I am very happy that I switched to Dr. Barke from my previous physician. He has a fantastic bedside manner and is extremely knowledgeable. I never feel that he is rushing or not taking my concerns about my health seriously. I strongly recommend him. I have sent numerous friends to his practice and everyone has been very happy with his professionalism and level of care.

Best, most conscientious doctor i have seen. I am transferring my entire family over to his practice. He is kind, patient and listens. He is completely patient focused and bases his practice on the individual needs of his patients. Hes a patient first doctor, which is hard to find these days. Other doctors I have seen are condescending and judgemental. This guy feels human and genuinely cares for the mental and physical wellbeing of his patients. I have to drive 1 hour to see him but I wont see anyone else.

This NUT posted a video stating that “a gun will keep you safer than a COVID vaccine.” This possibly deranged individual appears to believe a fatal shot is better than a COVID shot!

I had an opportunity to meet Dr. Barke in person, and he comes across as one of the kindest and most caring health care providers Ive ever met. Im grateful to him and other Frontline Doctors for their public stance on COVID-19 treatment options that actually work without destroying our country and taking away our liberty.

Covid is like measles epidemic in many ways (lower R0 but possibly higher mortality rate). Now we get the entire world possibly infected all at once since no one has had it before. The fog of pandemic is thick its hard to know which path is best. The oath says do no harm. It does not say do an acceptable amount of harm. If you want to tell people to go back to school on air be very specific of how this can be done with no harm. And be considerate of those not fortunate enough to be in the great health club because they are your patients and your livelihood. Basically have a plan not an opinion.

I’d recommend googling “Jeffrey Barke” before seeing him. In fact, google “Jeff Barke pulls gun out during COVID interview”.Jeffrey Barke is boastful in claiming that he is affiliated with Hoag Hospital, Orange County’s number one hospital, but Hoag has publicly affirmed that they have no affiliation with him, and are deeply disturbed that anyone would associate him or his views with Hoag Hospital. Of course, Jeffrey Barke wants to be affiliated with Hoag, but they want nothing to do with him, and in fact Hoag is suing him as I type this review (reference Orange County, CA Superior Court Case 30-2020-01159781, Hoag vs. Barke)Jeffrey Barke is more akin to a self-promoting grifter than a medical professional. I believe Jeffrey Barke’s failed medical practice has led him to capitalize on a certain populous that is often ignorant (intentionally or unintentionally) to consensus-based science. It’s like going to a dentist because the doctor says flossing and brushing is not necessary and may even harm your gums and teeth if done improperly. Because of this dentists contrarian and unscientific view, he/she does not advise his patients to brush or floss, and in fact does not allow brushing and flossing in his/her office. A lot of good, solid recommendations and comments about this physician, here and elsewhere.. And some ridiculous and unwarranted criticism by those who only wanted to hear what they wanted to hear. (If they knew so much about it all to begin with, why did they ask the doctors opinion?)

Dr. Barke does not believe in masks during a pandemic. Yet takes in Covid-19 patients at his office. What a great way to continue getting business. Convince people they wont get sick and make a quick buck off of them once they do. Genius!

Dr. Barke is Knowledgeable, Kind, Compassionate, and an all-around Incredible Doctor! Were Blessed by his care and the fact that he truly goes above & beyond in caring for his Patients!

When he specializes in infectious disease he will be more credible. I know what I and other health care providers in the states with rapidly increasing numbers and hospitalizations are seeing and it diminishes his credibility

Trustworthy, caring and experienced Dr.

This Dr states that children are low risk to dying from Covid-19 which is correct, but children do not live in bubbles nor do their parents. As they get sick they will contribute to community spread. How does he not understand this? Doesn’t seem that smart. Covid needs to be under control before mass gatherings like school happens. Just like 20 and 30 year olds getting drunk at a bar spreads beyond just them so will it with children in school.

Dr Barke is a danger to his patients and to the wider community. By using public health issues to support his wife on the Board of Supervisors he has involved himself in a clear conflict of interest and gone against the hippocratic oath. The medical board should be reviewing his license and I would suggest any patients considering Barke to take into account his approach to infectious diseases, which seem to be anti-science, anti-public safety.

Its funny to see all these negative ratings from people who have never met or spoken with Dr. Barke... Hes a great doctor, is very patient focused and as a family medicine specialist he is used to helping people with a healthy dose of common sense...

This guys theories are common sense, which weve lost, and almost revolutionary. Its your government and elected health officials that are spreading the lies about COVID-19.

This is a dangerous man. He usurps the professional decisions of other professionals and paints them as the enemy rather than respect them, their profession, their licenses, and their families. Never trust anyone who sees himself as above reproach.

He did not understand basic lab tests or medical terminology that any family physician should understand. My husband who is also a physician was appalled. I would not trust this man with providing medical care for me or my family. Very concerned that his care would result in a misdiagnosis.

His wife received $245,000 donation from the Charter Public Schools PAC that wants schools to open with minimal safety protections in place for the families of students and for the staff. I dont know how he is a doctor, but this is a massive conflict of interest for someone making recommendations to a school board on which he serves.
