Dr Walkow and his office staff are personable and provide really good service. Having been a patient, I am extremely happy with my new smile. They have been great in keeping patients safe during this pandemic.

Both of my sons and husband are Dr Walkow patients.Dr. Walkow is extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented and very accommodating in all aspects of the treatment.Staff is polite, professional and usually there is no extended wait at the scheduled visits / appointments.

My normal dentist kept advising me to get braces, not only so my teeth could look better but to improve my bite (I recently chipped a tooth due to bad bite position), and also for the long term health of my gums.I agreed it would be a good idea but my dentist is not a specialist with braces, so I decided to go out and look for someone who was. One of the recommendations I got was Walkow Orthodontics.After the initial consultation I was sold on using them.These guys really are the experts when it comes to braces. They have a great set up and the whole team there is absolutely amazing. You end up seeing different members of the team on different appointments but everyone I saw knew exactly what they were doing and were super nice and friendly. Every time I went in there multiple people said hello and asked how I was, how the kids were etc.Obviously the most important part was my teeth and they did a great job with those too. I was originally scheduled to have the braces on for a year but I found out that I would be moving back to Australia about 10 months in. So to accommodate me we had an intense regime of appointments leading up to me leaving and amazingly they were able to get my teeth into perfect position right before I left.Based on the different things they did to move my teeth around, I could tell they really are experts.The end result was great, Im super pleased, and definitely made the right decision using them. If any of my friends or family wanted braces, I would recommend Walkow without hesitation.

Fantastic experience with Dr. Walkow and his staff. I had Invisalign and am extremely happy with the result. Dr. Walkow listened to my wishes for the not so perfect smile and gave me just what I wanted. He even extended my treatment for 6 months at no cost, and it was due to my noncompliance with the treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr Walkow.

I was referred to Dr. Walkow as part of reconstructive process of my mouth, and I had my braces as an adult later in life. I can say that I was very happy with the experience of coming to the office, because all the employees were very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Walkow is super awesome. He can connect with kids and adults and educate them how to take care of their braces, and post braces care. I am super stocked with the results.

I have had a fantastic experience! Recommend to anyone who needs orthodontics. This review is four parts.First part is my first experience. I called to schedule an appointment and see if my insurance was accepted at Walkow Orthodontics. I spoke to Lisa Garcia, and it was the best thing that could have happened! Lisa was polite, helpful, and truly a great Financial Manager. She gathered my information and set up an appointment and even before meeting me walked me through my dental insurance. Her knowledge along and willingness to help is a TOP reason to go to Walkow Orthodontics. Lisa worked with me over email, phone, and in person to make sure my finances and contract was in order, Lisa Garcia truly Is a finance and insurance wizz!Second, I was waiting in the incredible lobby, very inviting and there is even real PAC-Man machines - And for the more in tune with nature, I saw the coolest fish tank in the lobby (Almost like in Finding Nemo) great touch!The Technician Lynn was so bubbly and very nice, she made sure my X-Rays were done correctly and made me feel comfortable during the pictures and scans. She did a great job, and I feel like she lightened up my experience and I was happy to be helped by her.Third, Dr. Todd Walkow was great! After Lynn took my X-ray and Photo, Dr. Todd sat down with myself and Lisa to discuss my options. He was very thorough and very honest, you could tell his skill and knowledge is vast! I truly appreciated the honestly of the whole situation and I also appreciated Lisa, the Financial manager staying in the room to help explain the costs for each option recommended. The experience made me feel like a valued customer and this office is doing it right!Finally, The front desk representative is amazing she is always welcoming and very friendly. Over the phone she was also so helpful with all my questions and special requests!Overall Walkow Orthodontics has been a breath of fresh air. They have a phenomenal staff and I am excited to continue my treatment here!(p.s. Did I mention the Breathtaking view! I’ve never felt so amazed while sitting in an operating chair – I’m talking top floor sunsets over the ocean!)

I just had an appointment with Dr. Walkow today and the staff that I interacted with was amazing. Im a complicated case because I have had 2 jaw surgeries and have a history with condylar resorption, so a lot of times doctors are hesitant to even talk to me. However, Dr. Walkow didnt seem phased by such a complicated case and really spent the time to discuss everything and make me understand and feel comfortable with the ortho + dentist plan.

In my first meeting with Dr. Walkow, he promised that he’d keep keep working with me until I was happy with my smile... and he kept his word. Ive always had an overbite and crowded teeth. I honestly wasn’t sure there was enough room in my mouth for straight teeth, but Dr. Walkow was confident. He personally designed the course of my Invisalign, which is different than most orthodontists I interviewed, who have the Invisalign Corp do the design. After 2 rounds of Invisalign, I still felt I needed some minor changes, and Dr. Walkow moved forward without hesitation. His staff is friendly (love talking with Rene) and the office is gorgeous. It also doesn’t hurt that the doc is super kind, handsome and a Harvard grad!

Dr. Walkow is well-known to be the best Orthodontist in Newport Beach for both children and adults. He is an absolute perfectionist, a wonderful person and has a state of the art, child friendly facility with a fun video game room to entertain the children. I was referred by Dr. Pacquette of the Oral Facial Institute of Newport Beach who is known to be a Top Cosmetic Dentist in the Country---Sheets and Pacquette. She is a Professor at the UCLA Dental School, lectures around the country and teaches the most cutting edge dental research at her Institute to the other cosmetic dentists in our area.

Dr. Walkow and his staff are very good in the quality of service they provide. The atmosphere there is friendly and comfortable.

Walkow put both my boys in braces years ago. My son returned years later for Invisalign, and this experience was beyond unprofessional. The office charged my CC for 4 months, but NEVER ordered the trays, or called with an update, offered a discount, etc. I finally called ANGRY, and shockingly they said the trays are here. I have left 3 messages for Todd, but I guess hes just too much of a big shot these days to simply return a call and say, sorry, someone dropped the ball. THAT would have gone a long way dumbass! Go to Dr DiGiovanni - he has a lot more integrity.
