Dr Agarwal is truly wonderful. She has been treating me through some of the scariest moments in my life. She is calm, confident, and extremely knowledgeable . She checks in with me every month and genuinely cares. She has been my biggest cheerleader and extremely supportive. I feel blessed to have her as my doctor.

Had an ugly lesion on my eyelid. I was very scared to remove. She said it would hurt for 3 seconds. She was right and healed well. No cancer. So glad she checked it out. Nice doctor with friendly staff

This is not just about being treated in the most despicable way or that Agawal had a bad day and could not find a way to rip the health insurance companies off of more money than she deserves. This is about people, I hope she someday finds herself with a serious medical condition and alone with her fear and uncertainty and has a need for answers and guidance, then finds someone who claims to be a specialist and should by oath give her the attention and compassion that is needed, then to be treated with neglect and disdain and slapped away like a fly, and only then will she understand the circumstances of my anger and what I experienced at her office in Newport Beach.

I was informed on the phone by her staff that Agawal has access to all records and tests from hospital emergency visits and would use them to review before my visit. After burst in through the door without introducing who she was blurt out what are you here for. I was clear that she either could not be bothered or did not care to look at the reason before hand as I was told. Got even worse when I said I was told you have bloodwork files from you receptionist her response was loud and condescending why would I have those. I spent over $400 and got no answers only frustration from someone who is better suited working at a laundry mat.

Dr.Agarwal has no politeness or sense of compassion towards her patients. My parents drove all the way from Corona to come see her and her attitude was absolutely horrible. All she cares about is getting her 600 copay. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed by her behavior and her lack of support for patient care.

The worst experience visit I have ever had. Rude, arrogant dismissive. Not 1 second on my 15 minute $390 visit did she show any interest or ask any questions or give me any information about the issue I was there for. Her short with a sense of impatient answers to my 2 questions were not answers at all but deflection of the questions, shocking and disturbing.

Dr. Agarwal was very kind but hate to admit I had a bad overall experience with the office. I was referred to her by my physical therapist due to blurry vision and dizziness. Several tests were done on me including a brain scan at a hospital over three months ago. I told the office I decided not to continue with more testing and office visit in 2021 due to my insurance coverage and financial situation. None the less, many attempts were made for me to go back. I was told I needed to go back for more testing if I wanted to know my prior test results. I have been wondering whether I have a brain tumor every time I get a bad headache. To make things worse, I kept getting bills via a few emails and regular mail even after my insurance representatives talked to the office lady, I was not responsible for the remaining bill which was not submitted with the correct code. I had an annual eye check up with my regular ophthalmologist yesterday and the subject came up. He had referred his patients to Dr. Agarwal for her neuro specialty and thanked me for sharing my experience.

Great, polite doctor and staff. Doctor very positive. I am grateful for a doctor like her thus far. But the new office doesn’t have those frame glasses . I had a stroke that affected my right eye and vision, all Hope is the vision will return. Faith & Prayers

Doctor Agarwal is such an amazing doctor, Id trust her with my life. I was referred to this doctor by my balance therapist, as my balance issues are primarily visually stimulated. She totally blew me off! After her people scanned my eyes, I want into an office, to see her. She looked at her computer, walked over to me, looked at my eyes, and told me that I was better than all her other patients, and that I could go now. I interrupted that to mean that my case wasnt bad, and that issues would soon be gone... Well, the issue is not gone! And now to see her, it isIprohibitively expensive. Apparently, unless you are in dire shape, this doctor doesnt make the time for you.

Dr Agarwal is truly an outstanding doctor who is totally engaged in your issue and shows it in a very sincere caring way. Her thoroughness getting to the bottom of my tricky problem was outstanding. She spent the time with me to learn about my medical history that might have had a bearing on why I was there, and after talking through everything ordered a battery of tests to eliminate and thus discover what the cause or likely cause of my incident was. Plus I learned a couple of invaluable medical protocols to manage myself differently in the future. So, if you should need to step above a regular ophthalmologist due to neurological symptoms or possibilities, Dr Agarwal is an outstanding choice and I highly recommend her. As I said, not only is she an outstanding doctor, but she is also a very sincere caring person and these qualities made such a difference in my positive outlook. Plus kudos to her medical and office staff who were also very efficient and totally in alignment with Dr Agarwals approach. Refreshing in todays busy world.

