Excellent care..... from the intake, to checking vitals, to being taken care of by Chelsea, NP, to Jason, x-ray tech, everyone showed me the most gentle and caring consideration. I was very impressed with these wonderful professionals.

Absolutely a joke of an urgent care office. I thought they gave 100% of covid test commissions to charity and that was the reason why the price was so high. Nope, they donate 10% to use charity as a selling point. To add insult to injury, I paid $250 out of pocket for a test that did not even have the right name on it, causing me to miss my flight and waste a furious amount of money. These “doctors” and “nurses” are all self-centered frauds that do not care about you AT ALL. Medical malpractice by the definition, to the bone.

Wish I could give a zero! They made my daughter wait in pain with a severe kidney infection for over an hour in the office. The ignorant nurse practitioner on duty made my daughter feel very uncomfortable and gave her a Covid test before she tested her urine. My daughter was vomiting with the pain in the office and all she did was pull up her mask and sent us outside cause she felt “uncomfortable “! Pathetic! Next time … close your office if you have under qualified people on staff. She was misdiagnosed and was in pain for 2 more days until she saw a proper doctor.

This doctor is a complete fraud. Making money off of covid testing by double charging the client and never produces actual results. I had a test back in July, they never sent results. Paid $150 up front for the test in July 2020 and just received a second bill for $250 and they never produced the results. Complete fraud. Ive called several times. Have never reached anyone. Called several times regarding the second invoice received 6 months after the test. Never reached anyone. Emailed my concerns as well and never received a response.

I paid $225 out of pocket for rapid CPR covid test and they also charged my insurance. After few months I received a bill for another $66 !!!!!! This place is a fraud.Do they know CVS does this for free if you have insurance???? Such a shame to make money out of desperate worry people during pandemic.

My wife supposed to get her rapid antigen test results in 1-2 hours but, 6 hours pass no result yet. Called the number provided, it is a circle, you can’t get out. I was lucky to talk to Ivan who answered the 10th call. He is working on getting the result before scheduled surgery date. Regardless, thanks to him talking to us; you should drive to same location if you want to get your COVID rapid antigen test result in 1 to 2 hours as stated I guess.

They called a day later to say sorry, we messed up. You’re not positive!!!!We are traveling and wanted to get tested before we see our family. We got 3x tests (one for nanny, husband who had Covid back in March, and myself who’s currently pregnant). The entire testing took about 1.5 hours with line, etc. My husband received a call at 7:54pm that he tested positive and shortly after 9pm an email was received that myself and our nanny tested negative. We were stressing to rearrange travel plans with hotels, isolating from each other in hotel, re booking flights for 10-days later. My husband went first thing in AM the next morning to get rapid tested at another location which came back negative and then he went back to this location for PCR test and waited in line for 45 min. At 12pm when he was in line the lab called him to say this had never happened before and they accidentally gave him wrong results!!So they charged us $350 for our nanny without insurance, $150 for my husband, $150 for me.... and then he spent another $150 at another location the next day and was about to spend more when he got the call!! So much stress. I just can’t believe this can happen!!

I had a screening on 4/26, was given a prescription and told that the test results would arrive in 24-48 hours. Im writing this on 5/7, where not only did I have to call in to find out that the I was negative, but that the prescription I was given was not correct. Called in the AM to ask if I could get someone to walk me through the next steps since the Dr did not follow up, 5+ hours later, Im still waiting on a call back from this office. This will be my last visit to this office, very unprofessional and poor attention to detail.

I went here as a walk-in to get a rapid Covid test and I was in and out in 20 minutes. I registered at the tent outside and went back to my car to fill out an online registration form on my phone. Once I submitted that, someone promptly came out and did the Covid swab at my car window. The whole thing was much easier and faster than I thought it would be. Kind staff as well. I got my results in under an hour. Thanks everyone!

I asked staff if I would receive same day results they said yes by 8pm so I paid additional money for same day results. Instead of getting a call I was sent an email at almost 9 pm. Stating I would not receive my results until next day 8 pm. Save your money go elsewhere they apparently are not as professional or efficient as other testing cites. It defeats the total purpose to paying extra for same day results. Very disappointed.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Came in for a hurt ankle even though I live out of state. My in person visit was fine, but it took a week for them to give me my X-ray results and the only reason I got the results was because I called and inquired about them everyday. I couldn’t get information about the extent of my injury until 4 days after my visit even though they told me they’d have results the same day as my visit. It was even worse trying to get them to send me an email of my results so I could see a doctor back at home. I had to call 5 times and each time the receptionist was very rude, interrupted me, and did not send me the email. How hard is it to send an email?? Worst medical care experience I have ever had.

This is the absolute worst place to get any medical attention including but not limited to a COVID-19 test; I think it is horrible that an unwitting patient can expect to be treated as merely a money source.

