The staff and Dr. Jones are terrific. I started going there a year ago after a five year lapse of going to dentist.A trip to the dentist use to be something I dreaded. No longer!

Dr. Jones has been our dentist for over 15 years. He is very good at what he does. He thoroughly explains everything and the quality of his work is outstanding. His staff are also professional and efficient. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist.

A good friend referred me to Dr. Jones. I had my new patient visit last week. He was professional, kind and did one of the most thorough assessments I have ever had at a dental office. I think having a good dentist is as important as finding a good MD because of the relationship between oral health and overall health. You will leave his chair knowing you are in good hands. Next i had the good fortune of having Ally Hayer their RDH do my teeth cleaning. She was thorough, professional and spent time educating me on good oral care. What makes her even more exceptional is how she handled what happened next. Just as she was finishing my teeth cleaning, I started to get severe spasms from my toes to my hip (Ive had peripheral neuropathy and spasms since chemo but this was the worst I have ever had- like my bones were going to break up and down my leg). Long story short, she must have thought that she was being punked. I stood up to stretch and next second acute spasms had me writhing in pain on the floor next to the chair trying to break the spasm. I couldnt stand and I couldnt move anything to break the cycle. She was SOOOOOOO kind, patient and compassionate trying to help me. Fortunately it finally subsided. She was extraordinary- cool, calm and collected, a consummate professional. WOW I just cant thank her enough! The whole office staff was exemplary.

Thorough examination. Possible treatments clearly described and there was lots of time to discuss and ask questions. Staff is exceptional and office takes pride in patient care. Online forms and text message reminders are all above average. Very efficient or organized office.

I’m a new resident to California, Los Angeles to be specific, coming from the Midwest and my former dentist referred me to this office. Now I must say that they are not close to me, about 50 miles away, however I knew if they were recommended I at least should check them out. Well today, May 2021, I did and I must say that when I entered there office I immediately felt as if I’d walked into my former dental office. The level of professionalism was great. I felt welcome and Dr. Jones was very informative and personal. I would, hands down, recommend this office just from a one time visit.I’m planning a follow up visit in the future. That should speak for itself without nothing else said. 😁

My Dentist I had for 15 years retired and I needed to find a new one. My wife told me about Dr. Jones and I went to see him today. Wow! I was completely blown away. Amazingly friendly staff. Ally took extra precautions to ensure my safety and notified the front when I was done to ensure no other patients were around due to social distancing. Please entrust this Dentist along with this hygienist for your 6 month’s cleaning, along with any other dental work needed.

This has been my best experience I have ever had with Dental care!! I was treated really nice since I made my appointment over the phone. All the staff since I arrived until I left where very friendly and caring, explained me everything. Everyone has a smile on their face. Not only is Dr Jones and his staff the kindest people EVER, Dr Jones provides some of the most comprehensive dental work Ive ever experienced! My first overall mouth exam included cancer screening, X-rays, 3d scans, jaw joint checks, gum and bite analysis, and more... Their office is Thorough , detailed questions before coming to the office , and they make sure to not have more then 3 in the office so, they ask you call before your appointment, they were very kind and patient with my 89 year young lady i help , she was in a lot of pain and they comforted her and help eased her pain and all though they had to refer her to another oral surgeon, they were diligent in getting the office to take her in the same day . Best view of the coast you’ll ever get while having your teeth cleaned! Earlier this year I was looking for a dentist as mine had retired years ago. A co-worker gave me Dr Jones name. I finally reached a point where I needed to go and called for an appointment. Kathy was so nice and helpful over the phone. I filled out all the paperwork before going to my appointment and finished a few minor things once I was in the office. Beautiful office and waiting room. They took me in for x-rays and the view out to the ocean was beautiful. No more developing x-rays as they just show up on the computer monitor and can be enlarged and saved. I needed a couple of teeth pulled so I was referred to an oral surgeon for that. I was schedule for a teeth cleaning with Tracy and went back for that. Tracy is so nice and has a beautiful smile. Took her time cleaning my teeth and I never felt a bit of discomfort during the whole process.I would highly recommend Dr Jones and his staff for all your dental needs.I was just back for my 6month checkup and was greeted like an old friend. Same great staff and friendly as always. Everyone is smiling and seem to be very happy. My wife says the staff of any company is a reflection of the manager,. In this case it is Dr Jones. Tracy did the cleaning and like the last time took for time and I never felt any discomfort. She is so pleasant that I cant wait to go back.

All my appointments have started right on time. The attention to detail is impressive from cleaning, x-rays and health of gums. Friendly staff, excellent care!

This is my first change in dentists in 32 years and I thought I was spoiled before. Everyone at Dr. Jones office was so kind and thoughtful. I was quickly given an appointment and filled out the new patient forms. I came in for my appointment and was greeted warmly. Soon thereafter Dr. Jones came to get me and they took me to the exam room where they took a full set of digital x-rays, thereafter Dr. Jones dictated to his assistant his examination of my teeth one by one. I was then taken by the hygienist where she did her own dictation and examination of my teeth and gums. The cleaning was a breeze and Ive always been a bit apprehensive because I have several areas of sensitivity around the gum line. She did an excellent job and at no time was I jumping out of the chair. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and suggesting different toothpastes which are less abrasive than what I currently use. The office was bright and very modern with all updated equipment and comfortable chairs. I highly recommend that if you dental work to consider Dr. Jones and his very capable pleasant staff.

Had an absolutely great first visit here today. Office was efficient and well-run, and everything was running right on time. Really appreciated the early morning appointment times as well, which meant I didnt have to miss work.I had been previously just getting the cheapest cleanings I could find, but it was time to find a real dentist and someone I want to work with for years to come. Dr. Jones spent a full hour with me in the initial visit, not just looking at my teeth (which he had some really cool tools for), but also assessing my jaw, bite, and any chance of sleep apnea, snoring, or TMJ issues.I did have two cavities that need filling, and he spent the time with me explaining exactly why they were an issue. Even more impressively, there was another area that was either a cavity or on its way to being one - when he told me that, I was willing to have him do a filling on that one too, but he said hed rather wait and see. Just really appreciate his honesty and focus on the patient, rather than (like some other dentists I have been too) simply recommending whatever would generate the largest cost.It doesnt hurt that his office has a great view, and the hygienist was considerate and as gentle as she could be with a non-flosser like me. They are a 45 minute drive from my house, but definitely worth the trip - cant recommend highly enough.

Love! I have been coming to Dr. Jones’s dental office for years. From anything far as a general cleaning, cavity replacement, and Invisalign. Everyone from the front office staff to the dental assistants are just amazing. I used to have a difficult schedule due to traveling for work, and they were always very accommodating to try to fit me in. I love that they have early appointments as well. Just a very nice caring compassionate dental office that seems up-to-date as far as techniques and technology. I can’t recommend enough and I’m glad that I am a loyal patient. Accepts major credit cards and insurance.

Before i say anything, i must state that i went to grade school with Dr. Jones’ kids and competed in baseball with one of them way back when... & our families are friends... so i might be biased... but i’ve been a patient for maybe 15 years? I’m 25 now. I don’t know - my whole cognizant life. Anyways - Always professional. Always hires great hygienists. Like, not only well skilled, but all of them welcoming and personable and, i don’t have anxiety visiting a dentist but some people do, and these hygienists i’m sure handle those patients emotional needs very appropriately.Modern equipment and techniques. Clear and consistent billing practices, friendly desk staff. Truly zero complaints. Great team.

Dr Jones is by far the best dentist and office staff I’ve ever experienced. My family of four and I have seen several local CM/NPB dentists, but non like Dr Jones and his staff.
