If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I am appalled with this office, staff, and doctor. Where do I even begin? Lets start off with the fact that the staff assured me they took my insurance, even after reading reviews about how they have told others they took their insurance and turned out they didnt, I trusted they did. I got to the office for my appointment, and asked again if they took my insurance to be positive, they told me they didnt. I took the day off of work and payed a babysitter to watch my daughter so I could make the appointment and then they tell me they dont take my insurance. Are you kidding me? I told them this issue is all over their Yelp and google reviews that they tell people they take insurance and then when they go to their appointment, they have been lied to about that. I was livid, my time and money are valuable and they just dont care. They didnt want to take any responsibility for it, talked over me, and blamed the girl that wasnt working that day. I saw the doctor who barely examined me, and made me feel even worse leaving their office.I then get a bill in the mail, and LESS THAN ONE MONTH I called them to pay it. They told me they sent it to collections!! Wait, what?? I asked the staff why they would send my bill to collections when it hasnt even been one month of me receiving it?? She told me they usually send THREE bills through the mail before sending to collections. Again, I have only received ONE bill LESS THAN ONE MONTH AGO!! She had no explanation for me, other than she would have someone call me back. I am beside myself. I have perfect credit, and excellent payment history on my credit, so why would they send this to collections? This is a mistake you cannot make and I will get to the bottom of it! Shame on all of you!! Your office is a joke and a SCAM! I will make sure to post this review everywhere possible so people know what you are doing to your patients. How dare you send me to collections and not even know the reason, or tell me its a mistake This honestly makes me sick that these people in this professional work place could be so irresponsible.

On time and pleasant surroundings

Dr. Chironis and his staff are absolutely amazing. My husband went to see Dr. Chironis for sinus issues as a second opinion. During our visit Dr. Chironis got directly to the point and reviewed the CT from the previous ENT and advise to move forward with surgery. We felt comfortable with making the decision to move forward with surgery and his staff was very accommodating to all our needs. The office was very efficient throughout the entire process and we had no issues with receiving benefit information, cost estimate breakdown, post op care instructions, and lastly the processing of our claim with the health plan. It went very smooth and my personal opinion when preparing for surgery the last thing you want to focus on is the financial aspect and having bumps in the road. Believe me, I have heard my share of stories. I highly recommend this doctor. You will be very happy with the outcome of your visit with the not only the doctor but also the staff. FIVE STAR in my book.

Absolutely horrible customer service and follow up. Apathetic front office and Chironis could care less about doing a thorough diagnosis. Shined a light down my nasal passages for 2 seconds then recommended a $2,000 (out of pocket mind you) surgury that I recieved 2 years ago. A terrible experience and will never work with that mess again. Save yourself the neglect and go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else.

Words cannot explain I feel about Dr Chironis. Ive had nasal problems for as long as I remember. Sinus infections at least 4 times a year and have been to numerous doctors along the years. No one was able to fix my problem... I tried Doctor Chironis in Newport Beach a few weeks ago. His office is so updated, hes so knowledgeable and gave me the different options I had. I had a deviated septum, pollyps and had a sinus problem so he was able to identify everything, we went with the surgery option last week. I LOVE him!! he made this experience so much better than I thought. He really REALLY cares about his patients, the staff is nice and he listens!!! Am now breathing better and we are also going to continue an allergy treatment. Like I said, words cant explain how I feel but simply said the BEST!!!

I highly recommend Dr Chironis. He did two surgeries (tonselectomy & septoplfor) me back in 2009 and both were a huge success.

Dr. Chironis and his staff were extremely helpful to me, and even put up with me when I was frustrated and when I had misinterpreted information. All of the staff deserve 5 stars for the professionalism that they displayed in taking care of me before, during, and after my tonsillectomy. I also want to thank them for putting up with me when I was stressed and in pain, as they quickly reassured me what the actual situation was. 5/5 in all categories.

My experience with Dr. Chironis is that he cut through nonsense to provide down-to-earth diagnosis and solution, while having a warm, friendly and unpretentious manner.

Dr. Chironis performed surgery to fix my deviated septum and it changed my life. Seriously. I was a miserable and a mouth breather a good portion of my life, severe deviated septum. Couldnt breathe half of the time and trying to sleep was terrible.After the surgery, it took a couple of weeks to open up, and I initially thought he had made it worse. But he warned me that there would be swelling that had to go down, so I was not too panicked. After a couple of weeks, bam! Opened up quickly and now they are open and clear. I have had consistently clear sinuses now for the past year and a half. I could not be happier. Thank you, Dr. C!

20 years ago Dr. Chironis performed surgery on my daughter, who previously had chronic sinus infections. Shes 26 now, and has never had a single sinus infection since. Im so grateful for Dr. Chironis expertise and gentle bedside manner.

I was referred to Dr Chironis in Orange County, Newport Beach for my sinus headaches and snoring back in 2009. He since has seen my mother and son, and even my grandma got a hearing aid from the NEWPORT BEACH HEARING AID facility inside Dr Chironis office. The location is easy and the staff are always sweethearts. Hearing aid price was great. Audiologists there are great and my grandma got a hearing aid she had been dreading for years. Now i dont need to yell when I talk to her! haha. Anywho, great ENT doc and great facility for all you head and hearing needs. :-)