Every time I’ve come to this urgent care I’ve always felt welcomed and taken care off. I’ve always had an easy experience, short waiting times, and always felt comfortable being seen by the PAs there who have always been friendly and helpful. Furthermore, this office doesn’t require you to come in again to go over any of your test results (unlike all other urgent cares I’ve been too), so it’s really convenient and works well with busy schedules. I really appreciate all the staff here and how efficient, friendly, and helpful they have been every time I’ve come in for medical care.

If you want to be over medicated, not only by the number of medications, but by the largest doses allowed by the FDA, This is the place for you. Youll get a physicians assistant with a quick Rx trigger finger but no knowledge. If you ask to talk to the doctor, the staff will try to disparage you repeatedly. if you do get to Dr. Doonan, hell will feign ignorance. Apparently, theyve never heard of ultrasound, cant recognize infections and dont know what a microbiome is. No regard for the lasting damage of overprescribing antibiotics or steroids. There should be negative stars as they do more harm than good.

I give one star because of the service I received from the billing department. I had good experience with the staff and doctors here. However, they had my billing address wrong, the address they have doesnt even exist and did not attempt to call me or email me, before I was automatically charged over $100. I should not be responsible for past due charges for their mistake, they have my ID and Insurance with the correct address. The person I spoke to was rude, interrupted me while I was talking, and hung up on me. She did not attempt to try to resolve anything. This place just lost my business because of how the billing lady treated me.

The PA was extremely rude and sarcastic. I took my child there previously and I had her that time too. In addition to being rude, she was also incompetent. She couldnt handle a simple suture. Im a physician myself so when I see poor medical care, I feel obligated to let others know. I came back this time because was just getting a simple strep test. Not gonna come back again. The MD in charge needs to be aware about the people that are representing him. The front desk person was nice

If I could give zero stars I would. If you are looking for an urgent care/insta-care for your non-life threatening medical issues this is definitely not the place. Im sure if you have an appointment than it may go better (doubt it though). We waited over 2 hours and still didnt see a doctor. I think my sons issue cleared up in the time it took to see a doctor. Highly recommend finding a different place.

Was diagnosed with Cellulitis and was only prescribed a low dosage of antibiotics. One day later I came back to the urgent care and was immediately sent to the emergency room to have surgery on my bursa. Was not given anything for the pain the previous two nights and was also very sleep deprived. I would not recommend using this doctor/urgent care because they are scared of the law to help their patients. Thanks,

I am currently standing in the Urgent Care office w my 5 year old son. We just drove across town based on the hours of operation and location of driving home. My son accidentally got a few cactus sprigs stuck in his hand (that I was unable to get out), and he was really hurting. I entered the office at 5:45pm w a closing time of 6pm. I was immediately told that the doctor on staff DOES NOT see patients under 12 years of age and that they actually took their last patient 10 mins ago. There was literally no one in the office. It wasn’t like 5-6 people were ahead of us?? Then the receptionist Samanta told me that they were closing in 9 mins and starting shifting off computers and lights. I asked to speak w the dr myself and the front office girl said she was too busy and apparently on the phone. We stood in the waiting area for over 10 mins, while it was clearly more important for her to get ready to go home than help us or my 5 year old. She actually said, “it’s late, your prob better off going to the hospital”, without even looking at my son, nor was she a doctor. The dr’s name on staff that night was Elizabeth Phi, finally when I started speaking to the front desk girl directly on their behavior did the dr finally walk out. Even with my son sitting their in a chair she had the audacity to tell me that they don’t see patients past 5:45. So they really don’t close st 6pm, they close at 5:30/5:45. A kind of doctor that refuses to see a child in pain when we walked in at 5:45 should not even have a license. It’s realky called NOT HAVING HEART!! I would never come here if you want proper medical attention. They also have cameras, so please check the cameras for time stamps and how your staff accommodated us!!!

Go to a different urgent care. I had a sinus infection for over a month, and the doctor didnt seem to care and wouldnt give me any antibiotics even after it turned into a chronic sinus infection, which spread into my chest making it hard to breath and into my eyes which resulted in swollen eyes and blurry vision for several days. I finally went to Xpress urgent care 2 days later, doctor was very nice, he prescribed me several things and I was completely cured within the next couple days. Dont waste your time with people that just want your money.

I had to go to this office to check for my cold and because I felt like I had symptoms of ear infection. The doctors and the staff were very friendly. However, every time I go (I went 3 times) a different doctor will see me, and then the doctor changes the medicine. After the last visit, the other doctor who saw me the time before gave me a call and asked me to use her prescribed medication and not what the other doctor asked me to take. I had to pay for medicine that I did not use and got charged for different procedures on the same visit, and they applied the deductible twice for an individual appointment.
