I am 10 months post my facelift with Dr. Nichter and I am delighted with the results and the experience. I was under sedation for the surgery, not general anesthesia, and it was completely painless! I have to admit I was a little hesitant and scared of the possible pain by not going under anesthesia, but everything went great! I was given a relaxant shortly before the surgery, my favorite music was played on and it felt like I was sleeping until Dr. Nichter told me the surgery was over and my husband was here waiting for me.I would highly recommend this method for those who are still hesitant.Thank you to Dr. Nichter and his team who are all very professional, friendly and supportive.

I got my explant after 13 1/2 years. Very happy with my decision! I didnt get them replaced so I had the in-office procedure with local anesthesia. It was a plus not to be put to sleep. Very easy surgery...It went seamlessly for me and no complications. The pain was so low. No bandages or No drains required, just tape over my incisions . I was comfortable during recovery with Tylenol.I didn’t need a Mastopexy. My breasts are in the right place. I am still recovering (April 8) and my skin is retracting slowly back to normal -yeah! Dr. Nichter did the explant perfectly. The whole surgery experience transpired without a hitch.I wanted to have explant surgery since I am over 50 and not interested in future surgeries. I wasn’t having any issues. It was just time for an explant. Dr. Nichter is the best! I always felt I was in good hands with an expert breast surgeon. From Aurora, MaryAnna, to nurse Kristin, the office staff is professional and nice.I highly recommend Dr. Nichter. I am super happy with my results.

I met Dr. Nichter for a consult about a month ago to get my breasts augmented as well as potentially get a tip rhinoplasty. He came highly recommended to me from a close friend and right off the bat made me feel so comfortable. Dr. N truly is in artist and explained to me the slight adjustments that needed to be made to my nose in order to have the results I wanted. He was 100% on board with me going conservative with my breast enhancement and went into surgery with a picture of exactly what I wanted.Day of surgery I was so nervous, as to be expected, but him and his anesthesiologist put me at ease and their humor put me in a great mood before I went under. Waking up out of surgery I felt zero pain with my nose (and really havent felt much since) and a little soreness in my chest. He called both me and my caretaker that night to check in with me to see how I was feeling (I have never had a doctor do that). I have had two follow-up appointments since and I could not be happier with my results!!! Its shocking how much I like both my nose and breasts only two weeks after surgery.. and the results will only continue to get better over the next few months.If you are looking to have any work done I would highly recommend going in and seeing Dr. Nichter at Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery in Newport Beach. Not only did he deliver exactly what I wanted but I felt very cared for during the whole process from both him and his staff!
