They are wonderful, all of them, Dr. Ambe is perfectionist, him being late for an appointment doesnt mean he deserve 2 star...he is 5 star plus.I recommend to everyone to go and see him.

I would give a no star due to terrible customer service with the front desk. Looks like they dont careless when you are a new patent. I waited for my appointment for 3 weeks and i never heard or received an email reminder.I like the doctor but will never go there due to terrible management and lack of care.

Had my last office visit today for my breast reduction surgery I had July 2019. I’m so happy with my results, and I was so impressed with how kind Dr. Ambe & all of his staff is! I had my surgery with Dr. Ambe 6 weeks ago. The results exceeded my expectations! I’m beyond happy! My surgery was rather complicated and I was looking for the best doctor for past 3 years. I’ve consulted 6 other surgeons and only with Dr.Ambe I got this feeling of reassurance that everything will be good. I look amazing and I feel amazing! Dr.Ambe is a great professional. For that reason he is busy. And honestly if I need to wait sometimes extra time in the waiting room for one of the best doctors in the industry - I do not mind one little bit. I strongly recommend Dr.Ambe!

Stelar doctor and top of the line staff. I went for a consultation for facial rejuvenation today and was totally happy when I walked out of his office.In contrast to other surgeons that make you wait for hours to only give you 10 minutes of their precious time and highly priced quote for surgery, I must say Dr. Ambe is exceptional . Not only he took the time to explain options and gave me an entire 45 minutes of his time to discuss surgery in detail and gave me a good price for surgery. Honesty means a lot to me and I guarantee Dr. Ambe is not only honest but very professional, ethical and caring. Did I forget to say his contributions to the US Armed Forces, medical field and media make him stand out among his peers?

Dr. Ambe removed my implants and give me a lift. I have no scars and have a better shape than I hoped for. My breasts look better without an implant than they ever did with. Thank you, Dr. Ambe!

I had a consultation scheduled with Dr. Ambe. When I went there, there were 3 people ahead of me at the same time in addition to 2 people waiting inside. But to my huge disappointment, I had to wait 1 hour and 10 mins to see Dr. Ambe. The entire process is painfully slow and their entire staff including Dr. Ambe take their own time. First the lady Jennifer comes and explains the process, then comes Dr. Ambe and then comes Cheryl who gives the pricing quote. For all 3 of them, they moved me to 3 different rooms. Dr. Ambe hardly spent 10 mins with me and seemed to be in rush. Their main purpose is to accomodate as many patients as they can and if there is a botox patient that comes late, she will be given a preference over an initial consultation to another patient whos been patiently waiting for 70 mins. I had to cancel my another appointment that was scheduled 2.5 hrs later at another place to pick up some stuff. I am amazed how short-term thinking they have. They like to focus on quick buck. On top of that, they charge twice the amount for the minimal incision with charging the same price for local and general anesthesia. Bottomline is that, Dr. Ambe did not cover all the details in his consultation and he might be okay in his work but with poor customer service and unusually long wait time, I lost all respect and trust for him, his work, and his office staff. They just dont realize that a patient is not stupid, we know that hes not going to make any money on consultation, so it seemed like it was understood that he would attend the money-giving patients first and foremost. Hugely disappointing :-( In all fairness, please save your time and money, and go to a better plastic surgeon.

Ambe is an artist and an excellent surgeon.

I don’t believe these lower stars are relevant to the information I am looking for when it comes to a plastic surgeon. I do not really care about customer service and having to wait! It’s unfair that you’re rating a surgeon on this and not the quality of his work! Social media really is disappointing at times.