Dr. Agarwal is a superb physician — with a wonderfully bubbly personality! — who really takes ownership of your health. Her bedside manner is colloquial and genial; she has a vibe of someone you can get a beer with. Despite her chill nature, she is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate when it comes to treating people.I was referred to her due to worsening vision loss and color blindness over the course of a few months. Within the span of two consecutive days and two office visits, we had a diagnosis and she had referred me to one of the best minimally invasive neurosurgeons in the country.One may think that this would be the end of her hands-on involvement with me for awhile, other than a follow-up appointment post-op to check how my vision was doing. Refer me out and then wait for the results, right?Not so! She actually called me personally at almost 9pm — well after office hours — on the night before my surgery to wish me luck and provide encouragement. She continued to keep an eye on my progress, from the surgery to the recovery to our scheduled follow-up appointment a month later. My vision fully recovered and she was ecstatic!Im exceedingly grateful to have a Doctor so engaged in my health, going above and beyond to ensure that I live my best life.

Dr. Agarwal is amazing. I have double vision problem that came on as the result of a car accident and it had stumped all of the other docs I had seen. She had it figured out within a few minutes and Im thrilled that I am being treated by such a leading expert in the field! Dr. Agarwal gave me back my sight in my left eye. The left eyelid was closed so much as a result of glaucoma surgery. Her magic touch has opened my left eyelid to where I can see everything and the light touch to my right eyelid so I can see so much better with both my eyes working together. I look so much better that I am not self conscious of looking like Popeye any more. Thank You Dr. Agarwal ( Fight On ) She is an excellent, knowledgeable doctor and a wonderful person. I met with Dr. Agarwal for the first time today and I am blown away. She is so attentive, professional, kind and actually listened to me. It was a comprehensive exam, meaning that she considered my whole self versus just my vision issues so that she was able to get an overview of what might be causing my health problems. I have the utmost confidence in her abilities as her credentials speak for themselves. I was also happy with her staff and the office, everyone was very nice and helpful. Parking was convenient as well which is a bonus. Even if we are unable to find the root cause of my problems, I will feel confident that Dr. Agarwal will have explored every avenue possible. I was a referral from another eye doc in the morning and dr Agrawal made time for me that same afternoon. She has an amazing bedside manner and helped me feel comfortable about her action plan for me.

I have been seeing Dr. Agarwal for over 2 years for Hemifacial spasm. I was overwhelmed with fear that my condition would grow worse over the years and cause me to isolate myself from social situations . She reassured me that she could help me and she did. She gives me Botox injections only where needed and within 5 minutes of my first treatment the constant twitching on the right side of my face calmed way down. It is now at the point that I forget I have it and only need to go in 3 times a year to keep it controlled. I highly recommend this doctor. I drive from San Bernardino to Newport for treatment because I trust her completely.

Hi. I was amazed when Dr. A walked in the room looked at me and said I know what’s wrong with you.Wow. Thank goodness finally someone knew. I had been falling, clumsily and not able to drive. I had had 3 pairs of glasses made one being prisms and no help. I had double vision. I wasn’t able to drive for almost 1 year.She said I had thyroid issues. Okay I was to have tests. MRI, BOTH BRAIN and eyes. Then lab tests.I went off thinking okay I’m on the right path. I had all my tests done.Going back for my follow up. I sat thinking I’m going to have answers. I can move forward with my life. I can sew again and I can drive and help my mom. Wow, I was excited.So she comes in and tells me all my labs and tests are normal. She can’t really do anything and she will see me in 3 months.Well, I was upset. I mean I wasn’t yelling. I was really thinking WT Frapachino ??? She told me she had patients that were dying and I was healthy so I should be happy. I thought, your no help!So I left and I made an appointment with another really good Dr. a bit older and maybe wiser. In a very short visit, I of corse took all my labs and scans. He said,This might sound strange, but there is an eye disorder that is just like Graves Disease but does not involve the thyroid it’s called euthyroid Graves’ disease. You clearly have double vision and the signs of graves.HERE IS THE IMPORTANT PARTHE SAID , I CANNOT HELP YOU BUT IM GOING TO SEND YOU TO THE GUY THAT CAN.HE sent me to a great surgeon.I have double vision. Apparent it’s not tipical. BUT IT CAN BE FIXED.SO I GIVE 1 STARIM GLAD I WENT ELSEWHERE
