night I was suffering from soar throats and slight inflammation of back of my mouth, so I got concern because of COVID and for the first time I decided to take the test.Through google I found the Vital Urgent Care of Newport Beach and made the appointment online which was very easy and as soon as I arrived and parked my car the person who was conducting the test approached me and performed the test while I was sitting in the car.My overall experience was very pleasant and smooth. I’m very happy and can’t wait to get the results by tomorrow and hopefully will be negative.

I didn’t really understand the parking situation, but finally figured it out. You have to wait for a car to leave the covid testing parking spots, it was about a 15 min wait. Once I was in a spot, I probably waited another 5-10 mins. There was a lot of people getting tested… so book your appt early and specify rapid antigen vs pcr based on what you need. The pcr is now a throat swab thank god, so it’s much easier than feeling like their extracting brain tissue. All in all, painless and easy, just a bit of a wait but they’re working as fast as they can.

Ive been here once before for a regular covid test and didnt have any difficulties but when I came today the service was terrible. I scheduled a covid test the night before and called the day of to ask if I can change my test to a rapid one. The lady on the phone said if I get there by the time of my appointment then I can which I did. Once I got there I had gotten out of my car to check in with them and make sure they could see me in my spot further down. After that 30 minutes pass and they still have not done my test so I get out of the car to talk to them and they tell me since I dont have an appointment I have to wait longer but I did make an appointment and even have proof on my phone. Then she continues to tell me I have to pay $39 for the rapid test after I had told the other lady earlier I was using insurance and she did not bother telling me they dont accept medical insurance for the testsUpdate: They didnt even give me my test results after I paid for the rapid test. This place is terrible do not waste your time coming here for covid tests

You can download an app to receive the test results and any updates but they also send updates via text and email. The test results are usually sent in under 48 hours (I’ve even received results next day). The whole process from setting the appointment to getting the test results has been easy, convenient, and efficient.

They had me wait over an hour in my baking car for a covid test just to get my information. Then proceeded to help people who showed up after me, adding insult to injury when I saw them leaving within 15 minutes. Please fix your customer service.
