My experience with the entire office regarding their customer service is, as in, Telephone answering and Response time is abslotely inferiorating.They seem to be ignotate regarding how important telephone communcation is ,even , in todays world.Dr. OBrian does not seem to understand how badly this could or will affect their reputation throughout the industry.

This is my second time for a regularly scheduled stress test at this location. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of their entire staff. I not only felt at ease through the entire process but it couldn’t have gone any faster. The technician Sandy’s mannerisms and comforting attitude put everyone there going through this process completely comfortable. I applaud Sandy and the staff for taking so much care to make each person feel at ease when taking a test that’s intended to create an atmosphere of stress in order to check where we are, health wise. Thank you for a job well done!

Recent transfer to Newport Heart from a different cardiology group. Very pleased w/Dr. Levin and staff. After consultations, I have confidence in the care and attention I have received. Attentive and professional. No worries about levels of expertise. Good, solid experience. Highly recommend.

I love my doctor (Dr. Levin)! He listens to me and prescribes testing when needed. He will not turn me away if I have an issue with my heart. I also heard good things about the other doctors. My waiting time is between 5-20 minutes. I am in and out. I strongly recommend this group to my family and friends.

The doctor is great the office receptionist are really bad I have been trying to get appointment for my husband and my self from the the doctor no one ever answers the phone leaving my call back name and number don’t hear anything back for days I had to take my husband to ER because the girls that work there never return the patients Phon calls

Horrible experiencewas waiting for more one hour in their office.their tests equipments were over bookedshort of staffthey did not bother to tell me and I was waiting waiting waitingI decided to cancel my procedure and now following upto waive those charges.the office managers rude and even not apologetic

Ive brought my grandmother here a few times. Theyve seen her within 15 minutes every time. Very friendly staff.
